We love this game so much but PLEASE make the "music" + "sound" volume on/off options work!!! We cannot play this game connected to bluetooth because its just men grunting.
We completed 2 cities the one with the helicopters and the first police station we completed, we have been waiting for another station, please add one right now please.
Its a bit hard to progress its been slow. We love it, and we kind of wish a prison bus came by and saw the picture of the prisoners in the cell said of just having them walk away.
The game is fun but our place was lagging so we refreshed the app and all our stuff was gone. Please get us our stuff back.

We love this game but it would be nice if more police stations were added into the game.
Typical build tycoon but has some cool event stuff to keep you playing. However, Ive been waiting for more non event stations for a long time. We guess you could assume this game is dead to the developers because Ive completed the 4x core stations to 100% yet Coming Soon for the 5th has been there a very long time.
As someone who works at a Juvenile Detention Center we found this game really enjoyable. Its relaxing and time consuming when building your police station. We do hope more station become available in the future and possibly having your own personal station to upgrade. Im also on a lookout for this company to make a firefighter department game just like this game.
We love this app, it is so much fun. But we finished all the buildings and the next one says coming soon and it has said that for a year. It would be perfect if they just added one more location.
The zoom out distance needs to be increased. The game itself is pretty good so far, only just made it to the second city, but we really wish we could zoom out more and see our whole station. Easy to get lost unless you remember exactly where everything is.
Game is tons of fun but once you have completed the levels there is no where else to go. The only other option is a special event which never changes. Im ready to uninstall the game.
Im going to first start with the negatives about the Game. The Game mechanics are partially broken, in the sense that you are not fully guaranteed to make income when you watch advertisements. The sound effects for the Game is torture, especially when listening to it for long periods of time, luckily you can turn it off in the settings, but it is still an inconvenience. We think the tutorial was slow, so that could use more time. On the positive side. The locations and creativity of the Game was terrific, we think the models used for the Game were diverse and unique. The challenges felt like they had meaning, it was satisfying to lock up dangerous criminals from time to time. This Game is better than most games.
Our fraud detectives are overwhelmed and we cant do any thing about it,and we cant reset our progress!!!!! (the game would be four or five if these things get fixed).
The game is good but the adds will trap you so you cant go back and get your reward.
We redownload this every few months and we always wish that we had the option to restart from the beginning because we love the build up. Really disappointing that there is no option for this.
We love playing this game, upgrading your stations feels rewarding, but comes with setbacks. For instance, once you increase station coverage and upgrade your reception, interns and investigators, you find out fairly quickly that even with a fully upgraded police force, theyll be overran with cases and youll run out of room for new ones. That alone wouldnt be so bad, but the overflow gets taken to your tactical units to handle, so you end up with your SWAT team in armored trucks enforcing traffic violations, which just seems out of place. That also takes time away from them going after the cases theyre supposed to. Theres no way to prevent this either, unless you want to fire some of your detectives, interns, or receptionists to slow down the process, but then youll end up with the same problem of running out of room, just with those departments instead. The game needs fixes to prevent this from happening because its frustrating to want to run a seamless machine, just for the upgrades that are supposed to make things easier, in reality muddy the whole process and make things more difficult. A few solutions we can think of to fix this issue is either update the police officers to work at a faster rate when upgraded, or introduce more roles to the station, like jailing officers who take arrested criminals from the patrol officers, so they dont waste time taking the criminals to jail, and can instead immediately head back to their department to get another case. Or, upgradable police vehicles that either decrease time it takes to make arrests, or allow for more capacity, allowing officers to take multiple cases at once. This issue isnt a deal breaker, but it is frustrating.
We have loved this game ever since it came out, lots of stuff to work through and unlock, its good. But after having it for so long it just stopped working Ive checked this game over and over again through the past two years to see if it works and it seems like Codigames has completely given up on trying to fix it. We just redownloaded it and it immediately glitched and would not work at all. Really wish this game worked.
Finding it rather hard to get into the game watching cut scenes that we literally can't speed up or skip. It's not teaching us anything. Just unnecessary NPC actions that we have to watch for no reason.
Really good game very slow pace at first but once you get it together and everything is set up the game the faster the pace it is . Other wise its really fun a lot of stuff needed.
This is one of the best idle games BY FAR. No forced ads, pretty easy, and we like how every upgrade it changes the model and look of what you upgraded. One problem though. Whenever we open the settings, it opens a window thing saying this account is already linked. Whenever we try to close it it just opens again and we eventually have to restart the app. But that isnt too much of a problem and the settings arent that important. Overall, its really good and we have downloaded more of the games by these developers.
This game is super fun. Its also calming and relaxing. We also like how you can go AFK and still earn money. Its really fun overall its just we think they should add a little bit more money to make like its when you get better and better its really easy to make money but then the upgrade is super expensive, you have to put a lot of work in the game but we really think its really good overall as us as a little kid we really think its a great game so you should install it.

When ever we got to settings it wont let us turn the music or the sound off and all it says is that there is already an account connected to the game overall we think its a really good game just that bug needs fixed. We give it a 5-5 stars.

We havent played in a while cause we had finished all of the prison to max lvl at the time we played, but we reinstalled the game as well as a few others and we cant get it to actually enter the game pass the login page, it wont even show the login bar to load the game; and its happening on a few others game too. Ive already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games so Im out of ideas, is there a way to fix this problem.

We played in the ruidosa station and one of the criminal quests isnt picking up the fact that we did what it says. Also it is not offering the rewards for finishing that quest. Please please PLEASE fix this.
We saw a girl in the jail. She Freaked us Out! There was a hole Right Through her shirt. And we could see through her.
We dont know whats the 3rd item in the detective thing to get the most wanted criminal at the start but its still a very fun game.
So we were playing and we have 3,600 dollars a minute and from 2 hours we got 200,000 dollars and we went to calculator and did the math and we should have gotten 360,000 dollars. Please help One more thing this is the best idle game ever Also sorry we is long game but its really fun thanks.
This game is really good and to cure boredom and we have a problem once we get in The game and we have had the game for about 2-3 days and all of the sudden it will kick us out once we get in the game WHY! Can you guys please fix the bug.

Hi will there be a new police station.
This game is so fun! Im really addicted to it, and it is really entertaining. There are a few flaws though. Number one is, After a certain point there arent many cases left and some departments become obsolete like crime labs, never has that many cases anymore. Its very annoying . Number two, The jails always fills up. We can NEVER put anymore criminals in them. Maybe you can make them bigger? Anyways most of the game is good! We play every day for like an hour, and we can almost gate a shield in that time. We highly recommend this game. In all, Five stars.
There good but we wish you could build stuff inside the jail cells and if the prisoners could try to break out it would be cooler and yeah. Also we think it would be cool if we got an option to arrest people like 3rd person view we arrest them and question them.
This is the best ideal police game we every play graphics are good for ideal game.
Often times when we would come back to the game to collect our idle money, we would select watch ads to double profits, but it crashes way too often and we lose all our money, you need to fix the constant crashings.
