We love this game but what we wish they changed is when you die in one of the skull areas you sometimes cant get your stuff cause it disappears.

It started out as a fun game but they need to make it where you die, you dont lose everything but can go pick up your supplies where you last died. Its so frustrating! We get supplies then die then lose everything and have to start all over. We spent money on supplies and then died and lost everything. Its getting to the point where the game isnt getting fun anymore because its more work than fun. And its almost impossible to find rare items.. Cant find any of the horse supplies like harness/ saddle or trough. Would be way better if you could build/ make these. This game most likely will not stay on our phone very long. Hope they make changes to make it more enjoyable.

Im homestly highly disappointed in the developers, eveything we crafted just to die due to the fact im not a high enough level to craft better material. And yall want us to pay to survive!! If you didnt want thst you would not have made level 1 skeleton areas have a massive spawn of monsters or high leveled knights there to end our progress.

Okay so we love this game its really fun, but we never realized how bad the taxing really is, we bought something for 5.99$ thinking that itll come out to around 7.00$ because of taxing but instead the total amount came out to 17.00$, how does 5.00$ come out to 17.00$????

This survival game is fun to pick up and put down anytime. It runs well and the mechanics are on point. The major issue we find disturbing is what the developers offer in shop. Of course they would need to make money to continue this game, and obviously investing to boost your character development or building your own strategy without investments is your choice. You can freely play by your own decisions. True and we never had a problem with this; however there is no good reason for anything that they show to be in the store. Often shoving pop-ups in your face to purchase weapons/armors for $20 or $100 that would break in 10-20 minutes. It really seems like the devs don’t care about the players to offer such deals. Of course we know it’s designed to just throw money at this game. We think the gameplay is good and what they offer in the shop is just a rip-off. A club breaks in less than one wood-chopping run. With low durability for all items in this game(even unique and legendary weapons), it feels more like a grind to achieve goals rather than skill. We have even killed eisenborg on the 3rd floor in the forsaken dungeon without spending a cent on this game; so money is not required to win(investing a ton of time grinding, even with perfect farming efficiency it still takes a while). Also the hearth, bed, etc. Are not free. As for the survival aspect, this is a free game.

The combat right now is very simplistic to the point where it just boils down to hold button eat food repeat or if youre feeling spicy tap button move away tap button and then eat and every combat encounter just feels like you won because you had better equipment and not because youre good at the game. The special attacks are so slow to get in this game as well which feels like a kick in the balls knowing that this games combat could get better but only if you pay with money or grind for 2 months in green yellow and red zones.

Survival games are supposed to be hard, but this one takes that too another level. Entirely designed to be too hard to play if youre not paying for gear. We’ve played this a lot was VIP and have sunk plenty of money into it. We figured eventually youd be able to get gear and weapons to make it easier. Totally not true. The AI is designed to attack you when youre in your inventory with a random player. Weapons break long before you can finish any level. Even if you get better gear than an area calls for youll end up being attacked by random AI players more than usual. You can spend hours getting nowhere. At this point it is either spend more money and hope you dont lose it in the first fight or quit the game. Other survival games are much better balanced. Also this game needs to allow sorting at base and in chests. Things get put all over the place and it is tedious to rearrange things. Fun idea, but they need to balance it 10-15% more in favor of the player to make it fun to play. If you have lots of money this game will be fun and frustrating. And we mean lots. We paid for VIP and good gear a few times a month and it was still too much random attacks from something not on the map and much tougher than you have gear for. Better gear just means harder random encounters. And you get upset when gear you just paid for is lost because you get attacked by an AI generated monster designed to be tougher than you.

A little too much blood and why is that not mentioned at all in the description of why its 12+? But over all great game.

Crafting is very difficult and all necessary items are extremely hard to obtain and takes a lot of material. Also, why can we not craft from our inventory? That small change would make a world of difference!. We really enjoy playing this game but unfortunately we will not continue playing if things do not change.

We liked this game a lot better before they added the ability to incounter other players, it would be nice to be able to play for more then a minute before getting killed by a rando and loosing everything we have. Its impossible to play.

Someone else said pay to play. Initially, a player will obtain necessary armors and weapons to survive while foraging for resources, but then nothing. And unless you have everything in storage at your stronghold, you will lose everything you have on you if killed. So yes. Definitely pay to play. Account was deleted after one day.

Keep charge money when we deleted game.

We love this game, we are pretty new to it. But here are some thing we wish were better. One being clothing and amour, it is kinda hard to find or make, witch is hard. Maybe you could make basic clothes more plentiful, and you start out with a set. Also for Dire wolves and cats strays are pretty hard to find. Dire wolves especially. And finally travel times. The time are a bit excessive. And we dont like to wait 15 minutes to go somewhere that is like 20 feet away from our base. Other than those 3 thing we absolutely love this game. Thank you.

This game makes it so that it is almost impossible to play without paying for weapons. It offers things for you to build and then once you build them they require items you can only purchase in order to use (horse stable, etc.)

Im a real life survivalist and we love the game and the mechanics of it theres just one thing we dont like and it has just completely shut us down from playing. . Theres no satisfaction, sure ok yes the grinding we totally dig no big deal but the rewards like building your armor? It just doesnt hold up. Im spending more time grinding then the armor holds up from enemies attacking us as we gather resources AND ONE trip of gathered resources and our armor is completely gone. We get hardship and we get grind but what we dont get is getting slammed over and over again. Psychology is part of survival too your are to think positively, but im just going to tell you how it is, if your making your armor when you know its just going to break again faster than you can make another set? Why bother? How is this positive???

For starters honesty we fell for the ad tbh we feel betrayed because you have to buy the bed, fireplace? Like fr. We dont like spending money on mobiles games for a reason but this is just disaster. We thought we would find a game that actually has a bed and furniture but nope its not free. We wish they added for us like to watch 20 ads to in order to get the bed those dont like to buy stuff instead of earn. We would rate this game a one star but the quality of the game itself its amazing but Im just sad to say we dont recommend people that dont like to spend money dont play this game. We let our sister know and we honesty we thought Ill find another game to share to other people and tell people to play this but this game is like (you have to purchase to get furniture for your castle) lol our sister said she changed her mind since you cant really do anything in the game, theres not much furniture. Im disappointed, tbh we think we rather stay on our old game, at least theres furniture there. The only thing we love about this game is the rain. Sad to say this we will delete the game since we dont wanna waste our money on the darn game for what when theres beyond other games out there. Sometime we guess greed takes over your life right. Money dont make ppl happy we like to earn and build stuff but we cannot do that in that game.

Two things would improve game play greatly: Being able to return to an area without immediate refresh so you can collect more supplies by returning to location and weapon repair early on in game.

Theres not that many features unlike frostborn that why we prefer Frostborn.

We have never given a review of a game that enjoy so much , we also feel that it can improve but allowing to progress. We cannot progress until we purchase extra accessories. We have mix feelings on this game . There needs to be a balance to enjoy the game if you make it too hard people just walk away.

The game is ok but its super Grinding.. It can be better but u have to invest a lot of time into . Even then u run out of energy . We work so we play when we can but if u want to sit down n in joy the game its hard . U need to hurry and get food or u get attacked at every step u take . Fun but not at the same time .

We rage quit this game after 2 days of play. At first it was fun. Similar to other survival games. Collect resources, build your base, venture out for loot and more resources. Our major issue came up after our second death. If you die anywhere that isnt your base or very specific loot locations you lose ABSOLUTELY everything you were carrying. Permanently. There are no soul bound items. No revival stones or potions. And unlike similar games you cant go back to find and loot your own corpse. We ended up in a series of quicker and quicker deaths as each time we died we lost all our best gear and had to keep scrimping and scrounging to equip even the basics. By the time we ended up losing our axe after dying with no more wood in our storage to try to make a new one we were done. Do not bother buying any in game packs. The gear all degrades too quickly or is destroyed when you die. Waste of time and money.

This game is awesome because it requires lots of creativity and preparation in order to survive. The story line is great and it will allow you to earn special stuff for your survival needs.

Wonderful quest line along with the crafting grind. 10/10 will recommend.

You can watch adds instead of paying cash which is cool but you dont need either to keep progressing it would seem. Loads of story content too. Best game we’ve played on a smartphone in awhile.

Okay first this game is our favorite and you should get it its perfect best mobile game ever only we need 200 energy we travel to like 15 places in one sitting so we need 200 energy because we keep buying more energy but other then that this game is great.

This is the best game ever that we played so far and the graphics are amazing and the gameplay even better but sadly our only issue is that its not allowing us to find or add our friends at all. We wish they would fix asap.

We find this game very enjoyable. Its a lot better than a lot of the other survival games out there. We havent had to spend any money, granted we just started so that might change. Just like every other survival game however, the chests arent big enough to hold the loot that you get in the world. So you wind up building a ****ton of them in order to store your items. It would also be really good if when you craft something it would grab the materials directly out of the chests. Oh, and if you want to add friends you need to get on discord and download another chat program called Telegram, this kind of annoyed us.

We went to an island and when we died there all our things were gone. Is there any way to get back that inventory? So far the game has been nice when we had all our stuff)

Dont like how we have to wait to replenish our energy but besides that this game rules.

When you go on a walk or run for adventures we need a button to cancel.

Its a great concept and we want so badly to love it but it has some hard to swallow flaws. Items break down so fast you are basically naked half the time. You have to pay to really get a decent weapon or your running around with a stick till basically level 20 and if you die while on an adventure you land back home with absolutely nothing. Its a game designed to be fun if your willing to spend not 10 or 20 dollars but easily 50 dollars to have an enjoyable game and thats crazy. At first you will get some great items and probably find a pet after that your lucky to find a scrap of clothe. Loosing interest sadly.

This game has so much potential but the greedy developers ruin it like most games. Every single aspect of this game is geared towards getting you to spend COPIOUS amounts of money every free thing they give you is intentionally garbage with an illusion of potential greatness. Ie they give you a free resource chest throughout the day that they claim can give you items you need for getting a horse(which is needed to progress) however, after doing the chest every instance we can(every 2 hours we think) for weeks straight, all we’ve ever gotten are pieces of wood or leather straps. These are things that are everywhere in the game and are junk. Even the chests in dungeons, which are what the game is about, most often contain absolute garbage that doesnt help you at all. The progression of the game is locked behind a pay wall essentially. If you dont want to spend thousands of dollars to play their unfinished game(its really not even finished lol) then skip this one and go play something like Anima arpg, which is significantly better and completely free to play with only QOL upgrades for $2-$3. Update The dev commented and spewed utter nonsense. Do not listen to them. It is blatant lies.

Paid for the bag bundle 3 time and never received the bag.

We cant believe what Im seeing in the shop. 50 dollars for a set of armor that will break in 3 runs chopping wood. 100 dollars for some bunk set of plate armor, 20 for cheaper plate armor how is there greed to this extent. Idk who is buying this or why but there is no reason anything like that should be in the store. Devs are disgusting pigs. Gameplay is fine tbh, loop is too long and some recipes are grossly overpriced resource wise, but what do you expect from a cash grab survival game. This game could have been a really top tier highly respected mobile game but the devs missed a chance at being respectable.

We played GS for five years and it used to be the best game ever. Now, the devs lack direction and each update makes the quality of life worse and worse. Find a better game with a better direction. This one isnt it.

We wish there wasnt a wait for energy. Otherwise we love everything about this game. We cant stop playing.

Can all of you work with Full Moon Entertainment and Ted Nicolaou to make a Subspecies Video Game thats like this. Where you play as a vampire and you build your castle develop your power collect artifacts and feast on humans to heal and gain power.

Kind of hard if your not buying stuff. But good to wast time with.

Yeah, we agree the game is stacked far too much on player versus player. Its hard enough to deal with the rest of the creatures in the game and as we’ve seen other reviews, its hard to continue to heal yourself when youre small and just starting out so when youre trying to get resources in, you have to fight off for other players on one board its hard to get any healing done or gather any resources the part that we find interesting is when youre being attacked by other creatures and another player at the same time and your attacks are split out between them so you cant actually kill anybody definitely not a game Im going to be spending any more money on.

You lose everything youve gathered if you die, so good have fun spending a ton of time gathering resources just to to craft a single item. The game is obviously designed to stall your progress to force you to spend money. And if you want to spend you cant just spend $15-20 here and there, you have to spend way more just to be able to progress. We like survival games where you have to craft things, but this game is incredibly annoying, spawning random mobs that are way stronger than you and drop awful loot even if you manage to kill them with bad gear. And like we said, you lose everything when you die, so say goodbye to all those hours spent gathering resources. Very unrewarding and we wouldnt recommend wasting your time with this game.

Our game doesnt load at all so we rated this game 1 star because we didnt even get the chance to play.

We played this game a few years ago and it was really hard to get started. We recently downloaded it again and theyve made it much easier to get going in the beginning without dying or losing interest. The graphics are great and the plot is interesting. You can have dogs that accompany you and breed them for stronger traits. Its frustrating that you run out of energy pretty quickly to go into other areas for supplies and missions without many ways to increase it. Overall a fun game, we would like a bit more interaction and flexibility within the game itself but Im also in the beginning stages so well see where it goes.

We found the premise of this game to be intriguing. Upon starting it up, its story sounded very interesting. Falling into the world was easy, and we found it fun to explore, gather, build, and sometimes find really cool loot! Learning how to live in this strange new place was fun! We like the general gameplay. Alas, good things do not last. Now, Im not saying this is a fault of the game; its likely just not our (or others) cup of tea. But we started getting attacked by other players. Relentlessly. All the adventuring, gathering, building, and treasure-hunting, it all came to a stop because upon entering a map, we would immediately get pursued by another player holding much higher quality weapons than I. We were guaranteed to lose. We are a F2P player. Without spending money, we were essentially stuck, for death meant losing all our items over and over, meaning crafting basic gear (like clothes) over and over, and it became repetitive, boring, just not rewarding.

We bought 3 day free trial subscription and then weekly and it automatically charged us, did not give us 3 days free.

Some F2P games are playable without spending cash. This one isnt. The worst feature is that when you die, you lose everything. So you have to be care when you put your stuff away, but were talking about weapons and food and stuff that can be hard to come by in order to make things like smelters. So yeah you can grind, but if you die you lose everything you just gathered. Inventory is very small and pop ups encourage you to spend for better equipment. We had managed to get clothes and weapons and then died and lost everything. Ran around naked trying to build it back up only to get killed 3 times in a row, just trying to get wood to make a club. Lost any materials on us. We dont mind hard, but theres a point where a game becomes too frustrating to continue. We do spend money on games we enjoy to enhance the experience, and we try out a lot of games for free before we spend. The concept of the game is interesting but we can see how it becomes a cash pit. Not to mention that you could die (you get swarmed and your weapon breaks and you dont stop getting attacked like in other games when you check your inventory) and lose stuff that you spent real money on. Im mad enough about losing our free stuff. Hard pass. If you didnt lose all your stuff hard levels would be okay. If the game paused while you try to heal, the game would be okay. Without that, its not playable for F2P or low spenders.
