The game is fun in every single way. However Im not able to access the world chat with our iPhone 12. Every time we try to enter it crashes and restarts the game. Thats our biggest gripe that we cant chat worldwide because the developers havent found a way for us new iPhone users to be on world chat. They need to do a patch.
Great game to play when bord or on your phone would recommend if your trying to find a game to build and keep for a long time.
Its an Ok game but to acquire any big gains you must spend money.

We got only one game since 2010 we're still can't believe that we're hooked up that bad with this game but we can't control it's beyond our control that kind of addictive is this game is so be careful if you download this game.
We absolutely love this game. Ive been playing over a decade and am still finding things out. It is soooo much strategy is honestly kinda bonkers. However we will say, if you dont want to use micro purchases (which become addictive FAST if you do) just have a lot of patience with the game, it WILL slowly get better. The black market scratcher tickets you can buy with CC can give you some lucky stamina/energy refills for free.. They are basically what allows you to you do anything in the game. We give it 5 stars because of the memories, lots of friends made, and it just really is a great game if you are smart about it. Again beware , once you start micro purchases it can be difficult to not use more, many people have spent thousands playing.
Do not buy this game. Game server is overloaded resulting in the game timing out at the most critical times. Developers are unresponsive and have not fixed this or numerous other issues that have been brought up for years. They are only interested in microtransactions.
We love the game but here lately it is not working correctly. We cannot even get to the game. Please correct this as we have lots of time and money invested in this game.

Clicked on the super token thing and it said to update the app so we can participate, as soon as we updated the app error messages have been popping up. Hope they fix it soon, because we usually check on our account multiple times a day and these error msgs are just irritating and make us want to give up on this game keeps saying request timed out, the network connection was lost, and especially sorry! Unexpected end of input. Also, Ive just been playing this game and pressing buttons and trying to figure things out on our own, theres a lot thats not explained on how to actually play the game past a certain level.

The latest update crashes every time you launch the app.
We came over from crime city a game that kept you busy every day (upto 3 events running at a time) This game runs events every 3 weeks or so. Only 3 wars a day. Just not much to keep us entertained. Games really confusing at first as well.
We're playing this game over than 12 years we love it we have many friends in UE almost we are family.
Its a great game. Great people. The developers are crap. The game will constantly buffer on you. The app will constantly close out. The developers will tell you to downgrade your phone. And the developers do not keep up with any Apple updates or android updates, so the app is constantly out of date.
You receive worthless crap for the money you spend on items. Money spent on crates will give you the weakest lieutenants possible. They say there is a 5 percent chance to receive a top tier lieutenant. Not true. Not even close to 5%. Money spent on scratchers also net you worthless crap. Their in game ads lead you to believe you have a chance at great items. Posted drop rates for special items, special abilities are not accurate. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a game that actually give something of value for your money. This game is a total ripoff. IVE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IVE SHOWED THEM MY POOR RESULTS OF MY GAME PLAY. Ive pointed out items that has posted a 7 percent drop rate, but hasnt dropped a single item in months. Their response is always its a random chance. Since Im getting a zero drop rate there must be a really lucky player out there that is getting all the items. We havent found him yet. All of the other players we talked to have a similar experience to ours. Apple should investigate their fraudulent/erroneous posted percentages on their drop items. Move on there is no reason to play this game! Zero stars!!! Hi developer, Thank you for your response. You ask us to contact customer support and give details. If you would have throughly read our review you would have seen that Ive already done that. We even offered your customer support spreadsheets detailing your erroneous drop rates, but they werent interested.
Played since 2013, this app became a pathetic joke. Cyber bullying and harassment and money greed ruined the game. Update: predatory type of people dont get removed permanently like they should.
Amazing that you guys havent updated to at least the iPhone X, its been close to a year and you guys cant figure out iPhone X screen resolution? Cmon guys, we downloaded again thinking we were gonna see iPhone XR support but no go. Get with the times guys, there are iPhone XR and IPhone X gamers Update. We are at iPhone 13 now!!! And still no support. Waste.
Ive been playing since pretty much the beginning, and we just started our third toon. In the beginning this can be an easy game, with short game sessions. But, over time, the game does become gradually more complicated in subtle ways. You really dont need to spend money, dont worry what is happening with those who are far stronger than you, just enjoy the level of difficulty youre at currently. If you insist upon being as strong as others who have played this far longer, youll need to spend money, but its not necessary. In time, with patience, youll get stronger. So, be patient, play the long game, and youll be okay.

Id be great if you could buy lieutenants. Especially if you had them before. After a 4 year hiatus from the game we came back and accidentally absorbed one of our favorites when trying out the new features. Our fault we know, but its be great to be able to get her back. Also the crate drops seem to consist of nothing but common LTs. Ive only been lucky enough to get an epic twice.
The app crashes after a few minutes of use, ios latest update for both game and iPhone. May just leave game again if it continues.
We wouldnt spend money on this game app. You have to buy favor points and if there is any problems or issue with underworld empire game app there is No customer service or Support.
So many strategies, so many different ways to play. Still adding new content after so many years. You dont have to pay to win.
The game is fun, but we think there needs to be some changes. Like the Flash scratchers should have their odds changed. Its one of the main rewards during events and the rewards from them are horrendous. The other thing are the crate rewards. It should function just like using the favor points for rolling for LTs. Have one? Just get one roll like using 30 favor points. Have 18? Roll in sets of three like using 80 favor points.
Every event has a lag that doesnt allow players to do anything. They once blamed it on servers but over the years we learned they just dont care. The game is full of bugs. Do not play this game if at all possible.
We dont understand why our character didnt follow our switch to iOS?! We use the Same game log in email! We dont want to start over! Please help and Ill give 5.
Too many bugs, not enough fixes. This game has exchanged more owners than we would like to admit. Each one has contributed to the current problems we face as players in this game. There are new features they introduce that do not work as intended. If you are not on their discord server good luck getting anywhere with getting any fixes to the numerous problems in this game. Ive been playing for years, and recently the game has just progressively gotten worse. The devs need to actually fix current problems before they add new content. Otherwise its just compiling problems on top of problems.
Gains horridly unbalanced. The release of ace/ripper completely ruined the chances of anyone without them or any players that started after the release from being able to compete without spending LITERALLY hundreds of thousands of dollars.
It wouldnt let us join a war game sign on is all we could do and wouldnt let the home button or news switch toons nothing so we deleted it and going to try to reinstall it and hope it works.

Playing for 9 years and its become so repeatable that its boring. The same events during the same time of year, no new content other than Lieutenants and those Lts are only counter Lts from a previous event. There is absolutely no new content. Unfortunately just another cash cow milked to death. But as a player we/we have invested thousands of dollars, we cant just delete thousands of dollars, so we just slog on thru each day hoping things change one day.
We like the app we just don't like when you reset we were on 26 level it dropped us to 23 and it does it every time you reset let us know why or is there a way void there is no use to play in the game.

We played this game for years on our android devices, but Ive switched to IOS. Now because of this we cant get our account to switch over. We really liked this game but we could not start over from scratch. We have tried to find a way to contact support but we are yet to find one. Im really disappointed that after all this time the developers couldnt make it possible to make the switch.
This game is a nice strategy game. We like the fact that you use token then need to wait for them to regenerate, unless of course you buy more. This keeps us from spending hours and yet remains enjoyable. Biggest issues we have: 1. Game crashes constantly since the latest update. We have an iPhone 12 so we are sure it is not on our end. 2. Could use some more updates: a. How about some new buildings or increase the amount we can own. B. Want to reduce amount of data stored on the server. Stop making everything so expensive or at least make it worth the cost. 1% chance and getting something for burning an item makes us pass. Great game though. Just some bugs to iron out before we decide to drop anymore money in it.
We think since we earn money in the game once your not able to buy property anymore you should be able to buy characters.
We have played this game for years but our account was lost & we went from level 721 to level one. Tried everything to get our account back but nothing works. This is the second time this has happened & we not happy about having to start all over.
We have 6 accounts now ,ranging from lvl 10 to lvl 1862 Can't get enough of it. Its highly Addictive.
The game isnt bad but the technical support staff are useless. They recently did an upgrade and we lost our toon and wont do anything about it. If your going to play this game dont spend a lot of money.
We downloaded the game 7 years ago and we have been playing since. The only people who play this game anymore are the veteran users. There are a plethora of Lv 1-100 accounts that have been inactive for years. We made some good connections in the game and they all have quit. We have been empire hopping ever since. So game is kinda dead and boring. Foe en dem grave.

Army code 60EAF5 So been playing 6-7 years on and off and they have not given us 1 free epic. The events are horrible, if you want to get the top tier prizes be ready to spend a buttload. We have epics but took an arm n leg to get guys. The time n money is ridiculous. If they change we will update. We are on all gaming sites and stream a lot. Use our army code join us on all gaming/social media!!:).
For people whove spent thousands on this game and cant log in because it says Im trying to connect to a fake server, is unfair. Pretending to be a underworld fake server to be exact. Its been like this all day. We dont have control over what it connects us to. We open the app and play the game thats it. We dont know how the app taking us to a false server is our fault, but having spent countless amounts of money into this game and not being able to play it, is outraging. Ive played for 5+ years, never had this issue. Im not sure whats changed, but it needs fixed.
Has got to go. Get rid of it and Ill change our score. Nobody be another Garena Free Fire. UPDATE: we just noticed that they still havent fixed this so we took away a star from our score for this game. FIX THIS. YOU CANNOT STEAL PEOPLES MONEY.
High level players makes fake accounts to harass other players off this game.
Can you add to the scratchers a chance to win 10-20 empire points that can be added to your account in the beginning of the war? But you can only win them in a scratcher. That would be a great idea to bring more players in to play.
