We love playing this game we just wish we earned more coins than 5 or 10 cents.
Thanks for fixing our app with todays update. Love the clean interface of this game. As for the AI players? Yes, they have a lot of them. But can you easily find real peopleYes. Do not kid yourselves. All the scrabble games have bots. And the cost of getting rid of ads? The same as in a number lf other apps. Have been playing this game for a few years. Superior to others.
We actually love this game! It helps us relax we play it as often as we can and we love to play with all the random people waiting for matches not a problem for us at all!

Good game. Sometimes our screen freezes and we have to delete the game in order to fix it. To many annoying adds in the king game, thats usually when the screen freezes, otherwise we love this game.
Love this game, its very challenging at times, however there are so many ads its almost ridiculous, makes us not want to play, if there wasnt so many ads, we would definitely play more!
The pop up ads are continuous and obnoxious!! No way to get rid of them.
The reason we say caution is the amount of people that you play with that are just there to try to hook up with someone. You can not trust these people. First they want to know where you are playing from. Then are married or single. Then what is your profession. Then if you answer, USA, single, good occupation they want you to talk to them on lets say google chat. We have never gotten beyond that point. You cannot believe anything they say. Look at their profile. If they resign or lose at a high rate you know that they are not there to play the game. There should be a way to filter out people who show that they are doing this. The developers of this game must know this is going on and do not even warn people not to share personal info. Sad.
Way too many adds and because of that it crashes the game a lot. Fun but also frustrating..
We just ran an update and it updated to the latest version of the game. We have tons of coins. We cant spend them in the new shop. We keep collecting them with no way to use it on power ups. Theres no option to use your coins at all. Also. Soooo many videos. Sometimes so many that it makes our phone act up and we have to reboot it. Please work out your glitches. We love scrabble. But please fix your glitches.
There are enough bugs for us to stop playing this game. There are other scrabble type games that have fewer bugs and would be more enjoyable. Games can end abruptly indicating there are no more moves when that is obviously not the case. The hints/boosts provided by the game do not provide all possible scenarios which is rather annoying.
This game plays an ad with every turn, (ridiculous) and no other games do this! Its maddening. Also they want to charge some crazy monthly fee to get rid of ads. This is the way to bully you into paying (driving you nuts with ads). Also there are too many robot players. Most of the time you are not playing real people. You can be in the middle of a game with someone and they are requesting another game. We would say no to 3 requests and constantly get 3 more requests. (Over and over again). Some people (robots) are available to play constantly. The boosts are located in such a way that you inadvertently use them when you dont want to, which spends your coins. We are quitting this game because the creators apparently have no idea what theyre doing. This is NOT what people want. You cant creat a fun game then harass people.
Cant play a game at all. And we subscribed for a year. Very upsetting -just wish the game played smoothly without stopping and kicking us out. Please fix or Ill have to cancel our subscription. Thanks Harling Walker.
The game is fun overall but it has become glitchy, especially when getting help from friends who are sending coins and/or trying to help them. Now its just crashing all the time.
We paid for no ads and Im still getting them?
We paid for the subscription. It said there was a One Time bonus of 5000 coins with the subscription. We did not get the 5000 coins. We like the game but do not like being ripped off.
There are too many issues with this game to continue to play. We like the concept, however, It has so many issues its not worth it. We have to delete the app twice and start over. Works fine for a day or two and then the issues come in. We love playing the word games and having people easy to find and play, however, it doesnt score all your letters and you lose them, the game will freeze and sometimes just close itself, it allows help from friends, but when you accept it kicks you out and you never get the bonus coins to continue to play. Would be a great game, however the glitches are too much to deal with.
VERY, very frustrating. After you place your word on the board, you have to watch 5 minutes of full-screen ads for other Play Simple games, and there is no X on the screen to close the ads! You cannot get back to your game board until the videos have completely played out. By then, you no longer even want to play the game (and your opponent probably doesnt either because it seems to take so long), but if you quit playing it counts as a loss. We gave it 1 star so no one would think we forgot to Rate the game when no stars appear. Go with Wordscapes, Wordbubbles or Lumosity.
The game ended a game as a draw If it would have allowed us to play we would have put a letter we in a triple letter box to make the word it and we would have beat the opponent by 4 points.
Staff cheats you from collecting the coins you have earned.. When you try to collect then you get kicked off from the game and you have to rebootto the point of disgustit does not matter how many times that you email them, you get the response they received your message and will get back to you and nothing is donegame is good too bad with the staff that runs it..a lot of people complain but to no avail!!!!!! The cheat players!
Of all the games out here online, for us to pick and choose. Be sure to pick a game thats fairso, coins, you do not lose. This used to be our favorite appI played it everyday! But with a recent mishap, our coins have gone astray! We were an avid player, won many of our games. Twas nice to see our coins add up, but a problem, shows a change! We reached our highest coin count, 50,000 coins we had! We do not see our number rise, something sure went bad! We won a tournament yesterday, and right before our eyes. Our winning coins taken away, and we are quite surprised! This action is not worth five stars, our opinion here is true. Please pay attention to your coins, or youll get cheated too!

Downloaded this app on our iPad Pro (from the iPad App Store, obviously) just to find theres no landscape setting. An iPad is not a phone, and theres no way Im going to hold our 12.9 iPad vertically in our hand (instead of its horizontal stand) just to play a game. Bye, Word Wars!
That has deleted our entire friends list. That will not allow mw to start a new list. That has a search for contacts list that does not work. That will only allow us to add friends from our personal contact book thus giving them access to our data. That has a search for contact function that does not function. That has a support option that will not support this app when running into alarming problems. And finally? Has alowed us to pay them $50.00 a year for two years to be an experiment while they try to change Word Wars into Word Wars with Friends to up their downloads and become more like Words with Friends.

This is an app that has lost or deleted our game contacts. This is an app that will not allow us to make (save) a new list. This is an app that has the search for contacts list disabled. This an app trying to rebrand itself to look and sound like Words With Friends. To those ends, this app wants access to our contact book and, thus, to all of our personal data. For all these privileges, this is an that took $50.00/year for two years. This is an app that will, under no circumstances, help with problems. Finally? Of coursethis is an app that is scheduled for deletion next week when our over-priced subscription runs out. Thanks for making us a Guinea pig in your experiment to reinvent yourself. You deserve your name simple Play. Customers beware. All negative reviews are valid.
Love the game but how do one get the dictionary to pronounce the word?
We like playing this game but it doesnt always accept a word and says it isnt one. On the other side of the coin, it will give credit to a word that the dictionary says doesnt exist and theres no way to complain or challenge the player that made up the word and got credit for it.
Its a scrabble but more alive, for lack of a better word. Pardon the pun. If we could make one change it would be to change the sound when you pull the letters back to your tray. Currently, it reminds us of finger nails on a chalkboard. The rest is pretty perfect.
This is a great game, but the past few weeks the leader boards dont refresh and show you exactly where you are on it.
The ads are too sexual. If kids are playing, they will be exposed to it. We dont think it is appropriate. Even as an adult you dont want to consistently see it. The werewolf apps where you can read stories have a woman grabbing at a mans zipper. Thats not cool. Even the animated apps are very sexual. The earnings for coins has gone down to 40 instead of 50. You have to watch more ads for coins. The game freezes a lot too. We thought it was just our phone being 4yrs old but our fiancs phone is new and it freezing on him too. The PLAY gets frozen a lot and placing tiles gets stuck in middle. Always have to restart the app for it to work again. Overall, its a great game but it has bugs and the ad content is a bit much.
The only problem we have with this app is it keeps going black and we have to delete it and then reload it. Its a pain to deal with this.
We used to love playing this game with other real players. Now the app only gives us player bots that are not real. There is a way that we can tell. Where have all the real players gone?

We love playing this game, BUT every time you go the gift center it knocks you out. Frustrating when you have to keep restarting the game! Would have given a five star rating except for that reason!
For the last 24 hours the app has been down and will not open. You cant contact the developer or report via App Store. Writing a review of a game we love but cant get it working!!!!
Love the game but it continuously cuts out while Im trying to play plus we have difficulty getting in to it.
Game will not finish loading now for some reason. We liked playing it but now cannot. You can only contact support from within the game, so we guess it is time to delete it.
This would be a pretty good game except its full of bots! Its annoying to think youre playing against real people but realize the majority of them arent real at all. Watch out for stock photos, a person that will immediately play their move in response to yours any time of the day (whether we were up in the middle of the night or picked it up on our lunch break), no response in chat, and only the words your move typed to you when some time has passed. Pretty lame.
But lots of problems it would take too long to list the problems just to bad because we really did enjoy playing it but when you cant collect rewards its hard to participate.
Loved playing the gamebefore they added the choice of graphics for the tiles. It is very distracting playing the game now. Plus, they make the last word you play white. Very annoying, playing on a cell. We havent seen any way to block someone elses choice of tiles, but it should be available.
