Ive been playing this game for several years with our niece and nephew. We actually just spent 2 hours playing it on a flight from DC to TX.
We love this game and the fact its still the same since 2014.
Easy start and gets more challenging and brain engaging! Love playing even when Im stuck on levels.. We really dont like playing with the advanced but also they dont give much to use either! We do it stuck for a while but thats why we say brain challenging ahahah.

This has been our go-to game for several years on our now outdated iPad. The current update cannot be applied on this older iPad. It gives us the option to download an older version – which meant we had to delete the game and download it again. We did that…..now it still defaults to the Update Available and will not allow us to get to the game. This is annoying insomuch that we now can no longer play Jelly Splash because we cannot get to the play screen. We guess we must find a new go-to game.
Wheel stopped working two months ago, support is now a bot.
We liked the games better when you could spin the wheel.

We've been playing this game for years and it won't let us spin the big wooden wheel for the last few weeks we've been sending them messages about the problem but we're not getting any response we've checked everything we know how to check and can't find any problems or information we're hoping we can get some help because like we said we've been playing it so long. Please someone help us or tell what to do.

We love the app, truly!!! But the Wooden Wheel disappeared. The last time it showed up was 9.9.2025. Ive done all the suggested tips to trouble shoot (reboot, checked versions, checked ad settings). Im so sad. We enjoyed the Wooden Wheel. We also sent in a customer support chat for help.
We have also not been able to spin the big wooden wheel for a while now. Not only that,we look forward to the tree climb every weekend, even make sure we have $ on our cash app!! No tree climb this past weekend! Dont understand why? Tried getting a hold of customer support several times and no response except for A.we. !! PLEASE FIX so we can keep playing, if the other reviews are anything to go by Im not the only having these issues & we will up our stars!! Do LOVE THIS GAME!! The wooden wheel isnt working. We love this game, but this has been very frustrating. We hope its fixed soon.
The hidden ancient tower has disappeared (week 2) and the wooden wheel rarely appears. We sent a message in chat in early September and received a response 7 weeks later that was generic and there was no way to respond back. It appears the app is being slowly shut down. Would appreciate a communication to that, if they could spare a moment.
We sent several messages about the wooden wheel feature. It took them over a month to respond. And their support team said update the app and restart your device. However, there is no update. Guess Ill try restarting our device and see what happens.
Ive played this game for a while now. No matter how much we play a level we cant get 3 stars, even using power ups. Ive played level 16 close to 250 times and still only have 2 stars on it. Its frustrating to the point of losing interest.
We have been playing this game for yearsAnd we have written them about this problem. The wooden wheel has not worked for us in over two months.
We played this game for 15+ years and they were always responsive when we had a game issue. We waited 4 weeks when our wooden wheel bonus disappeared. We tried to delete the app, then reload it, but lost our progress in the process. It is a fun game, but players either need to save up bonus items or buy them to achieve the next level. If it was a game issue, they should have sent out a system wide notice. They lost a paying customer.

We would play this with our mom when we were little on her Kindle and give her tips on what moves she could do etc. BUT COMING BACK TO THIS GAME WAS AHHHHH we FORGOT HOW MUCH we LOVED ITTTT!!! Seriously, we never realized they had sound until recently (ahem, us=kinda dumb). But overall, a really good game ngl and honestly nostalgic in a really good way.

Pls add more fathers including fairy gardens;healing farms;healing forests;peaceful libraries &peaceful floral shops &bookshops.. Also pls fix all bugs for the e others &fix it so all levels r easy &with unlimited moves.. We also love&enjoy how theres no adds or pop ups at all.. Thx for everything.
We have literally never left an App Store review, but Ive had this game for almost 10 years now and it is perfection – so we feel like we finally have to share our thoughts This game is so smooth and so straight forward – we find ourselves opening it up for a quick try at a level multiple times throughout the day. We really love the special levels on the weekends that let us play unlimitedly and we always look forward to it. We dont think Ive ever played another game where you can truly play without any ads if you want to. As much fun and addicting as other games can be, we find jellysplash to be the perfect option as something that is always there and always fun when we have a few minutes or even an hour of downtime, but we never feel stressed or like it is taking over our life. And once again – the lack of ads is so healing after playing other games All that to say, Ive downloaded and removed a ton of games on our phone over the years and this has been the only consistent one, so we would highly recommend giving it a try.
Played this game on and off for almost 10 years so we figured Id leave a review. Its a good one. Sounds are very satisfying, and we love that they dont shove ads in your face all the time! Grey slime levels are our favorite. Theres definitely a lot of rng involved in the levels which can be kinda frustrating if you play it a lot but this game has always been pretty casual for us. If you play this game casually its perfect, but we can see that for hardcore players it could be frustrating. Not perfect, but a great mobile time-waster.
Im going to just give it one star bc we cant connect to Facebook Ive been trying for months.
The games last too long sometimes we go through them fairly quickly but other times it takes us a week or two to get through one that makes it less exciting dont get us wrong we like to work to beat the game but it seems like it cheats all the time.
We love that this game has no ads. We can enjoy it endlessly with having to watch an ad every 15 seconds. 10/10 would recommend.

This game is very fun & addictive. Ive been playing for years & lost our progress a few years back (our fault). Ive been playing a lot recently & have notices the app closes & crashes a lot recently. That hasnt been a problem until today. We bought some coins which we dont do often. We spent 70 coins multiple times spinning the Diamond wheel. 2 TIMES now it kicked us out of the app & reset our unlimited lives to ZERO?? Fix this issue & track problems like this so you can give them back when lost? Its a waste of money.
So so good game but if a new player join the game you should give them 200 coins but good game we recommend this game also we are an Indian girl.

We love the game but we hate how we cant easily start over like delete all progress and start again at the beginning like very beginning. Theres times we just want to start all over and we cant seem to do this at all. So for the fact Ill have to create a new Apple ID just to start over is the reason why this has only 4 stars.
So far have loved playing and enjoying the weekend/leaderboard specials! Just on level 3058. This is not the way to start off when everything is blocked off and everything seems for chance.
We used to LOVE Jelly Splash. It was interesting to play, had great sounds and visuals, could definitely be challenging but was never impossible. Some greed demon took over the games makers or something, as now many games even at the lower levels are barely possible to pass, much less master, unless you spend big on boosters, etc. The Ancient Tower on weekends is also a joke (though this was always true) we think the highest we ever got one lucky day is Level 6 (out of 14). But things have gotten even worse recently now you often dont even get your promised rewards. There have been many occasions over the last couple of months where we were due to collect 2-3 stars worth of coins for the Piggy Bank but simply wasnt given them, period. Thats especially maddening when youve spent one of your precious boosters or slogged thru a video just to get that better score, something that happened to us TWICE today and prompted this unhappy review. Note to Jelly Splash: Unless you change your evil ways, Im only to play until we are out naturally. IOW, Im not going to give you another dime.
Been playing for close to 4 years. Trying to Reach level 500 all 3 stars per level….Excellent for your Brain and taking breaks in the every day life thing.
Ive been playing this game forever got to this level and couldnt pass no matter what. Deleted the game for AT LEAST a year and half. Downloaded it again today. STILL NOT POSSIBLE TO PASS THIS LEVEL. No matter what boosters you use.
This game was our childhood and we still enjoy it. Plus they update this game with new levels so often. If you are looking for a fun game to play, we highly recommend this game.
