Very good game we dont know why people dont like it when it just came out. Because it takes time for games to fix bugs.
This game has gone through several updates, and it has only gotten better. Highly recommend!! Great graphics and gameplay !
We got bored of playing NxB NV now we switched to this game is fire absolute fire!
Love the characters need to add more though missing some.. .

This game is the definition of Pay To Win. You can only get so far until the game gets ridiculously hard to the point they almost force you to buy gold for characters. The SS characters cost hundreds of real dollars to get one not to mention the numerous bugs and balance issues in the game. The devs dont do anything to actually improve the game just release new characters to get more money. They will tell you they are looking into the issues or that they will notify the engineer team but nothing will actually happen. All in all, its just a money pit. They arent even actually authorized to use Naruto characters.

The game is a scam, they dont give anything free they said they would, and none of their gift codes work. Scam.

We would say this game is a 4-4.5/5 stars. Its fun, new, and the graphics are great for a new game. Many say its pay to play but they couldnt be more wrong, although we did make purchases in the beginning after learning the game its not about who pay the most. This game gives enough items, gold, and stamina for completing missions and certain goals (level, damage, duel rank,etc). The one complain about the game itself is that they should add more players but obviously that will happen as time passes. We rated it a 2 star because of the issues we have faced with the game and their customer service. As previously stated we did make purchases and we enjoyed the game, but we woke up to play and our account was banned for hacks(didnt even know it was possible to use hacks in this game) when we can assure you we didnt and wouldnt especially if we spent money on our account. This is one of the issues we have faced. The customer service is bad. We have notified them about our ban as soon as we found out and provided all our info. They havent responded in over 10 hours and we’ve also emailed their customer support. This upsets us because of the money(its not the fact that we cant make another account and get back to where we were but that we wrongly lost our account) and grinding we’ve done on our account. Still dont know if we ever will get our account back. Hopefully we do but we told and mentioned this story just for others to know that your account can get taken with 0 reason and thats why we rated this a 1 star.
