We wanted to write a new review because the game developers did fix the problems and made sure to address concerns and even rolled back our saved game so we got back what was lost. The game is fixed and is back to being fun. We like that the ads are optional too.
We’ve been going through a lot and this game has given us loads of fun through hard times. The hamsters are adorable, and so silly! We love it! The in app purchases all seem pretty reasonable too! And the developers really seem to care about their players. Thanks a bunch to them!
Just undated but cant open it. Its a nice game. Hope it can fix soon.
Previously gave 1 and 2 stars due to losing our account and being unable to sign into the game. We uninstalled and reinstalled the game which helped – we got our account back along with the resources we had in our account from blue and pink Gems count to spawners. Really enjoyed the game because its so cute and fun. Glad we were able to get our account back.
Like this game but for the past 4 days it wont load. Tried reinstalling but didnt work. How do we get it to load again?
We cant sync our game it made us restart over.
So the past couple days it won’t even load in. We get the first loading screen but even at 100% it never fully loads and we cant play it. :( we love this game so much and its super cute but its broken.

We’ve done everything we can think of, but the game just wont load since the update before last. And the most recent update didnt fix that, either. Please bring the game back. ;_; Note: we dont have facebook and cant contact the developers there. We also cant find another way to reach them. Hence the review.
We’ve played for a while, but never experienced issues till now. When we recently logged into the game, we went to the research screen. Yk how you slowly unlock each section? We had already finished the entire thing, but upon checking it, the last two rows were locked again. When they unlocked, everything that had been there previously was lost, such as all our spawners which were of high level and literally all our most valuable objects were kept there too. We genuinely could not play the game further due to this, so we deleted it and reinstalled in the hopes that it would return to normal, but no. Also, all our diamonds, and money were gone, but like the shops and employees were still there. Idk what happened but we cant really play anymore without spawners.
We had worked so hard to get where we were and then we went to match some stuff for the research and all of our spawns were zapped away. All that hard work gone. And we couldnt get it back. So we deleted it. Its really upsetting when you put so much work into a game and all the progress is ruined.
Cannot play after upate always loading.
This game literally makes our day, we love little cute hamsters and its fun owning a shop with hamsters. The animations are super adorbs too!

We absolutely LOVE this game and im not even a hamster person! (i prefer guinea pigs) though, the plot of the game is very cute along with the art and style. One of our biggest things about it is that the developers of our Hamster Story did a great job on keeping it an entertaining game with no ads. A merge game AND the simulation of running a mall. Lovely game, glad we saw those ads.
Its a fun game and we really love that we can choose when we want to watch ads instead of them popping up on their own.
We love this game it is so adorable and cute theres so many things to look forward to and soooo many things to do.
We really like this game but we kinda wish things like the replicator worked on things like the flower pot. We wouldnt have a problem with this if it werent for the fact the splitter works on it. We do also kinda wish it were easier to get the premium employees but we guess thats part of the deal with that. Apart from that the game is really entertaining! If Im out of energy on the merge (which happens too much) we can just do the take out thing! Its fun!
This game is cute with the designs! Also very entertaining.
Edit: we did complain about the jittery lag, but its gotten better. We like how while its mainly a merge game, there are multiple things to do with the items you merge, as well as the employee break room. While sometimes we struggle to juggle the level 5 deliveries, tasks and events that request items, the game does give you a lot of board items as you progress, especially from ranking achievements! And the shop for deliveries is also actually helpful. While there is incentive to watch videos, as well as cumulative rewards, it does not force it upon you or get in your face by interrupting gameplay, so we appreciate it! Very cute and we dont feel too stuck or paywalled. Overall, enjoying the game a lot so far, thank you!
We are enjoying this game so far. Im really into tycoon style games and this one is really cute. However, the packs you can purchase are pretty pricey. $10 for one hamster is kinda overpriced. We usually always buy packs on games like this and dont mind it at all. But idk, for a tycoon game it seems a bit too much. Also the way to develop products is kind of a long process and expensive but ig its part of the grind lol. Other than that, we love this game and how cute it is we would definitely recommend!
We love this game! The style is cute and very fun. Our only complaint is the remove ads and stuff in the store is way too expensive. We don’t mind spending money for an ad free experience, but it cost almost 30 bucks! We wish they lowered it so we can buy some stuff.
We love this game so much, we enjoy it and Im getting others to play, but the one issue we have is the generators often disappear and then we have to restart all the way from scratch. Other then that its super cute.
So when we got the game we were confused right away Cida bad download Roblox instead.
We love playing this game when we’re bored and it’s super cute. But we opened the app today and for some reason the progress on our research board was deleted. The two bottom corner sections of our board reset and we lost our level 7 clothing rack, level 6 potted plant, level 6 cleaning cart, and 2 level 6 cluster slpendeds!! We don’t understand what glitch could have made the game think we never unlocked those spots and reset them when we reached the figure shop already. Please fix this.
The game is fun but the merge game randomly reset and we lost a bunch of spawners. Please fix the bugs and Ill give it more stars.
The store offers a lot of options to watch ads to earn certain rewards. Every time we watch an ad we get nothing. It really limits your ability to play the game unless you want to spend money to meet the goals.
We do enjoy playing this game but we just received some issues just now. The issues we got was the our spawners & items we left in the corners of our board got reset.
The game is cute but there are several massive issues it needs to address. – we spent a ton of time and energy to get myself ranked in the top 30 for delivery/order points, the next morning the game says we did nothing and get the lowest base rewards. This happens 50% of the time and we cant figure out why. – we save often, but the game deleted the event truck and all the candies we created the night before. Of course the items we put into it are gone. – if you use a spawn regenerator that puts it over (ex: 30/20 for the oven), if you close the game and return, those extra points disappear. – The game often glitches when you try to assign a hamster for delivery. You need to restart because it wont finish the final step to deliver. – The Report Issues button leads to a broken Facebook link in safari that tries to make you download Facebook messenger. We’ve submitted multiple feedbacks in place instead but got no resolution. Our advice: dont invest time and money into this game until the bugs are fixed. This game clearly has issues and we wouldnt trust buying anything in game with actual cash.
And we dont have a Facebook to contact app developer.
We used to love this game, but over the past couple of days it does not want to load. States there is a network error. Our norton app has also began to warn us "not to use this site" because now it is unsafe. Might as well delete. It was good while it lasted.
Our spawner disappeared and we have no way of getting another one.
We absolutely love this game, from the cute aesthetic, the easy ways to collect currency & all the things u can do to past the time. It’s an amazing game to play when ur super bored we literally love this game!!
This game is super fun and adorable sometimes we kinda wish we could just pinch the hamsters little chubby cheeks this is really fun and we love merge games so this is the perfect game for us hope you like this game too!

We love this game its like a tycoon but harder and FUNNIER we like how we play mini games to get stuff and make so much money and have to chat to people wow!

We love this game its so much fun and our mom and dad love it too 5 stars all the way.
Played the game for a few days now and we really do like it but a few issues we noticed regarding currency (seeds and the ribbons) in the game. The math doesnt really math with it, say for example you have 1.5Mil in game and a shop checkout makes 3.5K. Youd expect your balance to now be 1.8Mil or around there but no, its 1.51M which doesnt really make sense to us. Same goes for the ribbons 2.2k ribbons and we did an upgrade that was 400 ribbons but it equals to 2.26k. So we hope the actually go through and fix that especially considering how difficult ribbons are to get. But overall good game to escape to.
Ill give this game a 3/5 for now.
The game was great but as soon as we did the update it keeps freezing and not loading. We have to restart our phone constantly to play. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
We bought the Alice pack, and only got Alice, we were told we would also get diamonds and tickets for the recruitment. We even went to customer support and have yet to answer us. Its been probably 3 weeks.
This game is fun and ITS ADDICTING AND NOT A THOUSAND ADDS aswome game overall.

In-game currency is hard to gather sometimes.. Especially the red ribbon things. Developing products is insane considering how many stars u need very fun otherwise.
