We had this game at one point but when we deleted it we couldnt find it anywhere but we searched up Megaman collection which is another lost game we cant find but we found this again. Let us get into the game now, well its very retro style and the gameplay is good and really deserves to be seen more. This game is great, go check it out.
This is a great one time purchase game. Its fun with the weapons and reminds us of mega man.
Its like Megaman but he can actually jump. Soundtrack is great too. We actually found out about this game listening to the Norrin Radd soundtrack for this.
VENTURE KID is an excellent NES-era game. We replay it every year or so. Great controls, fun levels, neat bosses. We're in our mid 40s. The last gaming systems we owned were the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation (original).
Awesome retro game..reminds us of an old classic Mega Man one of our favorite Nintendo games. Simple and great 8-bit graphics.. We will play this in our spare time. Great download.
This game is incredible! Everything about it is an homage to a certain blue robot mascot. And to be honest, the layout, chip tunes, and bosses are even better then some of those classic games. We wish there were an entire series of these games. With a controller, this is old school gaming perfection.
We never review games. Amazing play controls. Challenging without being rage-inducing. Great customer support and timely responses. Long term playability and by that we mean it rewards persistence (you get more coins which means more power and weapons). So if youre really good, you wont need them all but if youre not, you get paid enough coins to get the extra stuff you need to win soon enough.
This game is essentially Mario and Mega Man combined, absolute perfection.
3 years later, we still play through every now and then. Replayable like original Castlevania.
Challenging without being impossible, yet not so easy that you get bored. Great commands/usability, great music and sound effects. An instant classic.

From start to finish Venture Kid is a well crafted reminder of the halcyon days of the NES. We think Venture Kid is one of the top tier 8bit retro games available on ios, unfortunate that we never got a sequel to this one.
This game kept us entertained for ages. We havent got bored once and as you progress the game only gets more entertaining. Definitely recommend.

Just the right amount of difficulty and nostalgia. The music is pretty spot on and the levels are quick yet challenging in places.
Its an awesome fun game only thing is the resolution needs to be bump to hd its blurry.
Ive seen some poor reviews from people saying its too difficult. These people have obviously never played battle toads. Next to most retro games this is a cakewalk. It takes some pattern memory but if thats ur kind of challenge we dont think youll be disappointed. We also love the control layout and we wish more games would utilize dedicated screen space for buttons. Many thanks to the developers.
Our family really loves this satisfying Mega Man clone. Tight game play, excellent score evocative of the golden age of gaming. What's not to love? Buy buy buy.

This is our favorite all time game app. We are a sucker for Mega Man grime the original NES days and this game is right up that alley! The controls are as perfect as you can get on a smart phone or tablet. It is challenging but also not impossible. Great game.

We're huge into retro gaming and have been for years. This is worth the money. Works well and looks great! Excited to see a game like this for when we're on the go and don't have our gbc with us. The only flaw is when we're trying to hit the B button really fast our finger slides over and hits the pause. We would change the pause button placement but not a deal breaker.
Smooth control brings us back to the NES days.
One of the best retro games we've played on the iPhone yet. And we've played most of them. AND best part: it works with our powershell. If you grew up with old NES games and need a fix get it here! Not as polished as kero blaster but the MFi support makes this one even better to us.
Right off the bat his game is awesome. Mega man is one of our favorite games of all time and this game does a great job providing that classic platformer feel. We won't be putting this down for a while.

For whatever reason, this is absolutely our favorite ios game and the one we end up playing over and over. We don't it's too hard or too easy – we just like everything about it. Really well done. It's been a while so we don't remember if this is paid or free but one can play forever without needing an in app purchase. Besides the excellent game play, this is really our favorite part. After playing forever, we did decide to buy something just to support the dev. If you were to buy something, the coin doubler is a good value. Everything else seems unnecessary. We keep looking for new games to match this one but always end up going back. Really well done.
As a wonderful callback to the original Megaman games, this challenging and well-designed adventure can supply hours of fun. With most games today offering a heavy story or near to nothing, this game offers a needed break by giving you just enough info to keep you motivated, and nothing more. As you progress through the several zones and levels this 8-bit masterpiece has to offer, you'll receive new and useful weapons to help you along the rest of the way; making it all the more satisfying to run, jump, and shoot your way to victory.

For those who are waiting for mega man 11 and disappointed by mighty number 9, look no further as this is basically mega man. We recommend playing with a mfi controller. NOTE: this game is hard, but just try, try, and you will make it. (Hint: always use bombs on bosses).
Very fun retro MegaMan type of game, really enjoying so far! Definitely worth the small price of $0.99.
