Love it last time we played was 40.
Spent many an hour with this game as a kid. They did a pretty good job bringing this back. Unfortunately it seems to crash a bit more then Id like to admit. You could be playing and off it goes or if you try to place your name on leadership boardagain, crash. Hope the developers look into this and havent abandoned the game. Work out those kinks and your in for fun.
This is an amazing port of our all time favorite video Ahmed love the game, brings back so many memories, but lack of controller support happens the enjoyment, add full controller support and it will be like 1982 all over again.
This is an excellent, pixel perfect version of the classic arcade game. If it offered Bluetooth controller support it would be 5 stars perfect. Developer, we would support a Patreon or any campaign to help you add controller support to your arcade games, please make it happen.
The graphics are relatively faithful to the game. Basic functionality is there but there are some bits that dont work correctly. You cannot joust the teradactyl in the mouth to kill it. It just always kills you. You cannot bounce off the cliff, it just stops you. If you touch the lave you cannot escape by flapping hard to get out, you just die. The teradactyl occasionally hangs around on the next level. Especially level 5. If you accept those, the game is fun to play.
Classic game and playable on mobile but would be great if they could ad controller support.

Love the game! Its just like the old school cabinet arcade. We noticed the leaderboard and forum are offline. Hoping it comes back soon.

Real deal here! This is the old school classic Joust arcade. Real fun. Hope this developer makes some more classics.
Thanks for making this game that is our favorite since being a kid. So like playing original. Now only if you could make a whack-a-mole game that was anything like.
Its a great game and we enjoy playing it. Our only gripe would be that we need directional buttons for facing left or right. Its hard to navigate.
We loved this as a kid. Game stays true to the original. One suggestion, we would like to see a way to use the new Bluetooth controller with the game. We have found the tap left and right hard to get accurate and our thumbs blocked the screen.
Joust is one of our favorite games of all time and the midway arcade version from a few years ago was the best to come out. This one is def the best out T this time however the controls are a bit clunky. They could have given us a digital joystick or least two different ways to navigate like digital Dpad, this game is not free. Also the mechanics are a little clunky, speed slows down if you hold the button which we have never experienced. If you can conquer these defects you can reign the skys once again. Hopefully an update gives us more controller options.
This game needs some work! It doesnt have a virtual joystick so its impossible to know where the left/right or the wing flapping actions are supposed to be. It also lacks variable speeds so youre either going full speed or stopped. Super annoying and not on par with the joust game from Midway arcade a few years ago.
The controls dont work well and it demands initials entry EVERY game.
Needs an option to flop the controls. The direction controls should be on the left and the flap on the right.
Feels like the old game. Room for improvement would be options to make slightly visible buttons, to adjust screen size and reversing button layout. Two player would be amazing as well! Its a Good game. We love joust.
1st, Im playing this on an 11 iPad Pro. The game only supports a tiny screen? Also, external controls are not supported, such as Smart Keyboard.
