We love this game so much and its our favorite game now.
We never give reviews, but this was so fun! The only qualm is we wish it were longer so we could keep playing its storyline- its perfect.
Seriously love this game and not just cuz we love cats. We love the graphics. Love the weapon perks. And we especially love the grumblings that goes on when the game ends. We don’t even mind when we lose and we are told LOSER!!! Too funny. And it’s so easy to play a friend. And our kitties we send out are black cat ninjas. Loving this game. Try it out. The only thing we are not clear on is how to unlock the different houses. Probably costs money but if you love word games and a fast pace and you are sick of games loaded with ads and 48 or 72 hr waits for opponents to play back this game is purrrfect for you.
We usually dont like these word games but the fact where you can make a cat army by just typing letters, we love it.
Not to long of a game but it sure was fun.
Its a good game but add more levels please its a very short game but other than that this game is awesome and you should get it if you like word games and exploding kittens.
The story mode is an absolute delight. The multiplayer mode can use some improvements! The Rematch button doesnt always appear which is strange. Would also like to see more stats at the end of a game. Overall we really love it and spend a lot of our time on it.
This is a really cute and fun game it has really fun illustrations. It is like so relaxing and helps build our vocabulary our cuz showed us this game and it so weird but it’s so fun at the same time. We love how kitty letter is tied into this we love that game and also give it as well as this game. Plus there are NO ADS we love it 11/10.

We loved this game. We downloaded it while in a depression spiral and it literally fixed everything. Its hilarious and meme worthy while still challenging. We highly recommend this game to someone who needs a bit of humor and/or excitement in their lives.
We’ve always loved looking at the little comics strips on the Oatmeal website. Before we played this, we didnt really like word games. Its so cute and sooooooooooo funny. We dont know how to explain it but it kinda feels like more than a word game yknow?
The palindromes are beautiful image in the story mode is our phone wallpaper and we like how kitty letter sounds like kitty litter.
We play everyday when Im bored we’ve won almost 100 games. We just wish there was a way to communicate, add friends and be challenged with people our level because we feel as if its too easy, but other than that it is an amazing game with a great vision.
Our neighbor is a flompy wretch who stinks worse than ten-thousand chum buckets. He is an overrated, repugnant barf bag. This neighborhood has no place for pugnacious rascals. We hate him more than we hate a toilet seat warmed by its previous occupant. He’s the worst thing to happen to this town since the arrival of kombucha. He is the worst neighbor EVER. One star.
Like everything that comes from this amazing artist its fun and hilarious and delightful.

Extremely entertaining and engaging game, we couldnt put it down until we finished the game in one day. The storyline was hilarious as well. We hope this game continues to develop and gets updated, Id be glad to pay for a sequel or an in-app extension of the game.
This game is so awesome. 10/10 you should totally download. We always win. Awesome overall amazing.
We dont really like word games because theyre all oh, look at this leaf and make words, arent you relaxed? No, im not relaxed, because im in the middle of a stressful puzzle we cant solve! But this game just seems easier, and it gives you more letters if you need them. Plus, it has laughs and a good storyline and cutscenes that are actually entertaining, as to distract from the fact that youre basically playing single-player scrabble. As a cat person, we really like the whole cat aspect of it, the animations, drawings, and sound affects are all really good and you can tell there was a lot of work put into it.
We now have a love for exploding kittens. Off the game topic, we have 2 of your board games and they are AMAZING! We have the game of cat and mouth and exploding kittens. We love kittens and your games are so funny and fun. We couldnt ask for any more in a brand!! Yall are amazing. This game is so fun and we’ve only had it for less than an hour now. The art is on point for the humor of the game. Pure amazingness. We wish we had more to say but your games are to amazing to describe.

We love the creativity and graphics of the game. Our only complaint is that when there are updates to the app all progress and high scores are reset.
Great game. Im a huge fan of The Oatmeal. Only issue we have with this game is using the special tools like the vacuum, fork, etc. In the heat of battle, they can be distressingly difficult to use. Maybe move them to a more accessible location in a further update? Thanks.
The app is very fun, but our progress keeps getting reset and we have to go through all the levels and regain our multi-player level all over again.
Been playing this game for a few months now and it has been very fun. The only problem we occasionally see is that online games can have some serious desync issues that basically throw everything off. Both players can be playing the same words at the same time but only one player loses their cats when they collide, there can be a noticeable pause when a new letter wheel is supposed to load even though the other player has already started with theirs, etc.
We find this game entertaining in the best of ways! It makes us laugh out loud, and it challenges us to focus on finding words as well as learning new challenges as we ‘level up’… Being NOT a gamer, this is all new to us. This is the Very First game we have ever downloaded and likely will be the only one unless The Oatmeal comes up with another thing like this. I’d give it 5 stars but currently cannot play it because it has a bug that won’t let us make any words. PLEASE oh please make da bugs go away!
We want to give this five stars because we play this game obsessively. We love word games and cats and The Oatmeal so all our favorite things. BUT, in single player arcade mode, it will randomly start our game over, even if we have paused it. Sometimes Ill be close to beating our top score and will go eat dinner and come back to find our game is gone and a new one has begun. Please fix this! It is the only bad thing in an otherwise brilliant, addictive game.
We completed the story then started over. When we had finished 3 rounds it never saved. We do not want to restart each time. Can you have it save after you complete a level? Thank you. Also when will more stories come out?
We are a huge exploding kittens fan. This is a cute app and the game is much different than others. It is still a bit glitch and it lags but all new apps will have a few bugs to work out. The best part is THERE ARE NO ADS!!! Work the glitches out and we will give it 5 stars. :)
We love this game and we highly recommend it but it does have a couple of quirks. Sometimes during play a stranger mode it seems like opponents are able to play words more than once. We wish there was a way to see every word an opponent plays after the game. It also slows down after a few games and we need to close the app and restart to get things back to normal.
This game is great. Its different than other word games similar to it (for example wordscapes, which is good) and is funny because its something from The Oatmeal. The only problem is it lasts two seconds. You can beat it in less than half an hour, and everything else gets boring fast. Otherwise its fun while it lasts. Very good for if youre expecting a short game. Its similar to how The Oatmeal describes cats. They are furry cruise missiles, not intended for long voyages but brief bursts of light across the sky. They find their way across the universe and crash into your heart like a purring, misanthropic meteorite.

Only reason we gave four stars is it is honestly too short in story mode and that storyline was absolutely hilariousVery well done!!!! We love The Oatmeal we love this game because its helping to keep building our vocabulary The ONLY reason we are rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because Im kind of multilingual and when we put a word thats not English it doesnt count NONETHELESS STILL GREAT GAME FROM AN AMAZING ARTIST.
Fun and funny. Yet there are so many little glitches that cause a special kind of chaos. Some give the best words you found to your opponent, some erase your score, some wins are never recordedthe list goes on. Sometime we wonder if the Oatmeal purposefully left them there. Little doses of chaos vaccinating us to the greater chaos in the world.
UPDATE: the latest version (1.09) deleted all of our stats, and reset progress to the beginning. Thats… Bad. We have an iPhone 12 mini, and while this game is playable, it becomes SLOWWWWWW after a few games. However, its pretty fun, especially the multiplayer mode! The single player story mode is a bit short, but thats OK. Multiplayer word games are fun! Also, why is this game 350 MB?!? Please try slimming it down, not all of us have oodles of disk space.
This game would be great- if the controls were actually selectable. We spend so much time trying to get the letters to be responsive it makes the game no fun. If Im going to lose, it should be from a lack of vocabulary or speed, not trying to trick the game into acknowledging that Im trying to tap or drag on a letter.
This game is great! The campaign is fun and so is the multiplayer. However, the multiplayer is slightly annoying for one reason; A lot of the words the game allows just dont exist. Which makes cheating by spamming random consonants and vowels super easy.
We love this game but its been nearly a year without an update, and Im pretty sure there are only about five other humans on earth that play this game. The result is, AI opponents are the only ones you get to compete against. Devs, please show Kitty Letter some love.
The last update does seem to have fixed a bunch of bugs, but it wiped out all our history.
Some we’ve never seen. Some possibly misspelled slang? We think Im done with this one after a few plays. Could be gut tho we prolly wont play gin cuz its wac.
Where are the instructions on how to play? We have searched the settings and every other option.
When you play a stranger there are times its obvious that the game is playing against you and not a person. There will be points where there is no possible way for your opponent to continue forming words with the available letters yet continue doing so. A recent game there was two possible palindromes to make from the four letters available. After our opponent and we both unleashed them, they were able to send out more taco cats multiple times even though it was impossible.
We get it. The Oatmeal had a few good cat jokes 8 years ago. Find new material. While youre at it, either import the entire dictionary for each locale, or dont and just admit youve got a list of garbage letter combinations and made your own list, but dont then pretend this is a game about making real words.
