The touch screen movement for iOS is buggy it makes it super difficult to us. This app would work way better with a (mirroring mode) and (Boolean) Im pretty sure you can use blenders code because its free to use transferring the code to iPad or iOS is probably going to be a problem.
We download the app and it tells us to sign in or put our google account on there but for kids they cant get in or play with the app so why dont you make it free to use.
We recently got the pro membership, and we wanted to say thank you so much! We really love this app, it definitely is one of the funnier modeling apps for mobile. We look forward to exploring the new features as soon as possible! :)
We were doing a project then it kicked us out of the app. When we rejoined we lost all our progress on that project and wasted us time.
We couldnt pan and zoom well, and since we dont own an apple pencil modeling became very difficult. It was hard to move the object towards us, and we couldnt stretch the object. Not all that great, but with enough updates it will get better. Maybe add a light mode?
Id say this is a great ramp-up to the concepts of manipulating objects in 3D space. As far as modeling goes, its basically metaballs, which is to say you can create a variety of things: basic forms are quite simple, but more detailed objects will explode in complexity compared to alternative apps that allow you to shape and mold things more freely. The biggest issue we can see with this app is its performance: after adding ~7-8 primitives, which we made to overlap just to test out the app, we noticed a drop in frame rate when manipulating the viewport on an M2 iPad Pro. The app is probably not well optimized considering that.
Every time we try to make something it crashes and we lose all our progress. Can you please fix this. But besides that the app is awesome.
App starts off with sign-in. Is there some sort of subscription fee or something? Developer should be upfront about this in the description.
We’ve tried logging in multiple times, but we cant get in.
This app is good for model making but lacks the dynamic modeling that other model makers have, like the lack of a skeleton or how your limited on the ways you can sculpt the models, overall needs a lot of work. But seems promising so far. Update: the added pro feature completely ruins it, we now see no worth in even getting this, absolutely terrible.
$15 a month? Why is this so expensive? Its unrealistic. Nomad Sculpt is a professional grade app with a 1 time price. We understand that developers need to eat too but lets be reasonable.
This is by for THE BEST app EVER for us we are a two year old who likes this kind of thing but every time we find one it need a subscription we love the app thank you makers.
So l was very excited to finally get a good mobile app that we can use for 3D model and than when we try signing up it wont bring us in.
Even knowing that this might be one of the best 3D modeling game there is one problem. Sometimes when you put the smootheness all the way up to 10 they glitch out and look weird so please fix that. And also please add text to the game. And also when you get close to the model it disappears. But anyway this game is awesome!
This app is great but somebody randomly messaged us today, checked their profile and they had made a 3d model of a we shouldnt say it its an inappropriate thing could you take care of these weirdo predators on this thing? Btw Im not a fourth grader Im in 8th ignore our name on here, we think our mom made it for us when we were younger lol.
Much like its documentation, this app is extremely non-existent. We mean simple. You take primitive shapes and mush them into each other. If you want to adjust them, there is a Bend button that slightly mushes them in one pre-determined direction. Yay. If you are patient enough to mush and bend an appropriate number of shapes together, you CAN come up with a shape that resembles an object others may recognize. At the end of the day, its just a different way to work in 3D. But if you have experience with more traditional 3D apps and their workflows, working with Shapeyard is going to feel like trying to make a PowerPoint presentation using crayons and Play-Dough. As one of those people, this app is a massive disappointment. Buy Nomad Sculpt for yourself. Buy this for a nearby child or its adult equivalent. Give the both of you two hours to work. If the child comes up with anything halfway decent, steal it from them by exporting it as an . Obj, load it into Nomad, finish it off there.
Cannot see our models as im trying to create them.
This is just bad. We save our models and when we were done saving it, it deleted itself and when you at least place 2 shapes and it zooms bad. Dont even THINK about playing this app.
We are unable to use the app, we open to model and there is a black screen and we cannot work it.
We dont know how to turn off to where whenever 2 objects are close they dont merge together its really annoying PLEASE HELP.
We might be wrong or pressing wrong buttons, but every time we try to do anything, it says get shapeyard pro and doesnt let us do anything on the app. Do you have a solution pls??? We really want to use this app and had big dreams. U crushed them. Why make an app free if you dont let anyone use it without paying. Come on! You made our kid cry for three days. Give us a solution or anything .
So after all the videos we have watched recently we wanted to make models but it keeps telling us to get free trial or spend money but im trying to save up and we cant make any models unless we pay but overall we think that this would be a fun model game! If you could fix this it would be really big help! And hopefully we can raise our ratings for your app!

We dont know.. It keeps telling us to get premium,i dont know if we have to but Im not paying,I just downloaded the app and we need to see its standards,if theres a way to create a project with ye premium ad stopping us from making one,then Ill probably give it a higher rating.
When we had this app a some years ago it was good we mean the best we could create sculptures that were cool we didnt get to save them but we were still really cool then the app got deleted when we wanted something new then years after today we downloaded the app because of the good memories we had then when we got in it told us to PAY it straight up told us to PAY when we tried to make a sculptor what in the LIVING HECK bruh you did not have to make it so you have to buy if you our your company want money so bad make a pay version and a free version but other then that we love the app we would give more stars if this change was made.
Because you have to pay to make your own models and make your own character. But rather than that it is nice to see others creating minds.
It only lets you create 1 model before it tells you to pay for shapeyard pro its so annoying when im trying to find a 3d modeling app, colors glitch when coloring a model, very limited.

Absolutely atrocious practices. Im incapable of even starting a project, it wont even let us do the Limited modeling without going through the endless loop of seven day free trial upgrade to pro for unlimited modeling prompts. We’ve tried everything the only thing you can do is download publicly available models. Downright abhorrent.
This needs to be fixed so we downloaded the app cause it looked fun to create things but we have to play for pro to make things?!?! We do not recommend this if you’re looking for a free app.

We like it but why do you need to buy to make 3D art you just look at other peoples art?
We only made 3 models and then it started asking us for pro and then we couldnt make any more models.
