Some items in the game are showing up as (Unknown items) plz fix this issue ASAP please and thank u.
There were items we couldnt see that we had and it was telling us to update the game but we didnt see an update option for it and we ask someone in the game they told to delete the app or download it again so we did and we lost our account we dont know how to get it back so we were seeing if there is anyway we can get our account cause our Facebook wouldnt let us link our account or anything.
We have gotten very far but we cant even log in anymore.
We’ve been a long time fan of this game, spent good chunks of our money on it too. We come back about a year later and our account doesnt exist. We even had it linked but tried using the link and the app didnt support the function. We are highly disappointed being that we were a player that not enjoyed the game but spent money as well.
C.S. Is a joke and game is a ripoff. Half of the events they have are broken and the other half you have to spend a minimum of $300-$500 per an event. God forbid you us B diamonds, because those packs are 99% guaranteed to not open. This game has become nothing more then a ripoff and if you contact C.S. They give you the standard answer of so sorry please spend more money. Of the last 7 event (all in one month) 5 of the events were broken and anyone that spent money was basically told it was the players fault. Of course C.S. Didnt respond until event was over then stated that they needed proof. All of us that spent money were told oh well, there will be another event soon spend more money on that one. They have made no effort to even try to make it right with the players that spent money. If you point out to C.S. That it really is a game problem then C.S. Blocks the players ability to contact C.S. 37 games/blades and rings do NOT care as long as they get their money to the point they will double charge customers then ban them if they ask for a refund of what they player didnt actually spend. Not to mention, they have nerfed every class except assassin and summoner in an effort to force people to spend $100 for a class change card. The 2 original classes (warrior and archer) have been nerfed the most making warrior the weakest class in the game.
Played the game for over 5 years straight with no real bug fixes and trash devs that refuse to respond to any real criticism. Just a pre made message saying the same trash everytime. Also if they mess up a payment and you tell them or want your money back. Not only will you not get your money but they will ban you from the game. Part of this we blame on the App Store because they wont help you even if you show them they are doing this.
We are paying vip so that the game does not work.
There was a new updated version of IOS 15 for Apple users as of a week ago. However, you cannot download the version or any version for that matter from the Apple Store. The only update shown is an old one. Word has it the update went through for Android, hence no such access now for those who have an Apple devices. So when will this be addressed?
Everytime we open we the game it says there is a new version but there is no update for it. We’ve restarted our phone multiple times and its still saying the same thing. If we lose our account or character we want to to reimburse for every single penny we put into this game!!
We downloaded the game and it keeps saying theres an update and to go to the app play store. There is no update for it. We’ve tried deleting and redownload if and restarting our phone and still wont allow us to play it.
Our son has been playing this game for years, since it was launched! For the past few days he cant log on it says theres an update but there isnt any updates! Cant log in to report a problem so disappointed especially after all the $ we have put into this game over the years!
The only was to stay competitive in this game is to spend money and this usually have events every other day. The bosses dont drop anything you need to play the game, you will waste a lot of time getting useless items from bosses. They game also blocks you from selling certain items that other people in your guild may need so you will have to spend more money on events. Elf party drops are low and you will have to spend at least $500.00 or more to get the top items. This game is a rip off!!! We’ve only seen people with a lot money who still play this game because they have nothing else to spend it on.
All the care about is money. So many bugs and they wont fix them.
Crazy says go to App Store for update but there is no update in the App Store for iOS. This is Typical of the poor customer service in this game. Refund seems to be in order but the investment in pay to play was immense. :-(
We’ve played back in 2017 and we spent alot on this game you cant have fun really or get up to speed with everyone due to how pay to win it is we have lost our other account we stopped playing we feel like it should be noted that if your rich all by means go ahead and spend it but if you wanna play for fun without spending your life savings not worth it.
Please fix your events they are bugged.
Been playing for about 2 years and its easy for us to say if youre not buying items then youre not going nowhere, the game is dominated by higher players who most likely pay To be in a position they are. So even for beginners theyre out of luck the events are pointless since theyre made for higher level players. Pointless greedy zero star.
We would give a 5 star if you could save data upon deleting the game.

We used to play this game and was a regular. Then we got an acquiring server error at log in for over a year. We submitted several help requests and am still unable to get into the game. We just downloaded and installed again… And we still have the same error. Do NOT, under any circumstance, download this game. Ever. There are better games with better support available.
Theres is one problem with the expansion pack downloading process it gets to 95% and it stops loading iv reinstalled the game same thing we cant do missions/quests we cant go any were ether can u fix this cuz Id like to play the game with out bugs like that. If it gets fixed thanks but if not Im gonna stop playing the game.
Quit playing for 2 years, came back because why not? Was stuck in quarantine anyways and sure enough these idiots still havent fixed the game. And big surprise since the last update it crashes even more than it did before! Are they going to fix it no they just keep building new servers to bring in new spenders instead of fixing the game to keep their current spenders.
At first this game was great. Tons to do and never a dull moment. With the last update the game keeps freezing but instead of fixing it they just shove more pay to win methods in our face. If any in game issues occur the customer service keeps egging you on so that after 60 days its not there problem anymore. It could be a great game but all they want is your money they dont care about the player base.
Dungeon Matching – severely Broken, wait for hours to find players on your dungeon… Hours… If they even show up. Server Boss – kill a boss 99 times for their loot to drop. Watch out though, as you get near the 99th life it is highly likely that another player will come kill you, making them the loot owner you have to respawn, run all the way back and hope that you can kill that player before they kill your boss that just spent 20 minutes beating down. If the boss does first, that player gets all of your loot. Pay to Play – this is a very obvious pay to play. $50 to play as a special character, events end early, no real point to playing this. – Delete-
Why advertise the Gunner and the Summoner if players must top up money to even be able to play those classes or the new Shadow Assassin with a class change card? That doesnt mean its available to start with right away and thats false advertising. No one wants to play a game with all these cool classes if you have to pay for three of them at least. We want to play the game and invested a decent amount of money and time into the last character we played, but we stopped playing when we saw that we had to pay even more money just to change classes into a Summoner, Gunslinger or Assassin. We as a player want to play them without having to pay money. We are sure a lot of players wish for the same thing. We have been a fan and player since late 2017 when we first discovered this game and have since sunk at least 1k USD easily into this game. We dearly wish we could take that money back because Im disappointed that many of the best features for free players who cant put cash in are so ridiculously hard to get or unlock that theyre going to give up playing after a few weeks max because people drop money and now theyre impossibly farther than people who started at the same time as them. Please please please at the very least make Gunslinger, Summoner, and Assassin available to all players for free because we can almost guarantee more people would want to play if ALL classes were available from the start to pick from.

We used to play this game a while ago and wanted to come back and see what changed. Come to find out a lot has changed we cant even play the game lol.
We love this game! Most people claim it is pay to win but what game out there are not! We gave it a 3 because it suddenly stopped letting us by things! It would claim it was illegal transactions! We payed for every transaction and did nothing illegal! Not sure if it is a bug or what . We wont spend anymore money for diamonds til it is fixed to say the least!
We love the game but, is there level you have to be to unlock the summoner/ gunslinger? We are not going to let this keep us from playing but, would really like play those classes.
The game play is fun and everything is earn able if you are willing to spend the time to do it. The one thing is it needs to be optimized our iPhone 5s can no longer run the game because of the amount of ram and processing power required to start up the game if you guys can somehow dampen the startup to where its not a all at once overload into a over time load.
Theres no tutorial, and we cant see whats going on, though we see some potential.

We are fed up with this game after playing from the start two years ago. They over charge for everything and even when they advertise something in an event where you have to spend a lot of money, they end the event early without any warning (which is ironic because they only ended half of the event where some stuff was being rewarded for completing quests daily which also cost money but you could still get some free stuff). In a nutshell, they are crooks. They end the free stuff earlier than the event advertises so you spend more money trying to get to the last rewards. When you write to customer service you only get a pre written generated response telling you there is no issue and sorry for the inconvenience and nobody cares about doing the right thing even according to their advertisement. Lets put it this way, If we had the money Id hire a lawyer because they really take peoples money without honoring their own guidelines and announcements. We used to enjoy playing, now we hate it so much Im trying to find a way to get our money back for false advertisement and complete lack of empathy and customer service.
Poor support, how is this company around? We better hear back or else, game is garbage.
Alright we use to love this game and always played it on our Android phone but we got an iPhone 7 a few months ago and it wont let us use our old account from android so we have to start over and there is no way to connect to the old account. If you fix that Id like it more because it took forever for us to get the Dragonkin and now all that progress is gone.
We played this game when it first came out and it was great and they seemed to love the players but as we’ve been playing it lately it seems like it is all about pay to win instead of the old school way of it which was skill.
Played this game is the past and recently started up. Spent about $200 because we enjoyed it so much and spent about 2 months on this game. However our character was deleted from the server and was top 10 ranked. Deeply unsatisfied with this game.
They charge your cc while you sleep. Even if you have fingerprint mode on mobile devices they can bypass that too. Then they just send you the same reply over n over. Oh and they said that Apple let them rob our cc twice. So it’s apples fault that we got robbed n not their problem. Had to cancel our cc before they clean us out.
