For once, Im gonna say that we dont like the update. We miss the old login tree where you get power-ups (cherry/power/exp). Plus we stopped getting anything other than 2x on lucky spins (thus we no longer watch ads for more spins). We’ve been playing this game for years, and Im hoping it doesnt get any worse than it is now.
We love to play with POKOPANG. But we have a huge problem after playing. Im receiving scams on our text a lot. We already have been receiving scams from phone calls a lot. Now we have been receiving both from phone calls & texts A LOT. We dont want to play POKOPANG. Its TOOOO MUCH.
When we updated to IOS 12.0.1, it wouldnt let us log in!
Can not connect game to line app.
We have played this game for at least 3 years , but it is time to quit, because this game has too many problems. For example , we can not open the game for a week !
The game tells us there was an issue logging in. Please fix this we want to play this game.
We can’t figure out why Line would abandon the sequel to this game which is significantly better, similar to the Pop and Bubble line of games. We’ve enjoyed it for years, then out of nowhere they don’t support it anymore and any progress we made is gone but we’re welcome to start over on then non line version? No thank you. It took forever to get where we were in the game.

Played this game for years (since 2015) and never had an issue… Until after updating to iOS v 12.0.1 we cant log into the game anymore. It wont connect to our LINE app, keeps saying Sorry. There were problems logging you in. Please wait a while before trying again. Well its been over a month now so idk how long a while is anymore… Please get it fix ASAP.
We’ve lost dozens of clovers, daily quests, and tokens at this point because we keep getting the aforementioned error. When will this be fixed and will we be compensated for the huge amount of stuff thats been lost because of this error?

We love this game… When it works. Its constantly telling us to update for stability. But it shows that its updated in the App Store. We cant open this app. Help!!!
The crash at startup debacle has been taken care of so that play can occur. Too bad that we lost a days worth of events within both PokoPang and PokoPoko; but, we cannot expect to have everything. Good work on the recovery.

It’s no doubt a very fun game, and really addicting, too… But the latest update erased the Mirage Island, si you can’t collect enough diamonds to play hard anymore, our score hasn’t been improved since they eliminated the Mirage Island. Well, we could, if we actually buy with real money. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!
Love the game but ull lose progress and lives every time it has a network failure. Dont buy items either cuz this network failure happens all the time. What a scam. Hope they fix it!

We had played this game almost 3 years with same device(iphone4)..2 days ago after we downloaded latest patch, the fps like droped a lot, like a lag/delay but when we get fever mode the lag/delay gone, and come again when fever mode finish. Please fix this so lower device can also play it again. Thx.
This game is cute and fun, but it freezes and drops a lot. We always worry every time we play this game because there’s a good chance that we’ll lose everything we’ve won in that round :(
After we finished a level the game is crashing , making us lose all.. Got us really sick of this!
We were very exciting every time when mirage island opens. But we summoned mirage island for exclusive animals with our 30 diamonds, we always got the silver animal with inferior skill. We hope Line Corp can improve the possibility of getting the exclusive animals higher. Otherwise, this will turn off the customer to spend the diamond to summon for the powerful animals.
