Do not challenge nodes tougher than you. Master the gameplay, level up and go against weaker nodes first! You can always reset the campaign in Options and start from scratch.

Been playing since we were like 7, great game to casually work the brain with.
LIST OF CHEATERS- opponents who consistently disconnect just before taking a loss: R O B O T E K killer (99% win rate, ranked 22nd) Update, 9/7/20- No longer having issues. Update, 8/27/20- Anyone else having issues connecting to multiplayer? We keep getting this error message after about 10 seconds of attempting to queue into the multiplayer server: Connection Failed Please make sure that youre using the latest version of the game we havent had any issues with Robotek in the past, and am an honest, honorable player. We never disconnect, play fair (we dont even think its possible to cheat), and always allow our opponent to finish even when its clear Im going to lose. Our user name is PETER STINKLAGE, ranked in the top 30, and all who have played with us on the top 50 list would agree that Im an honorable player. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing issues or if for some reason we have been wrongly banned from the game… Id love a response if anyone checks this- Thanks!! Excellent game. Just make sure you turn off all your notifications, including battery alerts. If anything pops up on your screen during a multiplayer match, you will be disconnected from the match and penalized heavily.
Classic been playing this game since HP Touchpad firesale. Finally conquered the whole world and completed 100% of the map. To those complaining about the computer having all the advantage, we were able to develop a strategy that allowed us to beat the computer about 95% of the time. Its possible.
We loved this game as a kid, everything from the graphics to the music to the easter eggs of messages when certain robots were beaten wowed 10 year old us playing on a HP touchpad. It is a bit of luck but you eventually learn ways to put yourself in the best position to win. Triple rolls are almost essential but strategy of using the rapid fire at key times is just as devastating to the AI as it is to you when they roll a triple. Overall, and we may be a bit nostalgic here, its a great game. Randomly thought about it today and am re-downloading for the first time in years.
Been playing this game since 2011. Still mad that even as a level 5, 10, 15, we still face people who are primarily level 30s with maxed token slots. Find the same people every match.
Personally this game is amazing the worst thing through is that we deleted it and we forgot the name of it and now we have it back plus do NOT listen to the one star people because they just cant deal with the game.
Best app Ive ever played. That said, the AI gains a huge RNG advantage somewhere around level 18. We know Im not just salty because Ive been keeping track. For the past 70 battles Ive been given advantage 5 times and the computer has advantage ~65 times. We define advantage as getting more triple rolls (most powerful effect + extra turn), also considering a successful hack of an elite or heroic bot as another advantage point.
Been playing this for years and never got tired of it, we really wish for a Robotek 2.

Really fun game, just needs some new stuff, maybe other planets? Also needs better multiplayer and fanbase, perhaps advertising could do it? You could also add skins, emotes (victory dances), more headgear (skins headgear and emotes would be for all units (including player/ mainframe)), and of both sides and loot crates (containing skins emotes and headgear for units and player) for a successful battle, as well as getting twice the energy spent. Youve got a great formula, but it needs the above things, to us, this is a classic, and others share that opinion, so please, bring it back.
Overall, it's an entertaining game. We wish there were more aesthetic variations among the nodes, but that's such a minor inconvenience in comparison to the outrageous luck the AI has when it comes to hacking. Every time they cast a hack, there's no hope. They get the hack off every. Single. Time.
We like this game. Its fun, no annoying ads or any complaints there. Our issue is we cannot silence the sound effects in the settings. Turning down the sound effect volume in settings doesnt change it; we still hear them. Putting our phone on silent doesnt affect this either. A little annoying when listening to music :(.
Well while a great idea it gets boring quite fast so we dont see why you would play this.
We ran out of charge and now we cant get them back. We have to delete the app to get them again and we dont want to spend money on this game.
Fun game thats creative and unique. However when you go into this game its best to know its pure luck. The guide says the luck is even and that shield is the best way to go, but it definitely isnt. We find it much more successful to go for attacks and ignore the middle roll options completely. We tried the shield/hack tactics for a while and while there were games we would win big, a vast majority we would lose due to the AI getting an absurd amount of luck. It might sound like complaining but its just a fact, it feels like the game considers having a successful hack far more lucky than a triple roll, and therefore it thinks it needs to give a lot of luck to the AI. While trying shield tactics Ill constantly have games where we get one successful hack (which are great) but then the AI will have 4x or 5x the amount of triple rolls as we have. Constantly. So in summary: ignore the guide, and try your own ways. And remember its luck.
Odds are always against you even if you upgrade things, it doesnt matter. This game will frustrate you to death. We played this for half a day and then uninstalled.
This game is awesome the game doesnt cheat like people say.
First of all, it's not possible for the computer to roll perfectly 3 times in a row. Getting past Canada is possible. You can upgrade stuff, and the game is all about luck. If you have bad luck, do not rate this game 1 star. It's just a game anyways, chill. Either way, five stars. Great time killer, and very fun.
Outclasses most of the games on the front page, keeping the App Store from being a complete dumpster fire. Robotek has some of the best aesthetics and soundtrack ever seen in a mobile game, making it a staple app for any mobile device.
This is a one of a kind, intriguing strategy game in which you can defeat other players or game generated enemies. We highly recommend to YOU and everyone you know.
Its fun to play campaign, but… 1. Multiplayer is broken.. 2. This game hasnt been update in a year.
This game is just short of perfect by not having a multiplayer mode. (Though as we have not played it recently maybe somethings changed).
Every time we get into a battle with an actual person we win rarely, is it bc Im terrible at strategy? Or the game Is broken? PLZ FIX THE GAME IF ITS BROKEN.
The beginning of the game is fun. Once you get past the learning curve, the game makes all of the decisions for you. Its a slot-style way of choosing which robots you want, so you can only control 1 element of the game, and the rest is up to chance. You play against the computer, who, amazingly, gets the best choices. And after 20 turns, even if youre winning, the computer literally uses a nuke and kills you anyway. What annoys us the most about this game, is that the losing party, somehow magically gets better chances near the end of the game. What we would recommend to the developers to make this game less rage-inducing: 1) change the slot-style system in place, to a system where we can choose what strategies we wish to employ. 1) get rid of the better-chances-when-youre-losing gimmick.
We paid $3 for customs and tokens and when we deleted and reinstalled the game we had to start all over.we were logged into Game Center to do this.Poor gig.
At one point this was a game of chance and strategy. Now as it progresses the game tries to make you lose. We played a game where we eliminated the opponents bots, and it roles for a hack. The thing is, it ALWAYS gets a three role hack, and ALWAYS steals our best bot. Then it rerolls for an elite bot. The game actively denies you a chance to get ahead, having the opponent bots role arbitrarily yet giving it the lead in two turns. One game it roles four successful hacks in a row, and then gets an elite tank bot. In frustration we kill the app (which of course means we lost power). So if you are looking for a game of chance, dont stop here.
Update.. Down from 4 to 1 star, not because of the game, the game is great, but syncing progress doesnt work, we upgraded our phone and lost all progress! And paid for duel mode and doesnt work? We dont want to start the game all over, so Im done for now until theres a fix. Hope all will be fixed and optimized for iPhoneX soon with an update! – Old review: we really like the game, its different. Couple of issues, the duel mode doesnt work, how to play with friends? And progress doesnt sync between iOS devices. Otherwise 5 stars.

Original epic game, great graphics, great fun.
The tutorial made the game seem really simple and easy, but then it quickly gets more challenging and complex and fun. The levelling system, the 'calculated risk' choices, and the great artwork and music keeps us playing all day! We will save the world! …but maybe not the human race.

We dont usualy like slot-like games but this is absolutly amazing.
This game requires effort and skill from the start. So you medium type gamers and above should like this game.anyone wanting to play it brain dead will think it's rigged, but it's simply lack of effort in getting the slots to a jackpot condition.
We find the game really fun, except one you have reached over four the next few people you fight are stronger than you. Also, we think there should be an easier way to find bases of a certain level. Like some sort of search bar. This is pushing it but it would be cool so that on the multiplayer menu it showed how many people were on the app at the time.
Does stronger in this game mean luckier? That seems like so. It should be that the enemy nodes have a more strategic knowledge not simply just luckier than the player.
We loved this game from the start. The idea is well throughout and executed. Each type of robot, attack, or defense had a special time and purpose to be used. When you realize this, Robotek becomes more like chess than checkers. Rolling better outcomes on the slot reels is a skill that takes time to develop, but it is doable with a little effort. Simple gameplay makes it great for our young kids too. They love to watch us play and they love to show the game off to their friends. We would give 5 stars, but the multiplayer mode doesn't work well. Overall, a great game that has provided us hours of entertainment.
Wth is this system?! (almost) Every time we have only a droid and a drone, the enemy bot has a Firewall Citadel and they have more advanced bots than we do >;( Pls uninstall. But really the game is fun :D Your choice. Actually no, The pineapple node made us fk up our phone screen. Delete this game in case you don't want to rape your phone. (#`).
The instructions were so obtuse and the premise so arbitrary and tedious … We couldn't get into it. Maybe you'll have a different experience. No hard feelings but we're moving on. Deleted.
This is a fun game but it's extremely aggravating how easily you can be disconnected in multiplayer matches. Why does the game disconnect when a battery low notification comes up? Plus disconnects don't count as a loss so people leave matches often.
We thought the game was fantastic for the first few battles, it has a unique fighting mechanic, great art style, and tons of levels. But after a while we realized that every battle is EXACTLY the same, and it got boring. You spin over and over and nothing else happens. The battles don't even get any harder as you progress.The only difference we've seen is that occasionally you'll find an enemy that wears a hat. There needs to be some sort of variety for us to continue being interested.
Game is fun until for some magical reason the computer consistently draws better results. So when you are on a roll on a basically can't be defeated roll the computer draws 3 equal cards in a row and you go from full health to dead. It stops being fun if a luck game is rigged.
We bought the Lord costume and that recharge thingy a long time ago, deleted the app a year ago, re downloaded it recently and there is nothing to restore purchases. Very disappointing. We would give it 5 stars if it weren't for that. Also, to the noobs raging about how the AI gets criticals and deflects but they don't, you have to spend your coins in the shop each time you level up to get those.
Our wife and we just purchased dual and it doesn't work!!! Come on peeps, update this, please.
Then the AI gets rigged as to get way more critical hits and way more 3 slot extra turns, and after you conquer Canada, it gets too difficult for a low level to compete with the rigged AI.
