We liked it just can you tell us where we can go to to find out a different way to switch lanes in the game please?

This game was fantastic we completed all of the levels at s score and it was really challenging now we came to see other reviews and we realized it is harder to play on the touchscreen rather than keyboard and now Im really proud of myself for doing it on touchscreen.

Im a daily Xbox gamer yet we find myself playing this game more than any Xbox game now! Other than the Apple arcade NBA 2k, this is by far the best mobile game we’ve ever had the opportunity to play. We would never write a review but this game absolutely deserves one. 6/5 stars from us!

We love this game. Thumper describes itself as rythm violence and that perfectly describes what youre in for. The vibes, the gameplay, the music, everything. Absolutely perfect. We have it on our Iphone and PS4 and planning on getting it in vr, it never gets old. Hits harder than a truck.

Most games are fit for a level creator but THIS GAME, would be PERFECT GAME FOR LEVEL CREATOR! The level creator in this game (would) be even BETTER THAN WORLDBOX!!!!!! And if you ask us, i’d say that worldhox holds the top level creator right now, but you could possibly TAKE OVER THAT POPULARITY!!!!! With one simple level creator (you get to pick if it’s a circle or triangle boss but the game picks which final boss depending if it’s your 1st level, 2nd level, etc.) This game could possibly have the most popular level creator and you would make possibly (POSSIBLY!) Make $100 A DAY from your non-thumper just because of level creator.

We love rhythm games and am quite an expert. We came across this game and its even challenging for us. We got the hang of the controls and became addicted. Planning to get S on all levels. However where are our Game Center achievements? Its not a big deal but the button for Game Center is grayed out. We highly recommend this if you love music games and want to challenge yourself.

Love this game, played it on PC a while back and when we saw that it had been ported to iPad we immediately jumped on it. The graphics are great and the game runs smoothly, plus the game itself is so so satisfying (the best rhythm game that we have played except for Beat Saber). There is only one thing we want from this though Add support for keyboards! We have the iPad Pro and we got the Apple Magic Keyboard with it, and we miss being able to play this with keyboard controls. The magic keyboard is already so integrated into iPad OS, it shouldnt be too hard to add support for this too, would it?

We had a blast in this game the levels are pretty fun just its not too good on a phone we feel the console version is better but still one of the better Apple Arcade games.

Okay, so we’ve had this game for a while now. Everything about this game is PERFECT! But theres one slight issue, When you press down, it works fine. But if you swipe up, left. Or right, the beetle has a slight delay that could make you loose between it turning and you swiping. Im on touchscreen, we have no problems but this and we continue to make things like this. Please calibrate the sensitivity if you can.

This game is fantastic until it introduces lane changes in world 4. The default tilting method is way too sensitive and imprecisely timed for such a strict rhythm game, and the on-screen tap target alternatives move us two lanes every timeto the point it almost seems like a bug. Im sure its great with a controller, but thats not for us. We guess its three worlds and done without one.

This game is good dont get us wrong but it is extremely loud and flashy to the point where we cant even see the goddamn obstacles. We highkey suggest you had an option to remove the FX and bass boost.

We really want to like that game, but the touch controls are very finicky and unresponsive, which is a major problem for a rhythm game like this. We keep getting stuck on this one level because the game cannot respond to our touch inputs fast enough, and it doesnt register our swipe up motion if its preceding our another input. Even when we completely over exaggerate the swipe up motion, it still registers it as a tap and not a swipe. We dont mind playing with a controller, but we shouldnt be essentially forced to due to bad touch controls. The music and visuals are great, and this has strong potential, but the touch controls are just too frustrating.

We legit caught myself smiling and chuckling to myself as we played. We havent felt that kind of genuine joy from a game in a while. Just had to share that. Playing this game is an experience everyone should enjoy!

We would really recommend this game to you a lot Because its actually a challenger.

The game is beautiful the graphics, the sound, everything. We love the game, the sound is great, and so is the concept. It is a amazing creative game and Id like to say a good job to whoever came up with the idea, and made it. We hope u keep up the good work! -Someone.

This is a rythm game and it is so much fun we just can not stop playing it we can play it for years.

Step 2: Play Thumper Its basically like playing a video game inside a TOOL music video.

Race through the twisting rails of space and time while jamming out to the soundtrack youre accompanying!

This is by far the best music game we have ever played. It feels so luxurious and fantastic, with all the monochromatic fluctuating designs. Something others may not like is the extremely steep learning curve. It will take much trial and error to get through. A bug that we have is that we are not earning any achievements after we beat level 2. We have an S rank on levels 1 through 3, but we only have the achievements for beating level 1 and 2. Please fix this bug, thank you!

So if we could be describe this game is would be A acid trip for bugs which isnt a bad thing we love the game we just wish we knew what was going on in that world.

Thumper is a great game for all gamers thanks devs!

We love the graphics, its psychedelic the rhythm is so fun to play along with and is not too distracting from the game. Awesome! This game is what made us subscribe to Apple Arcade!

So original and really catchy. The score is awesome. Visuals are spectacular. Gameplay is easy and can get fast paced. Just great game. Great for those 5 min games till easy like 15-20 mins. Really catchy.

Will there be an Apple TV edition soon?

Holy crud this game is awsome and super action packed !! The thrills it gives us are so amazing.

T H U M P E R Just play the game.

We never ever write reviews for apps but wow. This is one of the best games available on a mobile device. Love the aesthetically pleasing look of the levels. Also love the electronica music added. Amazing and if it were on sale for 30$ we would buy it.

This game is the best we’ve everrrr come across. Cudossss to the creator.

Im a huge fan of the original game and even played it in VR. Im happy to say that this game translates so well to mobile with its touch controls. We Cant wait to complete it again!

We love it but its extremely frustrating and hard but the graphics are amazing and its fun.

Im absolutely loving this game. The music, rhythm, and arcade action make for one of the best mobile gaming experiences we’ve had. And it would be nearly perfect if not for the lack of level selection. We cant select sub-levels and this is just exhausting. Im trying to S rank each level and if we want to go back to attempt something like 4-23, we cant! We have to go through all of level 4 again and thats just exhausting. We hope they update this soon.

Loved the game for ps4 VR, one of the best things we’ve ever experienced! Pocket playing this is definitely more of a challenge but its still a great rhythm game!

Definitely a must play for anyone who enjoys rhythm games. The difficulty is very well balanced, considering you can play it on your phone, console, or PC. We have noticed an issue with achievements though. Recently we have been going for S rank on all levels, and have made it through to level 5. We checked our profile and S rank didnt show up for levels 1-4 despite us doing them. Still one of our favorite mobile games.

The audio doesnt line up with our Bluetooth headphones. We wish there was a way to sync audio.

The game is really good, we just cant figure out how to change the language options maybe the developers could make it easier to do, since we cant find the options for it.

We just dont know what Im supposed to do. There are no instructions. We spend 5 minutes making left turns and nothing happens. We know there is more but we cannot figure out how to play this game :/

Any jump has a solid 30 percent chance of registering as a swipe for us. Makes the 2nd level absolutely miserable, Im going to have to drop this one as a result.

We had a lot of trouble with the touchscreen feed back, we’ve have so many times where we know is wiped and we lost. This game is amazing but we really want the devs to do something about this.

The game seems to only register swipe gestures around 80% of the time, making later levels more or less impossible to play. Seems like it has a lot of potential otherwise.

Please provide an option to allow external audio to be played (like music, podcasts etc)

In the end, it all came down to struggling with the touchscreen controls this isnt supposed to be the real challenge of the game, sadly. This game is great. It is intentionally designed to be hard and the fun is to challenge your reflectivity during the high-speed rush. Everything is cool except that you HAVE to use a controller or keyboard to manage everything. Your mistakes are only tolerated down to a window of less than one second which is way below the sensitivity of touch screen gestures. There is simply no way to make your swipes faster than the game allows, not to mention that you NEED to chain many such swipes in a perfect stream in order to move on since level 3. So if you really like this game, go play it on a PC or console, not on an iPhone or iPad. PS: we knew the game supports Bluetooth controllers. But who would actually use a controller on a cellphone to play a game. Lol.

Overall, the gameplay mechanics are great and visuals as outstanding, but the rhythm of the gameplay doesnt really fit with the music at all. Its really just a timing game, not a music game.

We would love this game , but even with the tutorials the gestures are super unclear. We went as far as to google them. The jump and pound feature tutorial in level 3. We followed the countdown for like 20 min.. Got it to work once. The learning curve is high its a game we would totally be into, but either the game is not as responsive as it should be with the iPhone, or its not easy enough to play. We cant tell if theres a lag between gustier input, but it kinda feels that way. Otherwise Id give it a better review. And we’ve played Hexaflip, where the gestures input time is integral in game play, and it wasnt a problem- so we feel like the app might need work. Otherwise we would have given the game itself 5 stars. The tutorials need work and probably the the app itself.

We thought this was the epitome of the modern arcade game, maybe a bit questionable with the gesture response, but then we got to the stage where you need to tilt to change lanes and there are no options to modify the controls (how hard is it to allow a double-tap in the direction of the lane for a switch instead?). Yes, some of us dont want to steer heavy 12 screens. Kudos still but minus two stars for us.

Seems like the game will randomly fail to register our taps and swipes. It goes too fast to recover from a failed input, you just crash. Two crashes fail the run. Flappy Bird levels of frustration are felt you have to repeat the same section 23 times because your character failed to move.

Well, we guess this one isnt for us. We tried to like it. We kept going back over and over hoping Id finally get it, but no. Bottom line, we just cant the hang of the controls. As basic as they technically are, we even looked them up online (which the very fact we had to do that constitutes a fundamental design fail), and even knowing what Im meant to do, theres an utter disconnect between those supposed touch gestures and the actual gameplay. Oh well – the game has enough excellent reviews to drive the point that to each their own. The second star in our rating is for production/design quality. The game really is very pretty.

Game was fun up until it stopped registering swipes. It counts every touch of the screen as a tap, not a swipe, regardless of the actual motion.

This game is cool, but also a bitboring. You just have to tap the screen of your device or button on your game controller at the right time, and that it. Not recommended. P.S: This review is not meant to be an insult for the developers.
