We cant believe it took us this long to find WikiRaces (luckily Im way faster in-game lol) its basically our perfect game. If youre into connecting the dots kinda stuff and have a wide range of knowledge, youre gonna love this. Our one request (which is the only reason Im withholding one star) is to better incorporate solo play into the game. Like make it accessible from the menu, and more importantly, have stats for solo play (games played, WikiPoints, avg time, etc). We only play this solo and it would be really great to track our solo play and be able to see our improvement (or lack thereof) over time. Other than that this is BRILLIANT.
Ive been having a lot of fun playing the single player version but we cannot get the multiplayer version to work. Even after sending invites or searching for any global player, the option just doesnt seem to work.
Very fun with a group of friends in a room, love the competition.
Just found on Wikipedia and Ive never been so proud of ourselves.
We absolutely love playing this game. It combines fun with a bit of education. However we do have one suggestion that could help its users learn even more. We noticed that when you find the Wikipedia page early, we have the urge while waiting to read through the Wikipedia articles we had come across during the game. However, we are stuck on the screen and cannot leave the app (or else we will get kicked out). If the developer can figure out some way to allow early finishers of the race to read articles while in the app and while waiting for other competitors to find the page, this app could be even more fun and feed our love to learn. (And it will become in our mind a 5 star app).
Great work creating an addicting and fun game to play with friends.
We just wish there was a way to kick inactive people from the lobby if theyre not readying up within like 2 minutes of being in the game.
What a bummer. We have been playing for years and now you cant have private games without a subscription. Its almost impossible to match with anyone on the public server. We recommend finding a new game.
We really enjoy playing this game. Its fun and inquisitive. However, we do think the public races could be improved. The race should end as soon as the first player finds the article and wins, instead of making the winner wait around for others to catch up. It would also be great if there were a way for new racers to join after a game has already started, rather than having to back out to the lobby to let others in. Its also hard to find games sometimes, and for this reason we think allowing players to join ongoing races would make a big difference. Updating these aspects would make the experience much better overall.
We only play this game with our friends when were together and the new change that hides private matches behind a subscription prevents us from playing our favorite game.
Overall a great and fun game. Wish solo play wasnt Locked behind paywall because it rarely connects us to public games.

We love this app. We love playing with our teenage children and cannot believe that we are just discovering this app now. We see that it is available by the month or year but has no option for a larger one time donation. Could you please add a provision to buy a cup of coffee or something like that.
Would be awesome if it successfully worked each time, sometimes it kicks players out/glitches but is overall so fun.
We are definitely inclined to give this game 5 stars, its super fun and especially fun to play with friends. The only reason to not give it 5 stars would be how spotty the connection is and how rarely this game actually works to connect to other players. We regularly try to play this game with strong wifi connection at home and sometimes it takes literally minutes to connect us to another player, or it just loads and loads and never connects even though it says we have proper connection. Playing off wifi is nearly impossible and sometimes it randomly drops the connection when im in the middle of a game. If these connection issues and bugs were worked out, we would definitely give 5 stars as the game is incredibly fun and mentally challenging in a good way, however im barely ever actually able to play the game due to these issues. And we understand that it could be our wifi connection specifically, however if im able to play COD Warzone on our wifi, this game should work and most of the time it doesnt.
We would like to play this game, but it seems like the lobbies are empty. It also seems abandoned, as the dev has not updated the game in a year. Farewell, at least it looks well designed.
We just discovered this app and we are OBSESSED! Its such a great way to test your knowledge. We just wish that more people were playing, because when we try to have an auto-generated match, we could sometimes wait for 10+ minutes and still no one would join. We dont really have anyone to play it with in real life so thats the only thing thats annoying. But we dont think theres anything the developers can do about that, unless its genuinely a matching issue. Solo matches just arent the same. Im not sure why multiplayer even has to be done through game center, which is what seems to make it glitchy. Im sure youd get a lot more players if it was an Among us type scenario where anyone could join as long as they have the code.
Our friends and we have LOVED this game since high school but unfortunately there are MANY bugs. It is very slow and often kicks people out of the game. We would love for this to get fixed.

We love this game, and love to play it with our friends. Its very fun, entertaining, and educational. The issue we have is, if you host a private game it kicks the host out by the third round.

Love the concept but trying to connect with your friends is an absolute nightmare. Theres no consistency. Sometimes it works, sometimes one person out of the group is left out completely and stuck in an infinite waiting for host screen while the others start the game, sometimes multiple people have that problem. Also occurs when a new round starts, randomly. Everything else about the app is great but its extremely inconsistent if youre looking to actually play against other people.
We love this game. We really do. The one thing is that the connection is TERRIBLE. It takes forever to connect to another player, and even then, the page refuses to load or stops working after the first or second round. This is no matter the Wi-Fi, service, or whatever else. There should at least be a single player option or an option to play against a randomized past game with the same categories. Anything for better connection.
As the title says, the game is so much fun and we enjoy it immensely but the last 6 times ive tried to play it either connecting to someone random or playing a friend it hasnt connected us or ends the game early because of a lost connection.
Game is fun, but why is there no solo option to race against a clock? Its taking us over 5 minutes in a queue to find someone, and we still didnt find anyone. And we cant play the game solo. So what do we do.

This app has so much potential and can be so enjoyable but it never works when we try to play with 3 or more people. One person always is never able to connect and never functions properly. Great idea though when executed properly.
Our family has tried repeatedly to play this game for over a year. Whenever we all get together for a gathering we try to play. EVERY time, theres one person who cant join the game. We try and try over and over. We try with different people as the host. We try with the person who cant connect as the host. On the off chance we get all the players into a game, someone always gets kicked out. Sometimes its the host who gets kicked out which ends the game for everyone. Its a great concept. We really want to love it but it never works.

This game is so great. Im addicted and our friends and we love play if each other There needs to be a way to customize the races so theres a limited number of rounds. Our sister and we were on round 17 wondering when it was going to end. We couldnt figure out how to make the race non-endless. If theres a way, Id love to know how! If not, that would be a good fix, please :) Also get it on android, please! We have a friend we plan on destroying as soon as hes able to get it on his phone.

Love the game but the matchmaking can be very glitched. There is always a different person that cant join in.
The concept is great. The way the game plays is phenomenal, and it looks great. Some attention is definitely needed on the quality of the private game servers. Our group of friends have all picked up this game and are obsessed, but get frustrated when trying to get everyone in one lobby reliably. It works for 2 or 3 people most of the time, but 4 or 5 is almost always shoddy. Download this app so they can address these issues.
Multiplayer doesnt work we cant ever find a game.
This is a great game, but local multiplayer since the last update doesnt seem to work. It used to drop everyone into a game once someone started, but now theres a handful of issues with Game Center and iCloud.
The app doesnt work we try to join or create a game but it stays on the checking connection screen forever.
All of a sudden it wont let us create a game because im not logged into icloud but we are logged in and ive tried it again and again :( we love this game please fix the icloud issue.
We cant join our friends so its bad.
Our dad invented this back in 2006 and they would just hit random twice and do it that way and Im just now finding out how popular this is.
We could play this game for hours and hours. We wish android users could play too so our mom could join in lol.
This game is pretty good and a lot of fun to play with your friends! However, finding online matches is nearly impossible. More people need to play this game its so good.

Really fun to play, only it seems like upgrading to iOS 10 makes connecting with other people really inconsistent.
We would give this game 5 stars if it had some sort of practice mode or a way to play online players. It is a lot of fun to play with friends but not everyone has the app. We would love to play this game on our own spare time. Please implement this into the game! Thank you.
Hey great take on the old "get to WWII from any page on wiki" we were wondering if you could add the ability to do single player practice, also not sure if you can play with others bot on the same wifi.
