Another great game from BF & Elephant Games. Fun but challenging mini-games and HOPs, with an interesting storyline. Very enjoyable.

Things we loved. 12 cards to find. 36 puzzle pieces Morphing flowers every scene Can fast forward some conversations Dont have to pick up an item and use it separately, like 6 nails. Played twice and still cant find 1 puzzle piece. Completed most mini games, for once we didnt feel stupid. Fun game.

Only 4 stars because you cannot go back to find morphing, jigsaw puzzles, and cards when playing the Bonus game. Also, on the map or an icon at the bottom of the screen, should indicate whether or not a puzzle piece, morphing rose, or card still needs to be located. Beautifully drawn and bright color graphics. Varied and interactive HOPs. Many games (not our favorite thing). It is a fun game that is not overly complicated!

Not the best in the series but still a good game with a variety of HOPs, unique mini games, map with marked items (depending on difficulty level) and fast travel, lots of extra goodies to search for throughout the game including morphing items and we had no technical difficulties on our iPad Air Pro. We give this one 4.5!

We love the part of the game we were able to play, because when we got to the end of getting rid of the curse the game froze and we could not go on, so we restarted the game and the same thing happen. We downloaded the game again and we still was unable to continue playing the game. Please help.

The game is interesting so far, but we havent gotten that far into the game to really know if its a 5star game, yet. Might do an update later.

Storyline along with the beautiful graphics and characters were enough to spark our interest, even though this game was relaxing – it made you want to keep playing. We thought the hidden object scenes were of a nice variety, while the puzzles were many, some being a bit of a challenge. There were morphing and collectibles to find – ( beware you must find all in each scene in order to complete some extra tasks at the end) Teleporting map was provided. Overall, this game is relaxing and enjoyable and methodically put together well by the developers. Trial is short, however we are pleased with this purchase. Happy Gaming Everyone! Just a note – take your time and see the different effects that the developer incorporated into each scene. Nice Touch! KdBoots Update – we are in agreement with another reviewer (H1ppo) The fact that we IPad users are Not getting the New Releases from Big Fish as in years past – we too am considering another form of entertainment. It is just too frustrating to be looking forward to a New Game, only to be disappointed. 1 New Release a week is ridiculous and the sales that Big Fish keeps putting on doesnt do a thing for us regular gamers and supporters. We know myself and others have expressed this many times and nothing ever seems to change and/or our voice doesnt matter. Back in the day we used to get a least 3 New Releases a week, which we were happy. Nowadays we often times just get 1 maybe 2 a week and there is no consistency. Hope to see things change soon or we too will be looking elsewhere for entertainment/hobby. Tired of seeing these older games on sale and nothing new for us regular gamers. We Rest our Case. KdBoots.

Note: Thank you Catalina for the update on Five-BN’s game. For a series that is titled after the supposed main attractions, the Chimeras, they play an almost non-existent role, reduced to a mere backstory-like status. That said, this is still a decent sequel within a series that we have mostly written off due to its slippage in overall quality. We like the traveling-circus theme, especially with the contemporary version of "Lady Medusa," who focuses her charms on handsome young men and "stuns" them with her lethal beauty. The story progression is well-paced, thus avoiding monotonous moments of idleness. We consistently find myself admiring the impressive artistic design of the Parisian settings, as well as the beautifully bright and vibrant coloration of the graphics. The characters add flair to the storyline, and they will help you meet your objectives. The background animations – pillows jiggling, balloons floating away, birds chirping create an immersive connection to the environment. The gameplay, although not groundbreaking, is engaging enough to maintain our attention. The HOSs are varied and interactive, but we have seen these types before. This is a puzzle-heavy game totally up our alley. They are diverse, and the difficulty levels range from easy to medium. A few offered some challenge, as we had to work them out a bit. We enjoyed the one in which you need to connect the gears to make them spin. If you favor games in which you can discover multiple sets of collectibles, especially those that offer informative reading materials although fictitious in nature then this game is heeding your call. The free trial is brief, abruptly ending after a few scenes. However, since we developed a case of HOA withdrawal due to the denial of a game last week, coupled with the fact that this game piqued our interest, we decided to purchase the game. There are plenty of objectives to meet in each location, so we were never bored. Unfortunately, at the end of the main game, we encountered a glitch, resulting in having to skip the last puzzle. The interface froze up, causing us to reboot our device several times. Finally, after praying that we would at least be able to skip the puzzle after the Skip Button charged, we were able to finish the game. The main game is too short. Furthermore, in our opinion, there’s no "wow" factor here, but it’s much better than the last lemon (Spirit of Mystery). We suggest you play the free trial.

There is nothing unique or remarkable about this game. You can customize difficulty and teleport via the map, but there isnt a journal. The graphics are somewhat muddy. Gameplay is linear: you are led by the hand throughout the predictable storyline. The HOPs and mini games are easy, frequently featuring jigsaw puzzles. You can finish the entire game and bonus chapter in around 2-3 hours. Speaking of jigsaw puzzles, there are 3 kinds of collectibles: trading cards, morphing roses, and jigsaw pieces. You can theoretically assemble 3 puzzles if you get all the pieces, but the controls are monstrous; it can take more than a dozen clicks to pick up a piece, another dozen to rotate it, then many more to drop it in the puzzle. REALLY poor programming in this regard. We are fairly certain this gam was developed years ago. Rounding down from a 3.5. We would not buy this game again, even on sale.

The story was okay, kinda frustrating. If they could reverse the curse, why wait until you come on the scene to actually do it? The hops were mainly list, with one find the pairs, and 2 frogs. The mini games, for the most part were quite easy, but they were creative. Then in the bonus game 2 of them are medium-hard. One of the achievements we got didnt register as being accomplished at the end. You collect a morphing flower and 2 puzzle pieces in each scene in the main game, along with character cards scattered throughout that seem to reference past Chinera games. In the bonus no more puzzle pieces, but still a morphing flower in each scene and a few more cards to collect. If you miss the puzzle pieces we wouldnt be overly worried, the game mechanics of trying to put the pieces in place is a joke. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, ah it moved! No it dropped again. Tap, tap, tap….. We finished one of the 3 jigsaw puzzles simply because we had already started it and we hate to not finish something, but we decided the high blood pressure wasnt worth trying the other 2. An okay game.

Do you realize how many people review a game without leaving a comment? And that those who do leave a comment have usually had a negative experience or a very positive experience except for our trustworthy reviewers who leave comments to help others decide whether to buy the game. But to leave a negative review because its an awful game without giving reasons for your opinion is a waste of time and space.

Experienced, as previously mentioned, a glitch at the end of the game. It froze on the last puzzle. Was unable to continue to the bonus chapter until we skipped that puzzle. Looked like a fun puzzle. Disappointed as this developer usually provides a quality game. Also disappointed that this developer is also producing such short games as the new trend seems to be . Would not have purchased if we had received a new game on Monday. On a positive note, this game did keep us entertained. There were many things to accomplish throughout the game. Disappointed that BF has started eliminating new games over a holiday to merely offer old games on sale. For those of us that purchase on a regular basis, this leaves us with nothing to play during those days when we have more hours to play. If this trend continues we may have to rethink our entertainment options.

UPDATE: Has anyone besides us taken notice of the fact that BigFish is advertising a new release which is NOT AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES yet? It appears to be another installment in the Reflections series. Seriously, and its a game that should be terrific. Note to Catalina: thank you for the information in regards to the Five BN situation. Personally we think they are full of and are creating a situation where they plan on price gauging the gamers, who will be so happy to see this game released that they will pay a ridiculous amount! We hope that we are wrong. Note to Believer: thank you! You just echoed what we have been complaining about for years. People will rate a game, say its awful or great but not give any reasons. That is not a TRUE REVIEW. We hope that you have enjoyed our review skills because we rarely do that to anyone. We hope we have made a difference. Note to KimTwilight: Hello, our friend! We experienced the same issue as you did at the end of the main game. The interface froze up and we had to reboot our game and skip the mini-game in order to complete the game. In addition, it was virtually impossible to manipulate puzzle pieces in the Extras section of the menu. Elephant needs to issue an update. Hence we lowered our rating from 3 stars to 2.5 stars. On to this game. There was nothing unique or novel about it, truthfully. We received all of the usual perks given to us by Elephant Games: customizable settings, teleport map, complex items and tons of collectibles (morphing roses, Chimera cards and puzzle pieces). We agree with Corntiques that we should have had indicators on the map to show us if these items were still available for collection. The graphics lacked visual acuity but we liked the color palette and the beautiful Parisian scenery. The storyline was quite weak, and had very little to do with Chimeras. This game exhibited some touch screen sensitivity issues, especially when trying to change locations on the teleport map. They werent horrible but mildly irksome, and we should be able to enjoy our experience. Normally their quality assurance is excellent. The HO scenes had variety, but we would have liked more unusual ones. We hated the puzzles/games, because most were of the boring rotational genre and have been seen many times over! There was a plethora of tasks to be accomplished at each location and we did enjoy the basic gameplay. This game was extremely short, inclusive of the bonus adventure. We would say the game was average at best, and our true review will be 2.5 stars because of the aforementioned reasons. Who knows if we will even get a new game on Monday? Last week we only got one game, and we purchased this game because we were bored. If you want this game, we sure hope all of you purchased it at the sale price; it wasnt good enough to merit such a hefty price tag. In any event, we all know it will be on sale because BigFish uses any upcoming holiday (Independence Day) to give us a sale rather than a new game. Happy gaming everyone!

Game glitches on last puzzle and your unable to complete it… We refuse to skip a puzzle so we guess we count this as a loss because we can’t complete it.

We wish hidden oject games would have primarily hidden object scenes and not so many puzzles. This game is ok, but has too many puzzles.

While there are 178 reviews on this game, when we tap See All, Im only shown THREE reviews. This game was awful.

Blocks all over the screen. Someone forgot to finish the development work? It cant be played until there is an update, which Big Fish is not known to be good at producing.

The game appears to be stuck in a design phase. Various sized squares all over the screen. We cant play it in this state!

This is the third one in this collection that we have downloaded that has glitching white frames around the clickables.

We got squares all over the game. It makes it hard to see anything or also anything. Very upset with this.

Whats with the lit up scenes. This wasnt there before when we pl aced it. Very annoying.

We wanted to play this game BUT we cant. All you see are squares everywhere. Please fix. Thank you.

OH,CHIMERAS.. What Happened?! Given the success of the last Chimera installment, I’d been eagerly awaiting the next, only to be sorely disappointed. We cannot fathom WHY Elephant is putting out so many lower caliber games, especially in a series that’s been consistently better than most. TEN STEPS BACK: we couldn’t believe Elephant reverted back to the ridiculously archaic hoop jumping, the annoying back and forth, both used as fillers of time….. Rather than using this new Chimera game to expand on anything slightly interesting, new or unique. This game simply blurs into the background, as did much earlier slapped together games, but is completely lacking in any type of creativity. UGH! There’s literally ZERO challenge of any kind. NONE. TIME NOT WELL SPENT: All you’re doing up until the end of the free trial, (which by the way should be utilized to be the most exciting, in order to draw you in enough to WANT to purchase the game) is filled with nothing but tasking. It’s the same old drudgery of running back and forth collecting items, with barely any puzzles or mini games (the few included are an absolute embarrassment) or interaction, leaving us… Dying of BOREDOM. LOWERED EXPECTATIONS: The entire time is spent rehashing the same old tired mess of missing or broken cabinet/drawer pulls, packages requiring the glass shard wrapped in cloth, tools to remove screws, boxes/cases that need an emblem to open…. Plus the standard and STALE array of coins, figurines, pencils to be sharpened, rats to be scared away, broken springs, etc. …. Come ON! The cash register mini game? This mini game highlight is easily solved by a 1st grader is insulting….. As is the "Great Work!" text when you locate something. PLEASE! SOUNDTRACK: Reminiscent of awful background music, made worse by incorporating intermittent sounds of cawing crows/birds, might as well be "The Nails on a Chalkboard" symphony. I’d rather listen to our Mother-In-Law lecture us about how to properly cook, the importance of crocheting skills or the practicality/longevity of elastic waistband jeans. We wouldn’t dream of actually paying for this collection of odds/ends that should have remained on the cutting room floor, so to speak, we sincerely hope the next one makes up for it. Elephant, you’ve GOT to step it up. Miss LC in SF.

The puzzles could not be played. They would NOT turn or move. So many issues not worth it play. Why cant you test these games correctly????

Just purchased this along with several others. When we open this game, we get a picture with separate squares housing the drawings. It looks like Im seeing multiple layers at the same time and it is impossible to watch or to see all of the objectscolors are off as well. Im on iOS 15.4.1. Not sure if the app is not compatible with this or has not been updated?? Am not sure how to fix. The other chimera games that we purchased work fine! We love your games!! Please help! Thanks!

We have been stuck on the wheel and no matter what we try we can not get off of it. We would appreciate it if you could fix this problem!
