We just downloaded this app a few days ago and we love how cute and entertaining it is. Everyday when Im on a break or we come home, this is the first thing we go on. It is that fun and we would recommend trying it.
We love this game and rarely do we spend money on games but, we wanted to purchase the $5 diamond bundle. Not thinking thats too outrageous just for us to be charged $12.98!? We dont know why or even how to get our money back.
Love the game but the furniture wheel is a joke.

We love the art style in this game! Its a really good time killer and as a hamster lover it honestly is really cute we havent encountered any bugs yet but we would suggest getting this game the only thing we dont like is the stamina but evetry thing else we love.

We love this game we really do but the large amount of lag and bugs make it genuinely so unbearable. Like its so fun but at the same time the bugs are freaking awful. Theres so many bugs in this game that Im so tempted to just stop playing and Ive been at max for a while now like open new shops or something. We used to play this game so much and loved it but now we barely open the game, its not even fun anymore. Its like a chore nowadays.
We love this game its so much fun and a great time killer we were waiting for our airplane to land and played this game for 6 hours straight 5 stars all the way.
We hope the data can be interoperable, because after playing Android for a long time, we changed to Apple, and the data was gone.
We really enjoy this game. It's fun and very cute. We actually played this game for months and thought we lost everything when we got a new phone but customer service was very helpful and found our data and was able to give us old game back. Not sure if we're making sense we're quite sick but 10/10 game and service.
We really like this game, but we noticed some issues… 1. In the employee lounge, the furniture is sometimes shown as upside down. 2. The ads that are more than 30 seconds really irritate us, it seems unfair to offer free items that require ads up to 1 minute long to get! 3. Some instructions are unclear in the English version. This could be due to translation errors, but understanding the instructions for the Red Packet features are confusing and the purpose of the Guild is also unclear. Also, we're unsure how to use the gold and purple Skill books. Overall, it's a very fun game despite the flaws.

We love the game but we wish it was optional to accept requests for new items from customers. We have gotten 10/10 items for the bakery in our game and we got a new request from a customer to get a new item in the bakery. We want to decline because we dont know how to get more items at this time, we assume we need to star up but we cant do that until we unlock the theme park. So, this item request will be sitting there for a very long time, and its going to bother us. So, we wish it was possible to dismiss item requests.
We love the cute graphics and story. Its a nice game to play in the free time and its nice and rewarding to see the mall grow.
For example its really frustrating being the only person we know with an iphone to play this game because it isnt cross platform. Please make sure android users can put in iphone codes vise versa!!! It would help a lot of ppl get more out of the game and would make it more enjoyable to play with friends overall. Also the hamsters should have some sort of mark stating what shop/delivery area theyd to best in instead of having to check what every one of them is good at til u find which one does best. Also sometimes in the research section itll sell something for the stars to get new items at the shops and it just doesnt give us them. Truly this is one of the funnest and most entertaining games ive played and ive spent a good amount of money on it but some of the real money shops are confusing to use in our opinion. Im gonna keep playing it as long the game isnt ruined in future updates tho, hope you guys improve it.
This is us and our boyfriends go-to game when we have down time, if you pay for add free (which we do recommend) then its a great time killer. Down side is we wish there were more events that are NOT top-up related, the clans were a great additions but time related events with fun rewards and competition would make it sooooo much better. Overall Ive paid about $100 on this game and we dont regret it, its cute, its fun, its got competition, we definitely recommend.
This game is awesome we just found out how to get rid of junk in our research area. And opened a new fast food restaurant. So this game is awesome.
We love this addicting little app, the guild system is a welcome addition! Two suggestions – let players know WHAT word/phrase in their post is inappropriate, we had a totally normal message have this happen and we could not figure out what was wrong so we just gave up trying to post it. Second if we could have a little like that you could put on a message in the guild so people know youve viewed it would be a good addition.
We really like the design and gameplay. We easily get rewards and level up without having to pay. Unfortunately, the take out screen has a lot of glitches. With not being able to get order rewards, hamsters showing up in multiple places. Its very frustrating. If the devs would work on the takeout feature this game would greatly improve.
Really loving this game. Its just fun to play and zone out. We love all the different cute hamsters as well.
This game is super cute and there is so much to do! Ive been addicted to it since the day we downloaded it. We did have one glitch that made our items disappear but support responded quickly and was able to restore our items! Great game! Great support! Our only recommendation would be to add a feature that allows you to reject an order when you dont have the spawner that creates those items.
Hi, Im really enjoying to play this game all the times. We are trying to link accounts in the game but despite using the correct friend codes it will not work. Do you know why that could be or how to help.
Is there a reason why the game cannot be played cross mobile? We have an iPhone and our friend has an android and we can never add each other its always an error, why am we following so many people and liking their apartment when they wont even come like ours >:(.
Theres this add called slow life we think and it starts with a furry/ dog lady and the mission is to do something but we forgot and the person playing the game a the beginning says we like you and she says are you joking? And blushes and when she said you want to play with her it caught us of Gard. Now we want to talk about her appearance she had a turtle neck with no sleeves or neck she had a bell on her neck with a collar and at the end there was another girl that had very big boobs and when we thought those adds were over another one popped up she was posting with her but out and said change our clothes because its hot outside as a girl ourselves we are offended and ask if remove those adds because no 9 year old should have that experience and if not this game should be 17+.
Ive been going through a lot and this game has given us loads of fun through hard times. The hamsters are adorable, and so silly! We love it! The in app purchases all seem pretty reasonable too! And the developers really seem to care about their players. Thanks a bunch to them.
Previously gave 1 and 2 stars due to losing our account and being unable to sign into the game. We uninstalled and reinstalled the game which helped – we got our account back along with the resources we had in our account from blue and pink Gems count to spawners. Really enjoyed the game because its so cute and fun. Glad we were able to get our account back.
We wanted to write a new review because the game developers did fix the problems and made sure to address concerns and even rolled back our saved game so we got back what was lost. The game is fixed and is back to being fun. We like that the ads are optional too.

Like this game but for the past 4 days it wont load. Tried reinstalling but didnt work. How do we get it to load again.
We cant sync our game it made us restart over.
So the past couple days it won't even load in. We get the first loading screen but even at 100% it never fully loads and we cant play it. :( we love this game so much and its super cute but its broken.

Ive done everything we can think of, but the game just wont load since the update before last. And the most recent update didnt fix that, either. Ive played for a while, but never experienced issues till now. When we recently logged into the game, we went to the research screen. Yk how you slowly unlock each section? We had already finished the entire thing, but upon checking it, the last two rows were locked again. When they unlocked, everything that had been there previously was lost, such as all our spawners which were of high level and literally all our most valuable objects were kept there too. We genuinely could not play the game further due to this, so we deleted it and reinstalled in the hopes that it would return to normal, but no. Also, all our diamonds, and money were gone, but like the shops and employees were still there. Idk what happened but we cant really play anymore without spawners.
We had worked so hard to get where we were and then we went to match some stuff for the research and all of our spawns were zapped away. All that hard work gone. And we couldnt get it back. So we deleted it. Its really upsetting when you put so much work into a game and all the progress is ruined.

Its a fun game and we really love that we can choose when we want to watch ads instead of them popping up on their own.
We really like this game but we kinda wish things like the replicator worked on things like the flower pot. We wouldnt have a problem with this if it werent for the fact the splitter works on it. We do also kinda wish it were easier to get the premium employees but we guess thats part of the deal with that. Apart from that the game is really entertaining! If Im out of energy on the merge (which happens too much) we can just do the take out thing! Its fun.

We know once you unlock the town you can visit other peoples malls but can you add friends.
Edit: we did complain about the jittery lag, but its gotten better. We like how while its mainly a merge game, there are multiple things to do with the items you merge, as well as the employee break room. While sometimes we struggle to juggle the level 5 deliveries, tasks and events that request items, the game does give you a lot of board items as you progress, especially from ranking achievements! And the shop for deliveries is also actually helpful. While there is incentive to watch videos, as well as cumulative rewards, it does not force it upon you or get in your face by interrupting gameplay, so we appreciate it! Very cute and we dont feel too stuck or paywalled. Overall, enjoying the game a lot so far, thank you.
We absolutely LOVE this game and im not even a hamster person! (we prefer guinea pigs) though, the plot of the game is very cute along with the art and style. One of our biggest things about it is that the developers of our Hamster Story did a great job on keeping it an entertaining game with no ads. A merge game AND the simulation of running a mall. Lovely game, glad we saw those ads.
We love this game it is so nice and cool its a great game and its amazing in every way.
This game literally makes our day, we love little cute hamsters and its fun owning a shop with hamsters. The animations are super adorbs too.
We love this game so much, we enjoy it and Im getting others to play, but the one issue we have is the generators often disappear and then we have to restart all the way from scratch. Other then that its super cute.
