Six Card Cribbage is a two-player game of skill that uses a standard 52 card pack. The goal is to be the first to score 121 points over several deals. Points are scored for card combinations that occur during the play or in a player’s hand or in the crib — the cards discarded before the play.
Five Card Cribbage variation is an older traditional version that is still popular in England. 5 card Cribbage differs from the more modern 6 card cribbage by the number of cards in hand (initially 5) and by the score to play – usually it is played to 61 points.
Paul Rice of Wells, ME who plays in US national cribbage tournaments says that in cribbage "75 percent or more" depends on the skill of the player. Per Paul Rice: "in cribbage, every card you play and every card your opponent plays, you’re trying to throw a curve ball in there"… "you can be dealt a gosh-awful hand and if you play it right, you can advance up the board."

A bit slow at times, but love playing live instead of against a computer.
Very good mechanics and our favorite pegboard style, BUT!! 1. Rating system is ridiculous. Rarely find anyone to play without laying them ridiculous odds. 2. Play for money? Sure, but youll have to pay $10 to buy $7 in chips. Good luck with that. 3. Dont expect random, even dealing and cuts. They dont exist. A good game ruined by idiots.
The game mechanics are weak and the graphics are sub par. Also cant play ever because ads pop up that you cant close.
This was a paid app, but you wouldnt know it from all of the ads You cannot win money solely on merit Shenanigans. The ticket system is garbage it discourages rewards by merit: 1. Buy 2 tickets for $3. Or 7 for $10. But when you cash out you only get $1 per ticket. … Not the worst thing after all thats how game colony can make its money. Bu heres the problem: if you play somebody for 1 ticket, you only get .90 tickets when you win. You have to maintain roughly a 54.54% winning percentage over 22 games in order to keep your ticket balance BARELY ALIVE. For context, we surveyed some of the better players online today. Their win %s range from approx. 50% – 56%. . We have a 55% win percentage and have lost more money than we’ve won. Put another way, say you buy 2 tickets and you play for 1 ticket… If you Lose once Win once Lose again, Now you have .90 tickets And if you then play for a half ticket and lose again (even the best players have losing streaks), now you have .40 tickets, and you cant do squat with that. You HAVE to win 2 in a row, and then by the grace of god not lose two in a row while winning ever other game for the next 10 games. AND THATS JUST TO BREAK EVEN. Then you have to win 2 in a row again.
We can play users Im familiar with, enter tournaments, and theres a time limit so you dont get stuck playing molasses.
These games r rigged. We have played crib for 50 years with cards and nobody gets hands with cards like they do online. Every time we throw a QK away we know a J will appear. Just one example of many. Too predictable! Its fun, but not right. So we use it to our advantage but this online game is just not right. You have good algorithms but they need attention! U think U will win! U Lose! U think U will lose! U win! Very frustrating but trying to have fun. Your algorithms r built for the three lines above this we quotation marks. You guys wrote it, not us…. Overall we give this game five star rating because we can be played with other people just like us around the world and it can be a very social thing as well for many people.
This game was great. Then came the ads. Then came the weird alt-right conspiracy theory news ads. Then came the stand with trump ads. We are both baffled and repulsed at the same time. Gotta find another cribbage game we guess.

Simply brilliant. Easy to set up gameplay. Have not had any problems.
Cards are not random. Can be up 30 points or more on a higher ranked player and right as you start to reach 121, the higher ranked player gets 24 point hands and 10 point cribs. Seriously 9/10 times. Its very obvious as you play lower ranks, the advantage is reversed and magically, you get all the cards.
It’s a great app for learning to play like we am. Can be a bit fast paced but you learn to be better that way. Overall good app. Gimme our tickets please.
Unfriendly card selection. Sometimes an card goes up incorrectly, ie not the card we picked. Also sometimes a card is selected with a light tap and sometimes its difficult. Make conversations easy, cribbage is a social game and conversations should be easier to conduct.
The layout and gameplay is great. But its just so obviously rigged. If you dont buy tickets, you’ll never start with crib first, and you’ll mysteriously get bad cards at the end of every game if you’re playing someone who has deposited.
This is a fun game but one needs to realize that the hands are not random. Pay 3 dollars for 2 onedollar tickets to get rid of the ads, but playing for tix is a suckers game. Even if it is not rigged you need to win 60 percent of the time to break even. Not going to happen.
We wish the cards were dealt in order. Hard to rearrange. At times its difficult to get into a table but love playing real time!!

This app is a joke. If you want to play for money they sell "tickets" where $1 = 1 ticket. That’s fine, but the in-app purchase for 7 tickets is 10 DOLLARS. Imagine if you wanted to withdraw $20 from an ATM and it had a $6 fee. That’s this app. Not only that, but for every ticket you wager in a game, the app takes AN ADDITIONAL $0.20! That would mean that you would have to win 60% of the games you play to break even in a game where the experts barely have that kind of an advantage, if that. If you want to get completely ripped off then by all means download this app and watch your money disappear.
