You put Sam in F tier? He solos IH 1v1… That should at least take him out of the bottom. Ive 1v1 IH with Sam like 5-6 times in arena

If the Witch King is speculated to be the 2nd legendary character, shouldn’t Wubete be the optimal farm from the arena store? Mirie isn’t even listed for the light team and Rangers currently aren’t that great so she will just be sitting there.

Anton Amby: Do you think that Witch-King and Elrond will be the same as the ones we face as enemies in-game? (I think we also had Elrond as an ally in one of the tutorial fights?)
They both seem pretty powerful as characters, Elrond with the rez, big aoe and regen spam and Witch-King with the Morgul-Poison, stun+aoe slow and buffing up the ringspirits. I honestly like the Witch-King kit more, so think I might try to farm for him :D

Dave Zerfas: This is a great start, but I’m seeing something missing from most of these HoME beginners guides and that is who and how to best use the other stealth crunch: Ability materials. Unless you are whaling out on gems to refresh guild energy a lot (or whaling on an arena team for higher daily income), I see this being a huge bottleneck for a really long time. Any advice on what level to stop at on starting 10 characters? What about the pull to get Elves ready for Elrond?

Blake Howard: Dude! I think I may have made an alternate perfect 10 characters to start the game out with… I started a new account to test it and it is going really well so far!! Okay, so the 10 characters would be the Isengard 3, Yeftu, and Wubete, the Rohan 3, Naremiri, and Lomion. These 10 fit every single challenge (with a good leader for each), and can even make some good arena mashups! If you are a new player and reading this, I’d recommend also farming Halbarad shards from the store. This team set up should lead to maximal efficiency with characters that will be helpful for both of the known legendary events! I’ll keep going with the second account and my original to try and get a good idea of what the best starters would be! Cheers!

TibeeriusWolf: I’ve taken to farming rare ability materials and Light/Dark Crystals from the guild store because I need those much more than Mirie or Wubete shards. Is that a mistake?
