Hey dev this is a suggestion if you can update the game to where you can trade dragons to your teammates that would be grateful thank you!
Love this. So much fun. Really annoy playing this and we have so many hours logged . Our only reason for a 4.5 is the fact that we absolutely hate the way players can fight back and forth over and over again. We wish there was a way you could only attack players back one time. We ended up reporting the guy because he started getting rude. We feel like if someone attacks you and you attack back boom its over. They cannot immediately attack back again and again. Love this game though.
This is one of our favorite games ever! It can be challenging but in the best way. There are so many unique dragons with different abilities. On top of it just being a fun game, we rarely encounter glitches or bugs. Just an incredibly creative app and totally worth a download.
Good app but we have a suggestion please fix this game so we can delete our character so we can start over again its not really fun to login and have your account appear on the screen.
Just worthless and money hungry people same crap all the time boringggggggg HATE HATE HATE.
Break everything, customer service only skill is cut and paste or close ticket. Rumor is they hired ex twitter employees whose only skill is complaining about how mean the players are and there isnt a sushi bar or a massage station. No wonder players are leaving in droves.
The play is entertaining and fun. Building your Dragons and Base is just part of it. Builder by the team either by starting one or joining one the interaction you get in both league chat and team chat is incredible. You realize you are playing and teaming from some one who might be next door or across the world. Highly recommend.
Our step daughter got us into this game less than a year after it was released & we were an instant fan & its been the best mobile game we’ve ever played.
One of the best games we’ve ever enjoyed. Only down side events are repetitive and not enough sigles rewards for what it takes to get things. We do realize your in it to make money and we do spend but a little better rewards would be great.

So we like this game but we gave it four stars because the attack thing is way messed up we have people attacking us that are 10 or 20 levels above us and we dont think thats fair we think a solution could be a person only two or three levels above you can attack you and you cant attack anyone five levels under you we think this will make the game more fair for players who enjoy this game and play it regularly.
Very fun game with a lot of depth for a mobile game that you dont see too often these days. Our only problem is various bugs that either we or other people we know have experienced. The worst for us is whenever we tap on events or the season button our game gets a black loading screen that wont go away until we close the game. Makes us completely unable to participate in events.
Been on game somewhat over six years. To really advance, you will have to spend some coin. Its not til you hit dreadnought status that you dont have to worry about getting swarmed or farmed we do see some improvements are needed such as switching maps or being able to build your own geography or be able to custom build dragons. After so many repetitions, being able to add defensive or offensive surprises to ward off enemies would enhance game once you get to upper echelons.
We like the premise of the game but the general gameplay is very repetitive and some of the dragon sprites are flat out copy n pasted overall the game is very cool and we loved it. But you should really look into the games longevity.
We love the game however it is plagued with Glitches and the designers dont seem to care as they dont actually play the game. Not going to lie, the game used to be utterly amazing but it has fallen into disrepair.
Game is antique hasnt gone maintenance in sometime. 2nd last change to game was seasonal dragon and atlas otherwise hasnt changed much. Higher tier of dragon breed more difficult get breed new dragon unless willing spend months on elite membership or money in games store.
We absolutely love the strategy in this game, but unfortunately only people willing to spend hundreds of dollars every month are able to advance and play competitively. If you are a casual gamer, then this will still be a fun game. If you want to play competitively, be prepared to set aside a few hundred dollars every month or grind 24/7. If you also end up in a leadership role in the game, be prepared to spend an exponential amount of time in game and out of the game with your team.
You guys need to put more stuff to buy on the the list for every week.
We’ve been playing this game, because Im an idiot, for a long time. PG will come out with an update, and it will screw up the game so badly that they have to come out with another update to fix the original update. We do love the concept of the game, the interaction with people is cool. Atlas is another map they added and it ads to the game but is slighted for the spending player. They keep coming out with bigger dragons with more power and you cant build a base that can stop them. At least when it started if you had a smart layout and maybe a defender you could stop an attack. Now its just stupid to even attempt it. It seems PG has created something profitable and they mean to keep it as such!
Purchased items dissapear and are never returned . Support gives vague answers and does not provide any help. It was once a good game but now its basically A joke . Extreme lag delays gameplay And it is also plagued by rampant cheating.
This games never works and it should be removed from iTunes. We’ve tried to report issues to the game developer, Pocket Gems countless times. Most of the time they never reply, and when they do its normally extremely rude and highly unprofessional response. Dont waste your time attempting to download or play War Dragons. Its a complete waste of time.
What a disaster of a game. More bugs than our basement. Poorly written code needing constant forced updates. Issues with the game are never fixed, only new bugs introduced. Its a struggle to like this one. Quite boring as its mostly about waiting for screens to load. And of coarse this developer allows for a much stronger player to attack you wiping out everything. Pass on this one unless you like poor design and aggravating gameplay. Constant self advertising pop ups begging for real cash to play. Very poorly developed and supported.
Well, been playing this game for a long time and hence then there hasnt been any improvement honestly. Nothing new but refreshed content. Event rewards havent received an update as they promised months agowhere are they? It seems they have a favorable view from the top teams and ignore the smaller ones that want to catch up unless you have the budget for it! Latest dragon tier is a re-done design from a previous tier with a few tweakscome on? No new pvp events which most players want the most! This game has potential but we dont see them doing their best but putting up excuses and delays!
The people that run the help desk are corrupt and have bias for certain team and few chosen players and if you cross them, you will get banned Any time or money you invested in game will be lost, help desk only help those they want to average players have no chance to enjoy game due to this save your time and money play something else.
The only reason we know how to play the actual game is because Im an old player, and know what to do. But other then that, you really get no tutorial (Especially in Atlas) other then a few random pointers from an NPC. Make an actual tutorial and maybe it would be fun because, you know, we would actually know how to play the game!!!
Game used to be great until pg (pocket gem) became corrupt. Banning good players and teams be cause they are better than their top paying teams and inside corruption has taken its toll. Glitches not being fixed, tickets not being answered and accounts being deleted and hacked from the inside. What a shame.
This is a beautiful game, and we continue to play mainly because of the friends we have made, but we would not recommend it to anyone due to the ridiculous number of glitches and failures. Basic daily features (such as hourly token missions) do not work properly, and weekly events almost always have problemseven the ones that have been run on a monthly basis for the last 6+ years! To top it all off, when players lose resources and money due to game glitches, trouble tickets are closed with no response or action and compensation appears to be applied randomly without regard to who actual got ripped off. As an example, we were significantly overcharged in an event and given no compensation (after filing a support request) while others who had no issues received large compensatory gifts.
We actually love this game. We just get extremely frustrated when it doesnt count some attacks and it then makes us miss the final prize in an event which is Crazy hard to get in PvP, so when we missed the prize by one mega attack which was done ticks us off to no end.
This game we’ve spent 6 years playing was on top 5 team in the game before pocket gems decided to disband our team for a unknown reason or reason they said we violated tos section 8 .. Thats there explanation.. No players or player was disband from the team at the time of them disbanding our team .. Making us start all over again.. Is fair to us and poor low level players that have no chance against us? The answer is no. More teams and players quit because of issues with pocket gems do you want to take that chance ? Happy flying if you dare risking your time and money.
Im giving War Dragons 1 star because 0 is not an option. This game was once fun, back about 5 years ago. Pocket Gems is a poorly managed company. War Dragons, and all of their other games have endless issues. We’ve been an avid game player all our life. War Dragons is the first we’ve ever played where we’ve had to contact support even once. Do not waste your precious time, or your hard earned money on this game.

We love this game. We’ve been playing this game for six years now and Im 35 years old. This is the longest game we’ve ever owned and played.
We have been playing this game since we retired in 2017 though all games may have hiccups we myself love playing war dragons and the group Im with.
This game is for any dragon lover.
We have been playing this game since about 2016, and its something we always check on every once in a while and grind out a bit. We recently advanced past player level 420. We will say this, the sapphire dragons take a very long time to get past, but it will be done eventually if youre smart about it. We like the combat system, its something that separates it from a lot of other base building games, and it allows for a more in-depth management of your arsenal. We have been seeing some sentiment that this game has become a bit of a pay-to-win, and we understand where this comes from. The shop and its offers are plentiful and prolific, and are dangled in front of the player many times during the game. There are some powerful lower tier dragons that cost rubies to get, instead of breeding them normally through the token system. Rubies, mind you, are a pretty inefficient currency, and the in-game transactions get so resource-intensive that they seem to devalue them. But the season rewards and chests earned from the events tend to give plenty of rewards that cover these. The method to not spend money on this game is two main things: persistence and playing your cards smartly.
Interesting and beautiful game.
Fun to be had, yes its older, and yes its dying has been echoed for years, of course in time it will come to pass ( as does all things ), give it a try meet some friends.
The game is great we have had so much fun playing this game with friends and its pretty addictive as-well and there are a lot of events that we enjoy alot But there is just one problem, when you get to higher levels the cost and time to build a building is more such a case is the breeding castle we are at lvl 157 and the the cost of wood is about 305k but that am fine with, its the time taken to finish building it. Right now for the breeding castle to finish we have to wait 22 days almost a entire month! Which we think is way too much for one building, and yes we do have time expenditures but those are very costly as-well usually the best amount we get is about 30-45 , and only in new dragon events we get up-to 150-170 which costs a-lot of sigils on top of that So please if you can fix this we would happily give you 5 stars! Sorry for a whole essay.
Played this game for around 5 years and it was pretty fun at the beginning. You play on teams of up to 50 players. Its cool meeting people and helping the team out. Im finally at a higher level and have noticed a lot of the higher teams cheating with hacks. If you dont cheat and are looking for a game to play for a while, we would not recommend starting this one. This game, however, might be a good fit if you do cheat since the makers of the games look the other wayespecially if you pay into the game.
We love this game dont get us wrong, but we keep finding myself going away for a long period of time mainly because of how long it takes to upgrade the main building. Its fun when it takes 6-8 days, but once you get higher it’ll take about 1-1.5 months which is a long time considering how the game will only let you upgrade one tower at a time and the only way to upgrade 2 at a time is hidden behind a pay wall.
We love the game but the packages have gotten more expensive and offering a lot less . Trying to build you dragons up has gotten very costly and slow.
Well here it in January 2020 Pocket Gems seems to be doing the same things that they did in Jan 2018. Nothing new in the total aspect of the game. One of the most exciting parts of the game is Atlas, but there is very little done with weekly events here. Teams battle each other but that is outside of event so there is very little reward. PG has not delivered with the biggest potential and that is Atlas. As to the weekly events you continued to do the same events in rotation, nothing new in years. Hoping 2020 will hold something new, as players get bigger they are getting board also. Badg 2023 May Nothing has changed other than the are more to purchase. The events are the same as they were in 2020. It seems that the devs have a lack of creative thoughts. Which makes us not want to spend.
We’ve been playing this game for years and we love it.
We tried to recover an old account on which we spent, using various apple IDs, a sum rising easily into the thousands of dollars US. Because this account was 6 years old (i had taken an extensive break) it was difficult to give everything they asked for which included: our account name, team, account level, receipts of purchases made on the account, log on information etc. Nonetheless, we provided our account name, the names of 3 teams we played on (not just one), at least 20 purchase receipts from apple, our log on information and our pocket ID and after all of this they kept returning the same insipid list over and over and, because we said that it must take a lawyer to get into our old account, they cited this comment as reason to cease all assistance and communication unless we work through their attorneys who, by the way, dont respond to inquiries. We had at least 4 different apple IDs playing this game over a period of time 6 years ago. In the interim, our home and some friends and family were lost in brush fires so severe that they made international news and this was followed by flooding that took even that that we had rebuilt. All we wanted was one thing back from these people and knowing we had been through all of this and even though we provided what they asked for, they were uncooperative, cynical and aloof. In our opinion what happened here is appalling and we think Apple should investigate this situation and measures should be taken to ensure nothing like this happens to anyone with respect to this or any other app again. We are strongly considering leaving the Apple iPhone for good. Do not download this game. Not because it is not fun, but because from a customer service standpoint, they have lost their way so completely that we think theyd likely recover our account sooner than their own humanity.
Truly F2P. We are almost level 500 and havent spent a dime on the game. Just playing the game is rewarding enough that spending is not necessary, though it is an option. Gameplay is fun, upgrade timers arent terrible, you get plenty of speed ups, and progress is apparent. Have yet to find a mobile game we enjoy this much.
We are sure the #IRS would love to know how much money they are losing each year from pocket gems because pg employees are selling millions of dollars of packets directly to the cheating players of this game. Kind of funny how this new season is called CORRUPTION.
