Community Insight:

Continues a similar gameplay to the first.

Good game. Challenging, unique, but overall pretty good.

As usual game play is slow and tedious. Odds feem very cheaty, zero retaining of progress makes for short runs based on poor luck and sloowwwwly drags you throughh this process. Skip this one as well.

We played the first one and now we need to finish the 2nd. We most definitely will be buying the third one.

Really fun, but much more geared to getting you to spend money than the first one was.

The format allows for awesome progression without requiring a massive time sink and the need to be glued to the screen for hours. Great for a quick round between appointments.

Ive been enjoying the game to an extent, but eventually it just hit us that the rough and infuriating gameplay is less for the sake of reward through punishment, and more to pressure the player into spending crash. After all, If bad RNG caused you to lose everything youve worked towards, why not spend a few bucks to make it easier? It simply isnt designed for people that want to spend a few dollars and not worry about spending more. Its a micro-transaction trap that we already paid money for. Fun concept but very disappointed.

Its fun game, hard but rewarding. Wish we could find the OST though.

One of the games Ive kept downloaded the longest, and its a fun time-killer.

Absolutely our favorite games on the App Store.

For the most part, this game is pretty fun and interesting, but basically every single enemy in the end game has so much defense that you will never do more that 1hp worth of damage to them without a combo even with weapons that do MASSIVE damage. That and the fact that you have to replay every single zone to attempt the final boss more than once just makes the entire end game way too padded. Worth a try, but not worth getting more than one ending. Unless you have pure golden luck, you will either spend way too much time grinding or way too much money saving time. Oh, and if you die? Start over. You can insure your items so you dont loose good gear, but all of your stats reset and every zone re-locks and has to be paid for again.

5-15-21 Picked up again today. Still cant believe how good this game is. We just love how you are in control of everything at all times. From being able to go play games of chance at the bar to heading back to the campaign for more fighting challenges or searching for supplies to being able to sell unused inventory to mastering the spinner for timed luck. Its truly flawless in the execution. Its still in our to 3 favorite games of all time. They are Darkest Dungeon, TOF2, Atari Adventure 7-23-17 – we just can't get over how good TOF and TOF2 are. We have left at least 3 reviews over the years, and we're going through both games again. If we had to sum up what makes them truly great, it is this. Suspension of disbelief and the feeling that there is always something new to look forward to. They have mastered this in the first two games. Thank you, Game Stew!!! Lbr426 is absolutely right as well.

Ive really enjoyed playing this game. Its simple and quick and can be played for a few minutes here and there during work breaks if you would like.

Definitely hard but if you play it right the game can be fun.

If you like slots, and you like adventure, this is the perfect game for you! We love all the things you can do too outside of just going on the quest. Developers deserve lots of money.

This game is surprisingly fun and immersive for being so simple. It strikes a nice balance of being mindful and engaging.

Wish there wasnt as much grinding but its a really good game.

Agreed. Play as much or little time bites as you like. Nice options and story. The spin we are still trying to master! LOL. Nice touch, better than dice.

Its a great time sink, enough content to keep you going but feels very grindy at times, especially if you dont want to buy coins.

We like this game a lot, but not being able to save progress makes it impossible to get to level 2 easily enough, we keep grinding but the enmities get harder.

This is more complex and a lot more prone to kill us off. Still fun and different from the first version. Try your luck.

We loved part one. We beat every single part of it without adding any cash or buying gold. It was a little grindy at times, but super fun to keep playing. In part two, they remove your ability to stop the slots one column at a time, so you only have the stop button, and you have to pay gold to respin. If you dont respin, youll end up dead faster, and if you do respin, youll lose all your gold, which means you cant advance through the game. Every aspect of ToF2 gaming experience is designed to push you to buy more gold. Pretty lame for a paid game. Either make it free and charge for gold, or (way better), make it pay once and play and drop the IAP. Though in this case, that would mean an entire redesign of the game, as its not purpose is to take your gold and get your cash. Lame one, devs. What say you? Can you beat it without buying gold.

A lot of fun and more challenging then expected! A great game. There are some things like its kinda impossible.

Bit of a learning curve for us compared to the last one but having fun learning it.

If youre on a short break or have a few hours to burn, its a good game. Its not too complex but has enough content to stay interesting.

Great game and very addictive and fun.

Its a great and simple game, Im having a fun time building the character. Our only nag is the rng. You have to deal with bad rng and decide what to do next. Theres nothing you can really do about the enemy hitting you multiple times, think of this game like a casino.

Fun to play, not pay to win. If you have bad luck it can be frustrating sometimes though.

A few years back, we hit a wall in the game and deleted it. Just redownloaded it a few days ago and it's still just as fun.

Took us a while to figure out the timing on the slot machine this time around, but after a few resets on the playthrough we were able to beat out some harder fights.

Leaving while dead bug. Even if you have a potion to restore health, it wont be used when the enemy gets your hp down to 0 when you try to leave. We guess you walked away while dead? Nice.

There is absolutely nothing fair about this game. No matter what you do the enemy will always spin death on you no matter what.

We have all the games. But the tower of fortune series is the best.

Great game for playing on the go.

Seriously, it was just 2 hours ago.

Buy once play forever the way games should be.

Great game, very simple yet addictive and love the old 8bit style.

Doesn't need internet to work which is our favorite! Fun game too.

This is one of the only games we will use in-app purchases. Anything to keep these games coming.

Actually a good time waster, can be a little frustrating with the roulette thing but just watch it closely and you can time it.

From what we have played so far it is fun and have seen no problems or glitches.

Makes wanna give up but keep trying.

Even though luck is a huge factor in this game, how you deal with your situation is the most important part. Unless the enemy hits you 4 times in a row and you ALREADY USED 4000 GOLD MY GOD. But otherwise than that the game is pretty fun.

Great game that is easy to pick up and hard to put down.

We've been playing for over 3 years and we must say, it's pretty fun.

We've played the previous Tower of Fortune, and beat the hell out of it…we're glad they made this one. It's a little more challenging, and way more additions to the game make it worth it to keep playing. We can't wait to play the 3rd installment, but everything in this game is keeping us at bay…for now.

We like a game that can be played casually in a little time here or there, but there is enough progression to keep you interested long term. It takes time to build your character up, and the variety of options keep you coming back. Nostalgic pixel design and artwork, with a little humor, wraps up the package.

This game is a huge improvement on the original. It's more interesting and complex while still easy to play. We died a couple times and learned some hard lessons on the way, but that's how old school games are. This is a game worth spending money on. Buy insurance.

Retro aesthetic + slot action/event mechanic + roguelike elements = phenomenal title unlike any other. ***EDIT: Thanks for the continued support.

Great game, tho at times it seems a little to punishing. Check that, extremely punishing.
