Not too hard, not too easy. Makes You think. Not frustrating, learn new words.
We are OBSESSED with this game. So fun. However, wondering why certain words arent acceptable? So far we have noticed toy and goat that are not considered as playable words?
Finally! A game that is the perfect blend of our two all time favorites, Scrabble and Mahjong. We love the different ways to playMoves mode is our top pick though. Very nicely designed!
We love this game! So fun, there are just a few interface issues such as when in word search or endless, there is not a way to get back to the main menu? You have to force quit the game, in other modes there is a little gear in the top right that brings up the settings and menu. Not sure why this isnt in all modes. Other than that, its great!
But thats okay. Screw goats. Which dictionary do you use?
This is such a creative game and it really makes you think. We love it and play all the time. The only issue we have with it is that there are several words that dont register as words and make no sense based on some words that ARE considered words. For instance you cant play tea or pi but the word yeet is in there. Not a big deal just seems weird. Overall we love it and highly recommend it!
We want to love this game, but we’ve found many simple words that arent recognized as valid. Ace, for example.
We really wanted to love this game, but I. The end we are happy that we didnt pay to unlock it. It frequently doesnt recognize common words, for example, girl, and we think we would enjoy the game more if, like the matching mahjong game the tiles beneath became viable when you remove the top tile to make them accessible during the current turn.
Hard, fun , puzzle fan momed approved bunch of fun puzzles and more but it gets hard (but awesomer) Totally recommend.
Before we get into it, we must say we really like this game. We’ve played both mahjong and Scrabble, so this game was a pleasure to discover. One issue with the game is that you can use an exploit to continue a moves game infinitely. When the game ends, if you close out of the app in the scoring screen, then re-enter the game, the game will count it as leaving the game, so it will prompt you to resume it. Doing this over and over will allow you to reach negative numbers of moves and infinite points. Thats just the bug we wanted to point out. Its not like we need it to be fixed, we were just writing a review to point this out.
The latest update made this game very buggy. Oftentimes, when we play a 15+ point word on our opening word, the game will not award us with double word tile. Also it sometimes takes a while for the new tiles to load in between words. Makes the game frustrating to play as we go for high scores.
We love word games, and this one is great. We paid for it for the full content, but after only few days, maybe a week, it stopped working. Every time we try to play, it never makes it past the loading screen.
Love this game, one of our favorite word games but once we started playing the word search option we noticed the app adds an extra 21 seconds to your time in completing the word search and when we looked at the leaderboard the first placed person has it completed in 37 seconds but because of this glitch in the game where it adds 21 seconds to your actual time we wonder how its possible. Very small detail and honestly a comical one we just happened to notice, but still great game! Love that Im able to change the color layout of the game. Wish there were more word game options with the 5 dollar purchase tho.
Really enjoying this game so far! A lot of fun strategy involved, has been a joy for the most part. We especially like the moves mode so we’ve got time to think and plan our words. We like to go for the highest scoring word we can make in a round, but for some reason, highest scoring word isnt a trackable stat once the game is over? Longest word is tracked, Id like if highest scoring word was as well so we dont have to track it in our notes app lol. And for the achievements with highest scoring word, It seems a little funny that when we scored a 100+ point word, all the other point achievements werent unlocked with it (like 80+, 90+, etc). Also, its a little unclear of when the puzzle will add a new layer of tiles underneath and give us more letters, because sometimes we have 2 letters left on the board and we cant make a word with them, but the game just stays there and wont let us make any new words or do anything. Other than those quirks and uncertainties, the game is overall very fun to play and think it has potential to rank with the best of them in the near future :) thanks for making it!
Very annoyed that we spent $5 on a game that is so glitchy. In endless mode it will take ages for new letters to pop up and you get down to where you cant even make words without the power ups helping to make the game unglitch itself. Please fix this issue!
We really enjoy this game but there are some bugs and aspects of the game that can make it hard to play. For example during the moves mode we sometimes get stuck with only a few letters left and we cant make a word with them and no new letters are being loaded in but we still have a few more moves left. Also, this isnt really a bug, but we wasnt able to put the word dont in. Obviously theres no apostrophe but we should still be able to make the word dont also not a bug but we’ve played many rounds of all of the modes in this game but a lot of the times the letters we get are hard to make words from. When we use the tool where it auto fills a word for you its often times a word we’ve never heard of. Yes Ill admit we need to expand our vocabulary but maybe theres something that could be done in terms of getting more letters? Maybe a tool where you can replace a letter on the board with a new letter of your choice instead of the tool that just deletes the letter??? We think if some of these tweaks and fixes were made we would be more inclined to purchase the other game modes and play this game more often. But overall we enjoy the concept of the game, the design elements and the cute little sparrows on the home page. Cant wait to see new updates for the game!
We like this game a lot. The premise is fresh. We would play it way more if the colors were redone. We’ve tried all the different color modes and they all strain our eyes. Im not sure if its too little or too much contrast. We feel like less is more here. So many different tile colors and its kind of hard to tell which ones are unlocked too.
Great game, clean design and enjoyable to play. It hasn’t been able to load since the most recent update – after the initial Unity logo screen, the app just hangs and doesn’t load to the main screen.
The number of times we’ve submitted a word trying to remove a letter has made this game not fun. Honestly so frustrating we’ve had to uninstall.

Really nice word game that feels like we can replay it over and over. We think the game looks very clean and have been enjoying the different modes. It would be 5 stars for us, but it took us a moment to figure out how to get to the exit game in a few modes because the settings icon that its under disappears. You can still tap the top right corner where it was in other modes, so you wont get stuck, but nothing is there. That and some of the word search themes dont seem to be working. Like the theme for oceans gives you mountain names and other categories give you random words. Doesnt break the experience necessarily, the puzzle mechanics still work, just seems broken. Overall we think the game is easy to pick up and we like the extra details, like the tile sounds and haptics.
We really enjoy this game! Its super charming and seems like the sort of thing ill end up purchasing the full game about if we keep playing it for a few weeks. The mechanics are easy to understand and its fun without getting stale. However, the lexicon the app uses is really confusing to us. We’ve had a surprising number of normal words not register as options in the app- axon and mutineering being the most recent two, we dont remember the others. We understand things like loan words from other languages not registering, but these are normal english words. Thats pretty much our only critique of the game rn, though.
This game wont load on our phone. IPhone SE, iOS 14.7.1. It only goes as far as the loading screen, nothing more.
This game seems fun, the UI is great and the mechanics work well. Unfortunately it suffers from a rubbish dictionary where basic words like leer and jeer arent recognized, but half of the genus of an extinct Hawaiian bird (Akialoa) is. Its not worth the effort to figure out what words might be in the dictionary and which ones arent.
We love mahjong and we love Scrabble-type word games so we really thought Id love this game but its not uncommon to have 10 tiles available and 9 of them are vowels. After a while it just becomes repetitive because Im making the same tiny words over and over (how many times have we used eau you ask? Enough that Im seriously considering just deleting the app). The design is nice and we like the different modes- puzzle, # of moves, timed, etc, but we have not played one game yet that we really enjoyed. Its more like a homework assignment.
This would be a great game and we would spend money on it if it didnt crash every time we opened it, and if it didnt have so many bugs. Needs some work to be a great game.
This app is awesome, but we’ve stopped playing as games sometimes unexpectedly end. For example, when we play Moves, after 2 moves, the game will end.
We love this game! No levels that seem impossible to beat. No ads. But we’ve found actual words that the game does not recognize (stroke, for example). It would be nice if there were a way to contact the developer so corrections can be made.
Loving the game but the word searches need an update. Once you go in to a word search, if the game dead ends, there is no way to A- exit out of the game or B- reset the word search. The only thing you can do is close the entire app and start all over again. There needs to a way to reset the word searches from within the word search itself and to be able to back out to the menu. Please fix!!
Dont know about you but we are sick and tired of lovely looking games that are programmed so tight that you can never win anything ever and always FAIL FAIL FAIL. Where is the fun in that? People think AI is going to take over, dont believe it bc it programmers keep running games nobody can enjoy winning ever, then people will just stop playing, like we are going to do nowbye!

If youre a word nerd who finds letter puzzles a relaxing brain break, this game is for you. It is a really beautiful clean interface that combines scored scrabble tiles with the half-hidden mahjong setup. It makes for just enough difficulty, especially in the untimed and word search modes that have limited moves or tiles given. Our ONLY issue is that it seems the word-search puzzles are auto-generated, so when we realize we cant complete the puzzle with the matches we’ve made (I.e. Letters we need are still hidden below others) theres no way to just restart that exact puzzle. Restarting the puzzle loads a whole new one, so we dont get a chance to try again. Aside from that, we’ve found Im able to complete a moves or word search in less than 3 mins, so its perfect for a little downtime before refocusing on life. :) Great, stylish, clever game, devs! Keep it up!
We really enjoy this game, the dictionary covers several languages so Im not just limited to English. Our friend and we want to compete in the same game on different phones, but Im not sure how? If this isnt already added, it would be a really cool addition!
Easy but fun game thats great to play in your down time.
We got the free version of this and kept playing it endlessly in our free time. It can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. After using the free version for a week, we upgraded to support a quality game that doesnt use a subscription pay scheme.
Im addicted to this game. We bought the upgraded version and love the Word Search. We will give this a 5 once the developers give us the ability to exit/retry the Word Search like the free games. We were hoping to see this is todays update but unfortunately not. Thanks for a fun and challenging game.
Perfect for idling at work. But we really wish the submit button and the shuffle buttons weren’t so close together. We have already run out of shuffles from accidentally hitting shuffle!!!
Calming, simple, and aesthetic. However, once you have submitted a word, it lags much too long before you can select the first letter of your next word submission which is very frustrating and causes errors. Its also very clunky to rearrange the letters when this happens. Both of these things make timed mode not very much fun.
We just downloaded and got to Step 5 in the tutorial and we were unable to select any letters at this point. Any idea whats going on? Up to that point everything was going according to plan.
Im not sure if it is supposed to be a Mahjong game with letters or a word game following the layout of Mahjong. We dont know Mahjong so we approached it as a word game. It is very innovative and even addictive but eventually it just gets frustrating for the wrong reasons. Whatever algorithm drives the placement of letters it should never get to the point when we have a single consonant and eight vowels on the board, followed by a state of six vowels with no new letters coming on board. It is a meaningless state for a word game. In general there seems to be an overabundance of vowels from time to time, which we guess is needed considering the structure of language but it seems that it is governed by simple randomness, which of course from time to time leads to the bunching up of identical features. It is also annoying that when one is out of steps, the app doesnt say so, like all other apps would do, so you have to manually abort.
On iPhone 13, cannot get past the sixth tutorial step. You are supposed to shuffle, but thats under the bar that closes or minimizes the app, so we cant go further. Would like to actually play, but was frustrated and deleted it right away.

Not sure what dictionary this is built of off. Doesnt have tea or goat as acceptable words but did have some obscure brain tumor in the word find puzzle. Over all very fun but a strange mixture of words from many languages and archaic usages can be frustrating.
