This game is very fun. If you play with sound, you will know how asian it is. This is strange to us. The sound is also a little unsettling. However, we are asian. If you hate asian music, you can just mute it. 5 stars regardless of asian.

Worth ever penny we paid for it. Music is pleasant if you like sound. Effects have satisfying nature. Finally solved last puzzle with help from internet, solution was simple once we saw it. Blockwick 2 is out but not available in our country yet. When it is, we will definitely buy.
We remember our father getting Blockwick as the first game on our second generation IPad when we were a kid. He would stay up all night trying to figure out how to beat the levels. Now as we are an adult we are happy that we can play and enjoy it ourselves.
This is hands down our favorite game app. We found it years ago and come back every year to replay all the levels. We loved Blockwick 2 also but we do not think it is available anymore. We wish they would make more levels and never understood why it didnt have more players.
We recommended this game to our mom because she was feeling a major loss after completing Monument Valley. We could not have predicted how powerful the grip this game would have on her, but she has been absolutely hooked. Gone.

Ive went thru all levels then set it aside for awhile the go thru again. Based on their age, we give our grandkids a quarter or dollar to complete a level. It helps with their patience and problem solving skills.

We have had this game for years and years, and we occasionally return to it to start the challenge, all over again. There is no better puzzle or game out there, period. This is the very best there is difficult and stimulating , yet attainable. Blockwick and Blockwick 2 will be our forever favorites.

Simple meets elegant to provide an engaging mind bending experience. Just the right amount of difficulty and challenge with perfect graphics, soothing music and responsive touch. This game is one of the few quality games on the App Store with excellent value and re-playability.
We love Blockwick! It starts off easy to solve and little by little becomes very challenging! Sometimes it seems impossible to solve but you have to be determined. We hope there will be a Blockwick 3 soon.
This and its mate are the finest games Ive ever seen. Is there anything even close? It would be wonderful if people could name some games in the same area code. Please.
We played this when we were younger for free and was heart broken when we thought they took it off the AppStore. Remembered it this year and bought it immediately. Probably one of the only mobile games worth buying.
Its certainly addictive, but it is a wonderful way to spend your time when youre stuck indoors.
We always read reviews about other apps being "the best ever". Now we can truly say that about This game Ive started and finished four times. On fifth now. Still best game Ive ever played.
This is PURE fun through hundreds of levels always engaging. This app has SO MANY puzzles it easily could have been sold as 10 separate apps. Incredible value! We have had it for a few years just playing when Im waiting or just want to relax. Im not even 1/2 done & have played over 80 first time puzzles (you can play these puzzles multiple times since the moves are unique and each a degree of correct:) Sometimes its simple linear play or 4 simultaneous puzzles within a master puzzle. It is like Chess meets a Rubics cube and a maze but is very relaxing. You decide how serious and far ahead to play with as few moves as possible or just make trail and error relaxing moves and let yourself eventually see the solution. Very rewarding play plus visually its very colorful and easy on the eyes.
Over the past eight years and two iPads, this is the third time reloading game. Starting over again! Thanks.
1 is still our favorite puzzle game of all time. Took a good while to beat all levels + it is still enjoyable a 2nd and 3rd time through + nice simple graphics + soundtrack is better than most our meditation music. 5stars for us.
The sliding puzzle we were waiting for. Frequently very clever, and somehow avoids the claustrophobic quality of other games like it. Try the 101 version and see for yourself. Each chapter adds new elements and is organized more or less by difficulty, so if you get stuck you can almost always progress elsewhere. Map 6-20 was a soul crushing nightmare that took us hours over the course of days. While pondering it we finished most of chapter 7. It's a great setup if you like being stumped but hate being stuck. Edit for 2019 – On some newer phones, completion of a puzzle makes the extra space at the top of the frame flicker in a way that looks sloppy and maybe kind of dangerous. We would really like to see this repaired, if only as a gesture to let us know this masterpiece won't get the Alcazar treatment, discarded down the sunset hole like some forgotten online game. Pretty please and thank you.

Blockwick and Blockwick 2 are really great games. We are sad that it appears they are about three years old, which likely means the makers do not plan to extend Blockwick 2 or make a Blockwick 3 if they havent done so in three years. We really wish they would.
Strongly recommend this as a spatial logic problem game. Itll keep you occupied for hours on end.
Challenging and satisfying. Its a great way to have fun and challenge your brain at the same time. We enjoy the sorting and organizing appeal of this game. Its our all time favorite.
Played years ago and the recently rediscovered.
We picked this game up because we were just looking for something to do on our lunch breaks. Now we're playing any time we have some free time. We went to happy hour with friends from work and we played this game. One reviewer claimed there were no directions. We don't know what happened there but the directions were very simple and clear when we started. Move the colored blocks anywhere in the grid where all three can touch. That's it. In later levels you'll get more blocks and more colors. You may only touch colored blocks with like colored blocks. There will be times where you'll swear that there is no way to get your block where you need it to go but just keep trying. There's always a way. We never would have thought such a simple idea would be so addicting. Its been on our phone now for two or three years. We dont play constantly anymore but we still dont want to delete it from our phone. This is one of a small number of games that we constantly go back to and enjoy. And theres a Blockwick 2.
Updated 2/2018: we just love this game! We have completed, deleted & reloaded this game about 15 times now (to reset game progress & play again). It's that good! This game is so relaxing, but challenging enough to keep players interested. The music is great & calming. The puzzles are varied & are challenging without overwhelming. The free trial version is an honest intro to the game, and if you liked it, you will love the full version! DL is highly recommended.
We have to admit this one has that just ONE more game characteristic that we love in games! Sometimes it feels impossible to solve certain puzzles, but keep at it! Like our wife Danielle loves to say, theres more than one way to skin a cat (how many ways does she need??)! There are multiple ways to solve the puzzles, so endurance and patience will be your best friends here! If you have an ulcer or rage quit easily, we suggest passing up Blockwick, for your bowels sake! Otherwise, you should DEFINITELY download this game! The reason we gave it 4 stars is because unless we missed something, theres no hint system. This game needs one! But we look forward to trying the sequel when Im done with this one.
Loved this game, we played for many hours, challenging, but not impossible. We finished our set and went for more…but blockwick 2 is $11.99! Ouch. Why is blockwick 2 the same cost as the bundle? We would totally get it if it were more reasonably priced.
We've done the first six puzzles and we can see why people love it.
After getting hooked on the free versions, we bought the bundle. We really like this type of puzzle game, as we find them to be simultaneously mentally stimulating and emotionally relaxing–it's kind of a zen thing, which the game soundtrack nicely supports. Now if we can only figure out what's the point of collecting the moon pearls.
Best brain game in the App Store. Addictive and some levels seem impossible but there is always a solution. Sometimes we just stare at the board until we see a way forward. This game forces the player to think through the problem. We're nearing the top level after weeks of working and it will be sad to end. If you like brain puzzles' this one is for you.

The game is simple: connect the blocks that have the same size and shape. Akin to similar block moving games, but well thought out puzzles make this one a keeper. 5 stars. Finished all 13 levels and found all the moon pearls… But we're still missing an achievement somewhere.
Although we seldom read positive reviews because the negative ones tell us more, this game deserves positive reviews to be read. We like it very much for spatial analysis and for us, as an older adult, we find it does much to keep our brain exercised. Some of the puzzles can be quite difficult but persistence eventually pays off. We were fortunate to get this game free but it is one of the few free games we have downloaded that would be well worth paying for.

Sorry to be so juvenile by using all those periods in the review title, but we do love this game. We could literally play Blockwick for hours on end, but since there are a limited number of levels (240), we normally force ourselves to stop after completing four of them. We really don't want this to end. Sure, there's a Blockwick 2, but after playing the free, introductory version of that game, we determined that it wasn't as good as this original version and we won't be buying it. Anyway, we digress. This game has entered our top ten all-time favorites and if you enjoy puzzles that don't pressure you with a time limit or a specified number of moves, it may well become a fav of yours as well.
Everything. It's simplicity. It's complexity. It's visuals. It's soundtrack. OMG THE SOUNDTRACK. It's a game you can pick up and play for a few minutes, or grind out for hours. It's our go to iOS game. Every. Single. Time.
Every once in a while you find a game that pulls you in hard. For us, this was one of those games. More you play, the more fascinating it becomes.
It makes you think without having to be so difficult or complicated that you end up wanting to give up after a few minutes. What a great puzzling mental exercise.
We LOVE Blockwick. We can't wait for more from these developers.
After skimming through all these reviews we thought the maker of the game maybe had ppl write awesome reviews about the game so more ppl would buy it… We downloaded it when it's free But we think it's worth it to download it for the .99 cents too… It's challenging, fun, easy to use and control… Our review is that it's a great game.
