We love this game! The music is addicting.
Great for road-trips or long distance drives to pass the time. We love it.
Its evident that a lot of thought and passion went into the development of this game. From the look and feel, to the scoring of the levels, and the mini-gamesso much attention and regard for detail.
We really loved the graphics, music, style, and aesthetic of the whole game. We even downloaded some of the music ourselves because of it. We now understand, playing this and coming back to it much older (and wiser we guess lol) that you would need to have a one time purchase to start from the last saved check-point. We cannot stress enough how much the design, music, and mechanics of this game have led us to reevaluate our standards for mobile games. We truly believe this to be ONE OF THE VERY BEST! We cannot stress this enough.
Anyone who says this game is bad is mad. Boyfriend enjoyed and so did we. Complainers can STBAU.
We like pinball. We felt like we were in Tron with Daft Punk. Awesome.
This game is a lot of fun. Still tryna get double overtime.
So we wish yall would make a second one or made it longer and made different mazes harder or tunnels for underground or something because we would really for this to be a continued game instead of replaying the same ones.
This game has been with us for so many years, the music and the level design and the overall vibe made our experience special and unique. We really recommend this game to those who like being challenged and like great soundtracks.

Never seen a game like this. Easy to start, hard to master. Very replayable and between the music and the themes, has surprisingly good story telling for such simplicity. Awesome aesthetic. Loving it.

Ive had this game for years and still love it.
Visuals are great! We love how you can end up with 5 minutes of time if you use the bonuses well. The minigames seem rushed but are fun, we just can barely see them because we think our iPhone 13 cuts part of the minigame banner off. Push and Timefreeze are incredibly broken. Drop back from every checkpoint past 3 to get the 25-35 bonus seconds from the other track, as long as you are confident you can make it to the other in under 15 seconds, it saves valuable time. We also just hit a bug, we dropped back from the beginning of 5 to get the orbs and when we got back to 5 we got glitched to distance 16124 and the overtime timer triggered (theres only seven levels, everything after is just a replay of those but no bonus time (guess they got lazy or something). We were on just a purple screen, we waited until our time dropped to 60 after a couple minutes and we were put in an odd replica of the start at the same distance. There was about three rooms and then the tracks abruptly ended in purple space, which makes us respawn. (Maybe its the overtime if you beat overtime with more time left?). Also our high score is still 9771, so it didnt save the run. We had 169 seconds on our timer when the bug occurred so we were making good time. Edit: we have half of the achievements but they dont show up in Game Center (we got multiple in one run). We have the free version, you can get to overtime easily without paying.
Just a really fun game to play while relaxing.
So we downloaded this game and we dont have a Bank account and we really hate that if we dont have a bank account.
Its not every day you find a gem that is absolutely perfect. The TRON aesthetic, the punchy snare beats, an endless scroller, with ways to incentivize the way forward. This has all the makings of being the next Minecraft, Flappy Bird, and really gives us Golden Tee vibes. The visuals are sublime, and really gets us relaxed. Great things are in store for this. We just know it.
Our god theyve done it again. Another addictive, beautiful, FREE game. The music is incredible. New favorite game!! Happily bought premium to support these guys. Cant wait to see what they come up with next.
Ive been a longtime fan of your games, sprinkle, sprinkle jr, smash, some others and now this one. The music completely fits the vibe it can even be therapeutic at times. Completely love it.

The mini games are fun and the challenge of the game makes it even better. Ive been playing this game ever since it came out and the recent update made us happy that the game is still being supported after all these years. $2.99 well spent.

Only thin lg wrong is that the checkpoints cost money. Being a person who is addicted to this game yet cant afford the 3$ requirement, it gets boring fast.
Why do you have to get premium to start at checkpoints.the reason we gave it a 4 star review is because it has no ads and it was free to buy.

We have updated our app. Many times when we go to hit the ball the flipper doesnt move anymore and we lose our game. We dont know why. It isnt us. We go far into level eight. Im coming back a second time and writing this. We dont know how to get it to work. The flipper isnt responsive. We flip and it doesnt flip. Im good at the game. This isnt our issue. Its the game. How can we fix this? We already paid so we dont want to delete it.

Update: July 2024, still waiting for more levels It is a good time killer. Only has 7 levels. -1 star for being so short. You will reach the end of the game quickly. We do not regret paying for a short game. You blow cash faster at an arcade, and nobody complains about that. Still hoping they will issue an update with additional levels. Cmon Mediocre, it has been six years of you collecting cash off this game. Reward your fans with a small update.
Love this classic game, nearly perfectly playable on the Mac. We just wish there were more consistency in using the flippers on a keyboard… Sometimes it works, sometimes not! :(.
If getting over it was a pinball game.
We dont mind the game not being actual pinball or the lack of checkpoints though it is really annoying when the BALL PSYCHICS MAKE NO SENSE, from what we can see the ball is programed to take a certain path no matter what like if we hit it it should go into the tube but it ends up going upward even when we literally position it the way people do in real pinball. Otherwise we like the way the game looks and the music its just this weird programed path ball that makes it unplayable.
Visually beautiful and NOT a pinball experience. Few of us today remember pinball arcades, but we still do remember. The developers of this game did not create pinball because they did not reproduce that feeling. Its a fine game, but it NOT AT ALL a pinball game despite the smooth simulated mechanics. Because they did not make it like a real pinball game, but this eternal digital never ending process that only stops with a timer, this is not pinball. A real letdown for people who really enjoy pinball.
We love the aesthetic and BGM in the game, but the controls leave much to be desired. Theyre sluggish at best; the flippers often dont respond until a half second or so after we press the screen; at worst, they wont respond at all. The power ups also leave much to be desired in the respect that all of the useful ones pause the BGM. A minor thing, we know, but its irksome. This game had amazing potential, there are just some kinks and bugs to be worked out.
Overall great game concept and excellent soundtrack. However Ive noticed, as have other customers, inconsistent responsiveness of the flippers at certain stages of the game. This is a frustrating behavior especially for a paid app. Please fix this issue.
Amazing game. Great graphics. Visually stunning. But after we beat all the levels, we get stuck in an overtime level that we cant beat. At that point, the app/game is worthless.
We really like the graphics and everything. Except the paddles dont always respond and that is so frustrating. There should be checkpoints within each level so you dont start over every time. Considering it glitches and lets the ball pass and then you end up having to start over. That right there is enough to make us say "F this game" Hopefully yall can get that fixed.
We got addicted to this game and then it got frustrating. It got to the point that we tap our screen to use the flip and it wouldnt even move. So it only got us more frustrated with this game that we almost threw our phone. Hopefully others can get the enjoyment because it sucked it out of us.

This game is awesome and unique! Ive always loved pinball, Ive never thought of a never ending pinball machine, we love the idea. But Im sad that we only get one minute to play each time (minus the extra time you may get), its stressful and not really as fun as we think it would be if we could just keep going until we get bored or something lol. We would love to see how far we could get without any time constraints! UPDATE ** yeah we just deleted it because the time limit is really frustrating and just ruins the game for us tbh. Not worth it.
Need landscape rotation for gamepad but it won't rotate.
We absolutely love the game concept of a continuous pinball table requiring trick shots to advance. This would be a 5 star review if not for one reason. A huge flaw we noticed is that if you hit the ball just hard enough to get onto an advancement lane to the next checkpoint but not hard enough to get the full push power, you can get randomly stuck in a back and forth loop on the ramp. This happened to us and we lost 95% of the time bonuses we saved up. Because of this, what wouldve been a new personal high score turned into a blah run. Terrific game, but a major flaw like this holds it back.
Just that- no real check points unless you break out your wallet.
TL;DR: just play INKS instead, you'll have a better time. The game has a nice aesthetic, including good visuals and music. However, if you've played other virtual pinballs (even ones on iOS), PinOut has some incredibly janky controls. First, the responsiveness of the left and right paddles doesn't always work. There are regions on the screen where the paddles do not flip, or flip very inconsistently, and you have to hold your thumbs in a very awkward position over what you want to see just to use the paddles. Second, the ball physics. It's… "sticky", is the only way we can describe it. When the ball contacts certain parts of the ramps, rails, and walls, it sticks to the board and slows down, especially right before getting to a paddle. This can make timing a shot very frustrating, as this slowdown is inconsistent. Overall, we could see this being fun, but not when the controls are this bad. We're a fan of pinball but had to stop playing after only three rounds- the controls were that bad.
