It says get 100 in bonus play for new customers. This 100 is in PLAY money not real at all. Cannot be used for anything involving real money. This was NOT mentioned in the advertisement anywhere – not even in the fine print.
Absolutely the worst!!! Put a good chunk of money on, didnt win more than 6 bucks at a time!!! 54 free spins and won 3 bucks. This app is horrible!!!
It is like most poker sites where people are hitting all the time on cards No professional poker player would tech playing. It gives runner, runner cards to make big hands. It is a site where 7,2 8,4 and 9,2 hit as much as Q,J A,K and 2,3 suited.

After playing on this site since nov 2019 we will start by saying pokerstars is absolute trash. We play on seven different gaming sites and this is by far the worst one. We have had multiple cashout issues, CONNECTION PROBLEMS for over three years, problems getting bonuses, but the worst part of this site is the poker. It is absolute trash. We try not to play at all on this site, but every couple months we jump into a tournament and its the same thing every time. Crazy bad beats and bad play getting rewarded. We have never been down money since we started, but it is still not worth playing here. Always look and see what other players had when you can, even if you are not in the hand. You will be amazed how often a monster hand gets drawn out on post flop. The bonuses on this site are a joke and most are just an attempt to extract more money from players by having play through requirements. The costumer service is the worst of all the gaming sites with no PHONE SUPPORT. We would recommend any of the other poker sites over this one. WSOP daily free rolls and betmgm/borgata is better all around play and gives free tickets. The only positive thing this site has is a nice poker interface, but the RGN pitting hands against hands, crazy beats every time we play, and constant reward of bad play takes away any enjoyment. ABSOLUTE TRASH!

Lots of game options. Ap is glitchy when checking challenges. Bonuses are not competitive compared to FanDuel or MGM. No free tournament tickets like MGM. You are better than Caesars.
Honestly, theres way too many bad beats in one sequence of rounds and very frustrating to see same patterns of giving two pair on the flop and giving a set to others so the pot gets big. We have once lost to royal straight flush when we had 4kings lol.
When bonus games that you wait hundreds of spins for pay out 2 times your wager total its not worth wasting money. $4 spin $8 payout lol. Not wasting our time with that. Happened on 4 bonuses in 1 day. Its great we got the bonus game but all 4 of them totaled $44. Save your time and money.

The app and customer service is just flat out the worst around. Gives you sign on bonus and rewards that have expired months ago and their answer is eh our bad oh well. Save your time and just go somewhere else where the care because this one doesnt.

Bug where no matter how many times we exit out of deposit it continues to pop up and ask us to deposit. Only time it stops is when we can manage to get on a table. The moment we search the rest of the app it continues again.
Dont take our word for it go ahead and put money in youll see someone will go all in with nothing when you have a 95% chance to win they will hit no matter what its a joke its rigged there are players who know what will hit before it does.

AK, KK, QQ, and the latter dont mean jack on this app. The worse hand wins at least 75% of the time. Dont waste your time playing this crappy poker app. We’ve been playing cards for 20 years. It was our main source of income for a couple of years. We’ve surpassed the money bubble 14 times at the WPT, and we’ve made a final table in the WSOP. We’ve seen close to a million hands in real life, so trust us when we say the odds on this app are completely skewed. Its an absolute joke. We recommend MegaHit poker or WSOP.
Youre better off going to a back door game for better customer service. Bonuses get deleted from your account before you can use them. Also they take so long to pay you, Im starting to think someone is coming by horseback with our money.
While playing on iPhone every 15 min or so in a tournament it Will completely freeze and need to be closed and re login . Multiple times now it has cost our big blinds and even an event at times where it auto folds AA for us or big hands because it froze. Please make this app better as we play on here about 25 days a month.
All we get when Iog in is a deposit screen and if you click to deposit it doesnt work. Basically just keeps popping up over and over. We tried reinstalling and same thing happens as soon as we log in. Was really lookin forward to tryin it out, but the experience is just too bad to mess with it.
They are liars and scammers, do not trust them. Made our first deposit of 100 dollars which they claim to give it you back in free bets. They did not do so and refused to give us it. Be aware to whom you trust depositing your money too! This promotion is a scam.
No issues with the app. Customer service is also very helpful. When we had an issue with our app, they were able to fix the bugs and refunded us with in mins. Been playing for 2 years and that was the only time we had an issue.

Currently, you can only see the chat if you are holding your phone sideways. We would like to see chats pop up on the screen and be able to type when holding our phone vertically.
This site has a lot of options for whatever bankroll. Small-bigger cash games we tried just because we like playing poker, and trying to find a reason to keep with it.. BUT we think Im done with playing, after playing consistently for 2.5 weeks. The amount of times we get money in ahead and end up getting rivered by a flush/straight or someone calling us 3 streets with bottom pair rivering trip or 2 pair is abysmal we know its poker, but if its happening literally everytime we play then idk man we are convinced the boards are rigged for action- the amount of bad beats on every table Im on is very sus. We’ve read others saying theyve experienced an irregular amount of bad beats as well. First time experiencing online poker and probably just going to stick with live, but PokerStars poker is too sus for us.
We rarely write reviews but we had to write one for this app. To preface, we play poker regularly and we understand that the game has bad beats but PokerStars makes their bots so obvious its painful. We dont think any real person would call a 4 bet jam with 8 5 off and catch quad 8 right off the flop. Either the algorithm is broken or theyre putting bots out here to scam your money. Think twice before downloading!

Glitch in the app constantly prompting us to make a deposit even tho we did deposit. No matter what we select the prompt keeps coming up over and over again.
This site is GARBAGE. Played in 2 $5 tournaments and a $5 spin game. In the maybe 30 min that we got to play, we lost to the river card at least 10 times when we had the better hand. Bad beats happen but not this often. Plus if you lose that much bc of the river card, then statistically you should win that much bc of the river card. But suspiciously that not what happens.. Glad we only wasted $15 on this terrible site. Needless to say they will never get another penny from us. Tried again several months later. Same results. Dominate hands that got called for no reason and they win. EVERY TIME. The blatant card rigging and player favoritism going on is incredible. You crooks got guts pulling the crap you do.
You should advertise that if you dont live in the 3 states is us then you cant create an account .
We used this app to try and get in to the the poker scene and we found that in our opinion we cant trust this company with our money. They offer you rewards for spending so much over a period of time which we has done they then awarded us a ticket for a tournament they no longer hold, it was a monthly tournament we figured it had already happened last month when we received it so waited till this month then when nothing was still showing we reached out to see when it would be posted, at this time they responded that it was no longer being held and they are sorry. We reached back out to see if they would give us the credit towards what would have been entry fee or some other kind of reward and they just now refuse to answer us. We held up our end of their deal to earn the rewards that in our eyes were never given off Im given something thats obsolete.
