Love the game but putting on these gay ads is offensive and children playing these games shouldnt be seeing this crap. Not enough chances to earn jewels. Your too stingy.
We have 11 open games hanging because opponents go away and dont return. Its annoying! Its been a few days so why dont you close them after a certain amount of time? We have spent a lot of money replenishing our gems to make good words and its for nothing if we cant finish a game! We are presently in first place so its holding us back! Same problem with open games! We spend a fortune playing this game but when we have no more gems Im quitting! Had a word laxates to put out but didnt recognize it. Its in the dictionary! So done!
We really enjoy this game. Its like scrabble, but youre only playing 5 words in a game, so they go much quicker. We only wish there was an ad free version you could buy (similar to how Words With Friends does) as we would totally pay to NOT have to view ads on games we enjoy playing.
We think it would be great if when you win in addition, have a Wordzee in the win that you got a few more points for that. And we think it should be a lot easier to get tickets so you can enjoy some of the other games.

Fun game but it freezes up a lot almost to the point of being annoying, help says you need lots of memory, we have lots of memory but it still freezes all the time and several times in the same game.
Why do we get the same cards when we play journey. We cannot get the cards we need.
We have been playing this game so much that we’re addicted. It’s fun and challenging but never boring. You gotta try it!
We found this game a few weeks ago and its pretty good. You just have to make 5 words (1 in each of 5 rounds) that are between 3 and7 letters out of 7 letters youre given. Both you and your opponent start each round with the same 7 letters as each other. There are double and triple letter and word score tiles etc.. There is a little more to it but whoever gets the most points wins. We definitely like this game a lot for when Im outside smoking or something else quick that Id want it want something to do while Im there doing it. Great bathroom or before bed game. We dont really like the rewards system they have in this game though. It doesnt really make sense to us. We know you can use the diamonds in matches, but the coins, letter tiles and cards are confusing. Mostly because it was never explained in the beginning of wgame like it shouldve been. We have a couple more complaints but also more compliments. If you enjoy word games then youll probably enjoy this game, at least a little bit.
This thing lags and is super slow. Even when we stay on top of the updates. WHYYYY, its so depressing and its lags to the extent we just get aggravated and completely close the app out. We have high hopes with every update and get our hopes dashed with every update. The game loads so slowly we often force close and reopen. Then you play and it freezes. Ads are way too long. Now just to make it worse when you turn off suggested matches in settings they totally ignore you and put up THREE unwanted matches. No respect for players! Those 3 are on top and hide the games you actually enjoy playing with friends so the friends can’t see it’s their turn. You get 2 stars for a game we enjoy but minus 3 stars for making it so frustrating to try to play!

The game is really fun, but we really hate the ads. We refuse to pay $4.99 EACH MONTH just to get rid of them. Most apps give you a one time, ad-free, purchase. Ill up the stars if that ever changes.
First of all, Im addicted to the game itself but the developers strike us as money greedy which takes from the joy of the game and prompts us to take off 2 stars. Our first gripe is the ads, they are not excessive in popping up, however, they are way too dang long, repetitive and not in good taste for all ages (Project Makeover & Royal Match). Were playing Wordzee, a thinking brain type game, at least make the ads of like kind. Now the money hungry part is that this is the only game we’ve seen that requires a MONTHLY fee to remove ads! We dont mind paying a one time fee for ad removal of games that Im going to keep but monthly is ridiculous and we wont pay that often just to remove ads! Our 2nd gripe is the way and number of gems earned. We need gems for hints, letter replacements, etc. However, you earn so very few gems each game (5 for watching an ad) yet it requires 10 to replace your letters. So youre forced to buy gems and the ratio of money to gems needed is just not worth it. We bought them once but never again. This game is very well made but ultimately is far too expensive to totally enjoy.
What happened to this game. It wont take the words we spell, Like woman. Why is that.
The concept of this game is good. We didnt think there were enough incentives to keep us interested. It would have taken us 4 months of daily games to get one lousy tile. Also, there are so many pop ups, the game freezes and lags. While we wait for the game to catch up, its draining our phone battery. Finally got fed up and uninstalled. There are plenty of better word games out there.
The app stops working at level 2.

We’ve been playing this game for a while now. It helps us relax. And believe it or not. It helps us to get ready for studying for our GED. It gets us focused, so we can actually focus on our GED after playing this game. So thank you for having such a game. We truly appreciate it. And we can with All our heart honestly say. There is not another game out there that we’ve ever enjoyed or gave a wonderful review to. You guys are the first. And who knows. You might be the last. Thank you.
It is an okay but the loading is meh. We like it and play it a lot.
This game has the potential to be really great. We love the idea. However, when a word game doesnt recognize really common words like help (and a bunch more just like that) it makes it unplayable. It is too frustrating to have a great scoring word (that any decent word game should have in its dictionary) and not be able to play it. Whats weird is that it seemed to know some exceptionally obscure words. Its like they were trying to be really clever, but forgot the basics.
Its really annoying to have an ad right in the middle of the game. Why dont you move it to the the end !!
We played up to level 2 and it just stays on the page that says continue to next game and no matter how many times we press the button to continue it wont go past the continue page even when we delete the app then redownloaded it still will bring us back to our account then just be stuck on the continue page again its extremely irritating.
This was one of our favorite games. We played it everyday. Problem is, we upgrade our iPad and downloaded it to the new one and it didnt save our progression. Very frustrating to say the least. Can anything be done to restore it?

Ads very intrusive, long, however, Instant game and challenges are the best. If you pay for no ads which you can do, or you can buy gems to help you in the game and that will give you no ads so at least there’s that benefit. The ads are really bad so we will buy a small gym pack for two bucks once a month to keep them away playing other players can be a torment until you get used to it. They will bail in the middle of the game and you’ll need to have 56 710 games going at once and then you still wait or keep starting a new game. The other option is to do the events which are instant. Or only play the Instagram option. But we do really like it. It’s a departure from games like classic words and Scrabble go which was horrible.
Game takes too long to load very slow on daily challenge we had over 450 days and they disappeared love the game just too slow too many ads.
Freezes about every other time we play; something to do with the ads. And we will try to play an ad to get a hint and it won’t play the ad OR give us the hint, so then it’s wasted and we have to use a gem for a hint.
So we absolutely love this game but the sad thing is Im going to uninstall it because of the intrusive adsI hate games with ads and we always buy the ad free version when possible but the ridiculous price of $5 per month to have no ads is infuriating! Just make a one time payment ad free version and stop being so greedy! We used to love playing games on our iPad and these greedy greedy people are ruining it for everyone!
Love to play journeys, but at the moment it appears to be stuck. When we go to play its just getting stuck and 5hen we had to r3move and open again, but same problem. Love the game up until now. Willie-Mae.
Their customer service is great, in that when you email them, they get back to you. Unfortunately, the more frustrating aspect is there are common words that they do not accept and weird words that they do accept. You find this out by seeing what is acceptable when playing a game. No list of acceptable words, so you go for a certain word (possibly spending gems to get it) and it isnt allowed. Lost many gems and games this way. After the last update, our page that opens is full of suggested players and random games that look like they are in progress, but arent. If you refuse to play them, its counted against you on your stats. Not right. We spent quite a bit of money on gems to keep our stats good. Then some random suggested game tanks them? Also, was in game 10 of 20 in our achievements, and lost those because of these random games counting as a loss. That was the last straw. If you play, be forewarned.
$4.99 per month to remove ads? What a ripoff!!! So you expect us to pay you $60 per year to play your game without ads. GFY! PTBarnum once said theres a sucker born every minute and this game relies on that to make money. Game deleted!
We would gladly give you a higher rating if you would fix the bug that allows sounds to make noise despite having sounds turned OFF in your settings. It has gone from bad to worseyour sound problem is now overriding our phones sound being turned COMPLETELY off. So essentially, theres no way to avoid being assaulted by loud, obnoxious sounds. For the love of all thats good, PLEASE FIX THIS BUG. Thank you.

This is our favorite game. Wellit was until ad music seems to automatically come in during gameplay. Its very irritating and needs to be fixed. It only happens in this game. It also stutters with the avatar moves and makes THAT clicking noise. The only way to get rid of it is to log out and log back in. As we said, its our favorite game, we play daily. Please fix the bugs or we will have to find another game, in which we dont have to log out/in to get rid of unwanted noise. Please dont tell us to send this to support! YOU can FORWARD IT TO THEM.
