This game keeps messing up. The puzzles dont load correctly. We deleted the app & when we reinstalled it all our puzzles & app purchases were gone. This isnt the first time Ive had to delete & reload the app. We would like to at least recoup what Ive paid for.

Nice long play, tricky, and fun.
We like the number of options you have when starting each puzzle. It lets you choose your level of difficulty. The pictures are a nice assortment. The one negative? We cannot do manual jigsaw puzzles anymore. ;).
We play a lot of games online and most ads from other games are fine. These ads interrupt the games and they DONT CLOSE! Its a shame that the developers are allowing these ads to hijack the app. The amount of time they remain open is comply unreasonable. We dont usually lfeedback but as we said this is one of the best puzzles but thats ruined by manipulative ads.
This is a wonderful jigsaw puzzle app however there are too many ads and even worst …too many of the same thing. Very annoying.

Absolutely love this app! The photos are amazing. Our favorites are architecture, nature, exploring different places in the world. Not crazy about cartoons, still life, paintings, food photos.
We have been playing this puzzle for many years. Recently (about a month) at the completion of each puzzle it freezes up and we cannot download another puzzle. Then we have to shut down our iPad and reboot it before we can get another puzzle. We are getting very frustrated and about to stop playing this particular AP. There has got to be something wrong on your end. Please fix it!!! So we can continue playing and enjoying our favorite puzzle game.
This is a fun app! We would recommend it.
The puzzles are beautiful and we truly enjoy working on them, however we find the advertisements to be annoying. The constant flashing of the advertisement bar makes it difficult to see dark colored puzzle pieces resting in the bar right next to it. On occasion the app has crashed but the puzzle and coins remained. In spite of this we still love the app.
We love puzzles! This game is a lot of fun. So many ways to win puzzles and save points to buy puzzles.

The puzzles are challenging but not so hard that they arent fun. We especially like that you can look at them after you finish. They dont disappear as soon as you put the last piece in.
The title says it all. We do object to one obstacle. It is when you have to pay to work the extra one for the day given. Then if you wait you finally get to play for free. Otherwise the puzzle is wonderful.
We always purchase frames with coins. We just finished a puzzle and had 4 or 5 frames left. When we chose our next puzzle, there were no frames left. This is not the first time this has happened. What causes this.

We love the variety and beauty of the available puzzles and the fact that the more puzzles you complete the more puzzles you get. We have loved Magic Puzzles for years, but when we opened it this morning, everything had changed. What is up with the smaller screen size? Its horrible! Its way too small. Also, all of the menu items have moved or changed. This long time user is not happy. UPDATE: Everything is fine now. Love this app.

We have hours of fun on this app. If we have problems, which have been few, the technical team gets back to us with fixes in a reasonable amount of time.
We like that we can choose the complexity of the puzzle depending on our mood.Most of the time we choose the simplest so we can wind down from a busy day at work. For us its more calming than a glass of wine.
