Ive been trying to get the $200 PokerStars took from our bank account and PokerStars account for the last 2 months! Wanted to warn people. This app has some very very sketchy stuff. If you know poker, ranges, theory, ect ect. We say this because we truly believe there is an algorithm for the luck of hands you make by the river. When we feel the downswing our aces get cracked by 57offsuit. We play solid poker almost always cashing in live tournaments. On PokerStars you bust with kings getting 4 bet jammed by A3 off. Them spiking an ace. Some people say its because of the amount of hands you play we disagree. It just simply doesnt happen live the way it does on PokerStars we also think the low stakes allows idiots to be rewarded and not feel any sort of pressure to play better. We think down the line, if this got investigated it would be very interesting to find out the algorithms behind the random hands and boards. Please be extremely cautious of this app.
Yesterday u cancelled a tournament that we were in 1st place.we know u had no control over that but u should have paid out something. U got all the money from the people who were already kicked out of the game. It was the 12\30 15$ tournament.
The stoppage in play for random security checks is very annoying. The message says itll only be a few minutes. We were randomly selected 3 times in the course of less than an hour. The few minutes was more than 15 each time. Other than that its a fun app.

Dont bother playing here. Theyre hard to get paid from and thats the unlikely event you win anything. Main thing is their daily promotions and rewards are almost nonexistent. Bet MGM withdraws fast and they have generous daily promotions, and rewards.

We played years ago on PokerStars, but this PA version is all of that and more. Live the new games, the quick games, and the casino. Great for all of your fun and on all levels of wagers are possible. The site is good for anyone and whatever you are looking for.

Never had to separate our money to do withdrawals until today. They werent worth a lot of money, we should have been able to only process 1 withdrawal. If this happens again, we will not play on here anymore. This seems shady to us. We cant think of a reason you would do this. We signed up of for Stars the day it was released. Overall we like the UI. Casino is fun to kill time. Plenty of different style of games. However, theres a huge problem. This happens to us 3 times a year every year for the last for years. We usually play $.25/$.50 or $.50/$1. So Ill run our bankroll up from $100 to $1500-$2000 in a few weeks to a month. Ill have some down swings. But then there are days, where we lose 95% of our hands. We lose to runner runner non stop or a 2 outer. Not too mention losing with say JJ to QQ or QQ to KK. Or lose with the better hand preflop. We get our money in good 75% of the time yet lose 90%? 2025 update: disappointed they got rid of sports gambling. Even though Im not huge into it we like to place a bet here and there. We still think PokerStars needs a full audit from their software legitimacy to what seems like hands created to increase rake. That being said its a legal PA site but we often question the algorithms running poker. Too many bizarre outcomes. Also we love their live roulette.
The iPhone app is driving us crazy, Id expect more in such a highly regulated environment. About 20% of the time login fails, and shutting down and restarting doesnt work most of the time. Also, tournament filter sliders are incredibly annoying.
Best poker app we can find hands down. Just wish more people were online at tables. We are genuinely surprised more people dont play online Texas hold em.

Too many high action flops whether its heads up or a full table. Computer generates so many hands you cant fold on the flop and turn, learn to fold the 20+ out draws and you will come out ahead. Sounds counter intuitive but will save your stack since its rigged.

They have both a casino and poker app. When we first downloaded the casino app, we spent 3 days trying to figure out how to use our welcome bonuses. Finally after downloading the game on our laptop we realized that in order to use the poker bonuses you need the poker app, in order to use the casino bonuses you need the casino app. We lost our first day of bonuses being confused but we were able to use the rest. The app itself is great, we love that you can earn rewards and open chests. We havent won big on here yet. We also dont have a problem with glitches or loading on here. Poker is super fun too.

Was using this app for a few months, no issue and was actually really enjoying it. Stopped playing for maybe a month or two and when we came back to play our account was randomly revoked and play was restricted. Customer service is impossible to reach and they can never answer questions directly, they also dont have a phone number to call directly, if they do it is IMPOSSIBLE to find. And when they do answer you, they ask for multiple forms of documents but never clarify why. Very frustrating and disappointing. Waste of money and waste of time. Youre lucky if this doesnt happen to you. Better off going to play in person.

Ive won a lot playing poker and the casino here. The rewards are great and the poker seems to be fair but sometimes things wont load correctly or there will be glitches when trying to access certain parts of the app. That being said, payments and withdrawals have always been fast and easy.
More of a big report than a review but we dont see anywhere else to report it. If you do not wait to log in until the entire app resources have loaded, login fails and you have to close the app and reopen. When the app is loading, the login button is visible/available. It should work if the button is there. Hide or disable until all necessary resources have loaded. We see there was an update a week ago but it didnt include a fix for this and its been doing it for a few months now. It did not used to be a problem in the past. We wouldnt be able to help with which update introduced it though unfortunately. They recently responded telling us to contact customer support lol. Customer support cannot fix your bug, maybe talk to your devs. We have cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. Im a dev ourselves, nothing from the user end will fix this.

Best poker game online to play for real money.
PokerStars suspended our account after they let us deposit money into the site, you cant withdraw your money, unless it has been in play and you cant close your account, because they will just steal your money. Do not use this site, going over ten days and we have not heard from security.
Should have some type of cash back when you play. And its hard to move on to other level Im still at the same level. We spent a lot of money and still at 10.
Have only had great times. Great promos, daily spins and fantastic tournaments. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
